Excelente hotel en la zona de Eur. Muy cómodos, limpio, excelente atención. Creo que el desayuno podría mejorar en relación al hotel y que lo cobran aparte, no es malo pero es fácilmente mejorable

Mere et konferencehotel end et turisthotel! Valgte hotellet da vi ankom i bil. Ville ikke køre længere ind mod Rom centrum pga af trafik og trafik-zoner. Hotellet er let at køre til fra motorvejen vest om Rom. Der var på hjemmesiden eller her i appen angivet at der var tilknyttet et overdækket parkeringshus. Det kunne man så ikke, for det var der ikke givet tilladelse til fra “bygherren”(?). Vores bil måtte derfor stå på en mindre parkeringsplads direkte i solen foran hotellet. Vi valgte dette hotel netop pga. mulighed for overdækket (og sikker) parkering. Denne mindre parkeringsplads var undervejs i vores ophold fyldt, hvorfor nye gæster formentligt er blevet henvist til gadeparkering. Det er ikke godt for tilliden til app og hjemmeside når der angives urigtige oplysninger om f.eks. parkeringsforholdene. Ok morgenmadsbuffet, men dårlig kaffe fra en kaffemaskine der gik i stykker undervejs. Personalet virkede desuden lidt fraværende hvis man på engelsk spurgte dem om noget. Fornemmede at man ikke var deres kernekundegruppe som turist, og at den “gode” service var forbeholdt deres italienske kernekunder. Trods få gæster havde personalet udfordringer med at nå at fylde buffeten op. Det tager 20 minutter at gå til metroen der kører til centrum af Rom for godt et par EURO. Fandt aldrig ud af om der gik en bus fra hotellet til metrostationen. De 20 minutters gang kunne vi godt have undværet i det varme juli-vejr. Ok, ophold, men tror ikke at jeg vender tilbage igen.

This property has some really nice rooms. We have the superior suite and I must say it was very nice. Very clean and spacious. Where are the resort lacked was customer service. When we arrived, the staff didn’t seem very friendly and gave us vague directions to our room and was unclear. We had to return shortly for further direction because the instructions were very unclear and we were lost. Out stay included breakfast, but we were very disappointed with the breakfast. The bacon was uncooked and the scrambled eggs look like soup as well. The service was lacking, and there were long lineups for the coffee machines. There was a coffee maker in our room, which was good, but we were only given one coffee for two people. When we were checking out, they were not very friendly. They couldn’t be bothered to ask us how our stay was or communicate at all. Out of the four hotels that we’ve stayed in in Rome this had the least friendly staff. I think this place has a lot of potential if they just were more friendly and helpful. We also asked if they had shuttle service and this was not available which was a shame because a taxi is €75 to airport. The overall location was not great either 20 minute walk to train station.

Although temporary, the hotel is surrounded by a building site which is prone to lots of building work and noise during the day (drilling, hammering etc.) Forget the afternoon nap if you don't have any ear plugs.
