Had adjoining rooms with two bathrooms. One room was small, but both rooms were clean. Beds really comfortable. Good parking. Staff were very friendly and check in was easy. The location wasn’t bad - a short walk to the train station and town centre. One little problem though. Our European adaptor plugs could not fit any of the sockets in the room, so we could not charge our phones. We’ve experienced this in Italy before though.

Comoda in quanto quasi a fronte stazione, è una struttura comunque silenziosa, confortevole e dagli standard medio-alti. Colazione abbondante, sia dolce sia salata. Kit in bagno buono, è uno dei pochi hotel a fornire un vero phon e non uno di quei giocattolini che fanno passare per asciugacapelli.

Hotel appena fuori il centro, raggiungibile facilmente in auto, e a pochi passi dal centro raggiungibile a piedi. Personale gentilissimo e cordiale, ci hanno accordato di anticipare il check in di un paio di ore per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Anche se la camera non era ancora pronta, hanno registrato i documenti e ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli in un sottoscala. Questo ci ha agevolato nelle nostre visite della giornata, e nel rientro a tarda sera. Reception operativa H24. Siamo rientrati verso mezzanotte, e abbiamo trovato un receptionist gentile e disponibile. Avevamo prenotato un appartamento nella depandance che ha avuto qualche problema, ma prontamente hanno sistemato offrendoci due camere in hotel, che abbiamo anche preferito. Camere silenziose, dotate di frigobar che non abbiamo usato, ma che ci ha permesso di raffrescare le bottiglie di acqua per le visite del giorno successivo. Unica pecca, in una delle due camere il tappetino del bagno ed un asciugamano, nonostante fossero puliti, ben piegati e con un buon profumo di fresco, erano macchiati.

Zona terribile, gente poco fidata, sconsigliato per ragazzi e soprattutto ragazze che magari escono e tornano tardi la sera. Pulizia scarsa e puzza di fumo all’entrata. L’acqua calda è poca. Esperienza da dimenticare !! SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Ho effettuato due prenotazioni presso questo Hotel (tripla e appartamento da 4 posti) per far soggiornare i miei familiari. Nonostante per la tripla non ci sono stato problemi, mi trovo costretta a dare qualche stella in meno poichè nell’appartamento della quadrupla c’era forte puzza di fumo e dato che ci avrebbero dovuto dormire anche due bambini piccoli ho fatto presente il problema alla reception ma purtroppo non c’era possibilità di cambio perchè l’hotel era al completo. Ci siamo accontentati facendo arieggiare gli ambienti e spruzzare deodoranti che coprissero il tanfo di fumo. Al di là della situazione poco piacevole spero tanto che questa recensione possa contribuire a migliorare la qualità dell’housekeeping.

Breakfast was excellent with great cappuccino and croissants. The room we received was airy and roomy and bright. Very happy with the service as they even lent us their adaptor. Excellent location…300 m away from the RCI pickup point for our cruise.

The staff at Hotel Mosaico were very friendly and helpful, and if not for them, I would have rated the hotel even lower. When we arrived, there was no air conditioning in our room and no instructions whatsoever about how to turn the air on. It was sweltering. The staff gave us ice for our drinks. The refrigerator was also not cold and it took about 12 hours to get that way. Worst of all, however, was the tiny shower. The shower door folded in, there was no room to shave your legs, and there was not separate shampoo, conditioner, and body wash … there was an all-in-one product that was not kind to my hair. The shower was smaller than what we have in our camper!!! It took a very long time for the water to get hot in the shower.

L'hotel potrebbe offrire di più, visto che è di categoria 3*s.. sia chiaro, benissimo l'accoglienza, camera piccola ma pulita e in ordine, bene la colazione. Purtroppo i mobili erano vecchi e ammaccati, le finestre (datate, ho lavorato nel settore per anni) non isolavano bene il traffico ferroviario, il caldo nella stanza durante la notte è stato decisamente "importante"..

Hotell kort vei fra Togstasjon. Hotellet er ok for en natt. Vi skulle videre, så passet bra. Rom var enkelt med to senger og bad. Ligger rett ved veien, så litt støy. AC var dårlig , så det ble en varm natt. Frokost ok.

La chambre était surchauffée. Les volets de fenêtres étaient mal installés et causaient du bruit INSUPPORTABLE!. Le point fort de l'hôtel est son personnel très courtois et serviable.

I booked a room with multiple beds because it was me and another lady. Got there and they had downgraded us to a single bed. For those that don’t know these are more like full beds than queen. She said she was very sorry but they had an issue with their reservation program and asked if we still wanted it…I asked if she had an additional room available…she said no it was sold out…did we want…well we need someplace to sleep. This room was so small I sat in the closet until the other lady got in bed because we couldn’t move around the room at the same time. When it was my turn to get ready for bed I noticed there was only 1 towel. I go to the lobby, it’s a man now, and ask for another towel. He says your room is for 1 person so you only get 1 towel!! I said then why did YOU put 2 people in it…showed him my reservation but it did no good! I went outside to calm down and a family with 2 small children walked in and were turned away too!! Overbooked and don’t care at all!!

Located close to the downtown and train station - easy walk through the underground walkway under the tracks and up to the old town walking area. Staff ready to help with any requests in spite of language difficulties at times. A bit noisy due to main roads in front of and on one side of the hotel and the train yard across the road in front but still no problem sleeping.

Worst hotel experience of our life. According to the website the hotel has air conditioner but the rude owner decided to shut off the air conditioner of all rooms. When asked about it he said that the weather was going to be nice therefore he turned them off. He was extremely rude and will not allowed us to talk. We asked for a refund of our money and he gave it back very rudely. The owner preferred to not do business with 5 people rather than turn the A/C on. How dare him tell me how to be comfortable? Will not recommend at all!!!

The property overbooked the rooms resulting in some not having a room to stay in, despite paying in advance online. You can book their hotel Through 3rd party websites but then when you arrive they state that it is not their issue because you used a different website.

If you are walking to this hotel from Ravenna Train station make sure to us the underground walk way. Saves a lot of walking time. There isn’t much around the hotel area for food. If you are looking to visit old Ravenna it’s a walk through some areas that I didn’t feel safe.

Located close to the downtown and train station - easy walk through the underground walkway under the tracks and up to the old town walking area. Staff ready to help with any requests in spite of language difficulties at times. A bit noisy due to main roads in front of and on one side of the hotel and the train yard across the road in front but still no problem sleeping.

The hotel was easy to recognize and was well situated: close to the train station,the historical city and seaside. The condition of the room was disappointing as the hotel needs some upgrades of paint, window treatments, and flooring. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. And I enjoyed the breakfast.

Alles in allem das was wir erwartet haben. Relativ günstig, direkt am Bahnhof. Zimmer sauber, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Frühstück in Ordnung. Durch die nahe Straße etwas laut. Preis Leistung passt.

Breakfast was excellent with great cappuccino and croissants. The room we received was airy and roomy and bright. Very happy with the service as they even lent us their adaptor. Excellent location…300 m away from the RCI pickup point for our cruise.

L'hotel potrebbe offrire di più, visto che è di categoria 3*s.. sia chiaro, benissimo l'accoglienza, camera piccola ma pulita e in ordine, bene la colazione. Purtroppo i mobili erano vecchi e ammaccati, le finestre (datate, ho lavorato nel settore per anni) non isolavano bene il traffico ferroviario, il caldo nella stanza durante la notte è stato decisamente "importante"..

All'entrata in stanza, ho notato il bagno non pulito. Lavandino con due capelli lunghi, il bidet sporco ( l'ho pulito io ) e il secondo giorno l'asciugamano del bidet, quello piccolo, era "sporco di marrone" anche se lavato . Insomma...per il resto è in una posizione comoda, dietro la stazione a due passi dal centro. Probabilmente ci ritornerei. Darei una scarsa sufficienza

We just stayed one night before our cruise departing from the port of Ravenna. We arrived by train on a hot saturday afternoon, departing on sunday afternoon. The hotel is very close to the train station. Staff at the front desk were amazingly helpful, telling us how to get to a restaurant while avoiding the hot sun, and arranging transportation for us from the hotel to the cruise port - a big deal because there is no available public transit, few taxis, and no transportation provided by the cruise line. They had to make a significant effort to find a way to get us to the port, and we really appreciate that they took the time and made the effort to ensure we'd get to the port on time. Good continental breakfast provided with helpful staff for breakfast too. Overall a wonderful experience that met all our needs.
