Location was very good, 15 mins walk to the old town. Car park was in the basement. Staff was friendly. Only the rain shower was dripping even though we are using the hand held shower. Because if the tour group, for breakfast we have to book our timing

A good location for exploring the large city of Palermo with its uniquely different quarters. The hotel is in a quiet district and 10-15 min walk to the central area around the cathedral and there are good dining options within 10 minutes walk. The staff were courteous and helpful and even allowed us to check into our rooms 2 hours early. Rooms were simple but clean, spacious and had very comfortable beds and pillows. There is a comfortable lounge to relax in if you are tired after a days exploration but the fitness room is small and only accommodates 2 people maximum. All in all a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Thank you to the wonderful and hardworking staff.

Clean and modernized with wonderful and attentive staff. Note if you have a car make sure you make a reservation for parking at the time of hotel booking, space is a premium in the city. Great service including laundry delivered on time and ironed. Excellent location walkable to all points of interest and nice little restaurants just a block away.

Die Receptionistin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ging zur Strassenseite hin, war aber ruhig. Meinen Fiat Panda konnte ich direkt auf dem Parkplatz gegenüber abstellen. Ich würde es erneut buchen.

Fitness is horrible. Spa was closed.

This hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the historic centre. We arrived late and I was concerned about parking but even though they only had 4 spaces - we managed to get one. The reception staff gave us lots of info and a map of where up go etc. No Hotel bar and no garden or nice view from room but good breakfast and lovely staff.

L’hôtel est bien placé proche du centre et des restaurants pour manger le soir. Nous avons trouvé des places gratuites pour nous garer en face de l’hôtel chaque soir. Le personnel est très agréable. En revanche, nous avons été réveillé par le bruit dans les couloirs chaque matins et un cafard se baladait dans notre chambre, le robinet de la salle de bain était cassé. Enfin, le petit déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles.

Hotellet ligger langt fra seværdighederne og gaden med butikkerne. Der var ikke spisemuligheder i nærheden. Der var mug på badeværelset og lag med støv på sengegavlen. Sengen var behagelig og aircondition virker fint. Personalet, på nær Monica, var ikke imødekommende. Der var en ung pige på arbejde, da vi forlod hotellet ved 13-tiden. Vi sagde til hende, at værelset skulle rengøres og at badeværelset lugtede af røg blandet med parfume. Hun sagde, at hun ville sørge for, at der blev rengjort. Vi kom tilbage til værelset om aftenen, og det så ud som da vi forlod det. Pigen fratog sig også ansvaret for lugten på badeværelset, og sagde det ikke var hotellets skyld, fordi der havde været en gæst tidligere, der havde røget på værelset. Der blev ikke tjekket op på lugten, selvom vi bad hende om det to gange. Hun var ærligt talt bare ligeglad. Da vi kom tilbage på værelset og så, at der ikke var rengjort, ringede vi til receptionen og Monica kom op med håndklæder, toiletpapir og en flaske vin. Hun gjorde oplevelsen meget bedre.

The hotel was nice sermed updated rooms nice calm color and bathroom. But there was a stench in our room coming from the bathroom. Instead of shifting us the staff asked to open my door and windows to air it out. Mind you my room was right next to the elevator. So I was on parade for a bit. Smell was still there but we weren't moved. Then after we checked in to our two rooms my husband and I and our two teenagers. My husband was stopped later on and grilled about our children's ages trying to charge us extra because they claim that children are considered 4 and under wven though they have a contract with Expedia where kids are 17 and under. So even after I showed them Expedias policy we were still being treated rudely and like criminals. So I reached out to Expedia because they wanted us to pay more

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! Le personnel est formidable, les chambres spacieuses, literie parfaite, et propreté irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner est le meilleur de nos 15 jours en Sicile. Je recommande vivement.

Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Close to shopping and restaurants. It’s a pretty small hotel so there was not a lot of noise, very quiet.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, tolle Lobby. Der Flur mit den Zimmern war leider sehr hellhörig, teilweise ganz schön störend. Aber alle super freundlich und zuvorkommend.

The property is under a 10 minute walk from the Lolli train station. There are a few restaurants and a 24/7 grocery store close by which is nice. About a 20 minute walk to the monuments you’d like to see. Breakfast was good, staff was great. Very nice rooms.

Struttura bella, ordinata, pulita. Spazi piccoli ma ben sfruttati con stile ed eleganza. Personale top; sempre disponibili e con la risposta pronta. Una colazione eccezionale. Prodotti freschi e ricercati. Un alternativa tra il dolce e il salato che non ho trovato neanche in strutture più grandi. L'unica nota negativa è la wi fi. Purtroppo la ricezione la trovi solo nella hall, mentre nelle camere è molto debole. Grazie, ritornerò volentieri.

The hotel room was a great surprise. It was definitely comfortable with really nice beds and linens. There were duvets on the bed. The bathroom was not large but it was fine. And the breakfast offered was fine even though the room was very hot. The only bad thing about the hotel was the €100 taxi ride from the Palermo airport. we walked to one of the squares and enjoyed a nice dinner

The room was super clean , they do not provide iron in the room and rooms are not sound proofed so all night the pipes and other room’s conversation was heard.

Hotel em lugar muito bom, a uma caminhada razoável do centro histórico e com várias opções de lojas, restaurantes e bares! Hotel bem simples e com pequenos quartos e banheiros apertados. Muito limpo e café da manhã de razoável a fraco. O atendimento é a joia do lugar, nota MIL.

Desafortunadamente no he podido viajar en avion a Palermo (vuelo anulado ) y no puedo establecer una evaluacion a por este hotel. Sin embargo lo que puedo decir que a pesar de sus politica de no rembolso, no hubo mandera de hacer entender a este hotel que no hubo manera posible para mi y mi esposa de viajar a Palermo. Tampoco me ofrecieron un credito para poder utilizar mi reservacion en otra ocacion. Realmente frustrante y injusto, la administracion del hotel no ha me ofrecio ninguna otra posibilidad.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Principe di Villafranca in Palermo from May 25th to May 28th, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite being a four-star hotel, the service I received was well below par. Upon arrival, the receptionists were extremely rude, behaving as if they were doing us a favor by accepting our booking and speaking with us. Not once did I see them smile or exhibit a friendly attitude. When we inquired about a late check-in, our request was bluntly denied. Our booking included two rooms, but upon check-in, we were informed that only one room was reserved. They reluctantly provided a second room, which was notably smaller. To make matters worse, despite it being well past midnight, we were abruptly called and visited by hotel staff, demanding that we change rooms immediately. They couldn’t wait until the morning, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The overall attitude of the reception staff was consistently unwelcoming and unprofessional. They rarely greeted us unless we initiated the interaction, never smiled, and often appeared angry and impatient. On a positive note, the cleaning staff, janitors, and breakfast room attendants were kind and courteous, which was a small consolation in an otherwise disappointing stay. However, the breakfast itself was nothing special and did not meet the standards expected of a four-star hotel. Given the high prices and poor service, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

No questions asked I will stay here again. Fantastic walkable location, nice and quiet, delicous breakfast, the front desk staff was extremely helpful and courteous the entire time. Highly recommend!

Non è stato di nostro gradimento innanzitutto perché la camera non era quella da me prenotata più piccola non mi hanno accontentato né nell’ Up grade che ho chiesto né nel last check out ma soprattutto potevano venirci incontro perché abbiamo perso la prima notte perché volo Napoli Palermo cancellato non sono proprio stati ospitali ed elastici

The property was a great value in a great location. Within walking distance from the train station, shopping area with tons of restaurants and bars near by. Customer service at this hotel was exceptional, staff went above and beyond to assist us with any questions we had. We will definitely be back the next time we make a trip to Palermo

Very enjoyable stay. The location was good, walking distance to restaurants and the historic centre. The service in the hotel was excellent, staff made taxi & restaurant reservations very simple. We would go back and recommend to others.

Die Umgebung ist weniger schön, entsprechend der Blick aus den Fenstern. Aber die Lage ist praktisch. Einrichtung sieht weitgehend neu aus. Badezimmer sehr gut. Die Betten top, die Miarbeitenden freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Our room was clean and comfortable, though not fancy at all. Breakfast was a nice buffet, included in the room fee. The location was convenient, as we could walk to everything we wanted to see. The staff were helpful with recommendations to restaurants and such. The exterior of the building is rather drab, without clear signage indicating that it is indeed the hotel, and buildings across and on the street are covered in graffiti, so the first impression of the hotel is not good. It looks like a bad neighborhood. But it turned out to be fine….much of Palermo looks this way, with litter and graffiti, which is really sad.
