Excellent housekeeping. Room was spacious, but lacked storage space for clothes and luggage. Lighting for makeup was lacking. Great hair dryer and toiletries. The breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent. Plenty of choices hot and cold buffet. Front desk staff were very welcoming. Rooftop bar area was a nice feature. Location was easy to get around and the 63 and 490 buses were right up the street. Great family vacation

We found the staff to be helpful, breakfast was great and it was clean and modern. We walked everywhere from the hotel. Especially liked the rooftop terrace for a drink at the end of the day, the bartender knew his stuff as did all the staff. The view from the terrace at night was stunning. Will stay again. Will stay again.

The staff in the hotel were helpful and friendly and our room was clean and nicely decorated. Bed and pillows really comfortable. We had a front aspect with a lovely little balcony but you can hear the traffic and buses are noisy until fairly late at night. Breakfast has all you could want in terms of variety and the tiny little custard filled ‘balls’ with the sweet pastries were amazing! Rooftop bar is gorgeous, even in November but the drinks bill was the priciest we paid for our whole trip. We thought the experience worth it though. We walked to all the big attractions from the hotel but if your mobility is limited then you might be better taking a more central hotel as it was 30-40 minutes of walking. Beautiful walks if that is your thing though. Both nights we stayed we ate in wonderful local Italian restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Lots to choose from and not overly expensive. Don’t ask the hotel to arrange your taxi to and from the airport. Their quote was 175 euro each way but a taxi from the nearby train station and picking one up from the airport taxi stand was only 40 euro each way for 4 adults with 2 cases.

It is close to train station (termini) - 10 minutes walk - but not close to most of Rome’s sight seeing. Hotel was reasonably clean. Water temperature was changing every time we tried to take shower - very inconvenient. Food options on rooftop restaurant was not much. Occasionally dirty glass was not changed.

Staff was friendly and inviting. Unfortunately the balcony was under construction so we couldnt use it. Only real negative was that the rooftop terrace only has one person working it so good luck getting food/drinks.

Friendly and helpful staff, and a nice hotel. It was only a less than ten-minute cab ride to the center attractions. My room smelled like mildew, which bothered my allergies, but other than that, it was great!

The bed was horrible, we could feel every spring. We asked for a different room and were told each bed was the same-so no accommodation. The room was very small. The air conditioning was great. The food/breakfast was great.

Overall a good stay and a nice hotel. Breakfast was good however the area to get food was small and too compact. Rooms nice and always cleaned very well. Only problem we encountered was noise, 1 from air con and from the room above on 2 out of the 4 nights we stayed which was very frustrating and had to call reception 4 times. Good restaurants around area.

Room was very quiet (stayed in a room for 4 people, two twins pushed together and a full size pull out couch). Beds were comfy, air conditioning was good. It was very hoot during our visit. Breakfast was satisfying and served promptly. Upstairs lounge was not operating during our stay. Staff was relatively friendly. Would stay here again. Although we liked the neighborhood, it was always a guaranteed walk.

The hotel was really clean and our family room had a wonderful layout. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they got us a room right away. The breakfast staff was wonderful and the food was delicious. We had a great stay!

Great hotel. First it is a great location, really easy to walk to across Rome or a short taxi. The rooms are pretty nice size when you get a family room, A/C is super cold and works great, which is important for Rome in the Summer! Breakfast was also fantastic, really good food. I appreciate the gluten free extras for family members that have to eat gluten free. All around a great spot. Small hotel, but nice sized rooms, and very modern.

Overall it’s a nice hotel. The breakfast was convenient, the area is walkable to restaurants, and gelato places. The breakfast staff was wonderful as was the cleaning service people. We sound the front desk people to be not as friendly but it could be because we were Americans. A solid choice for hotel stays.

Can not comment on the guardian hotel, after walking for 20 minutes in 36 degree heat we got told there was no space for us and we got moved to their sister hotel, whilst the other hotel was nice and probably better I don’t see a world where it is acceptable for this to happen and then be told they were too busy to let us know in advance, the staff themselves were nice and helpful but the situation was poor

The hotel itself is stylish and modern, with clean, well-appointed rooms that offer a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly😁 One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast buffet, featuring fresh pastries, eggs, fruit, and great coffee—perfect for fueling up before a day of sightseeing. The location was also fantastic—just a short walk to Termini Station, making it easy to reach all the major attractions, yet quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. I did not have a positive experience during my stay. The hotel is in a great location but expensive for what you get in return. A personal item was also stolen from my room while I was visiting. The rooms are small. The bathroom very small. The shower is tiny. The hotel totallly expected our expectation. It’s located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, we were able to take a nap in the afternoon after we just got in without interruption. Room and facilities were very clean and daily breakfast had tons of selections and very fresh. Easy to get to the bus stops and train station.

Loved this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient location, only about a 12 min walk to Roma Termini. There is also a bus stop right across the street. In a nice and quiet area with plenty of good restaurants around.

Property is in a lovely neighborhood, accessible to public transport and walkable to attractions like Trevi Fountain, Colloseum and Spanish Steps yet removed from the tourist crowds. Rooms are updated and clean, staff is attentive and helpful. Breakfast was included and fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff in the hotel were helpful and friendly and our room was clean and nicely decorated. Bed and pillows really comfortable. We had a front aspect with a lovely little balcony but you can hear the traffic and buses are noisy until fairly late at night. Breakfast has all you could want in terms of variety and the tiny little custard filled ‘balls’ with the sweet pastries were amazing! Rooftop bar is gorgeous, even in November but the drinks bill was the priciest we paid for our whole trip. We thought the experience worth it though. We walked to all the big attractions from the hotel but if your mobility is limited then you might be better taking a more central hotel as it was 30-40 minutes of walking. Beautiful walks if that is your thing though. Both nights we stayed we ate in wonderful local Italian restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Lots to choose from and not overly expensive. Don’t ask the hotel to arrange your taxi to and from the airport. Their quote was 175 euro each way but a taxi from the nearby train station and picking one up from the airport taxi stand was only 40 euro each way for 4 adults with 2 cases.

It is close to train station (termini) - 10 minutes walk - but not close to most of Rome’s sight seeing. Hotel was reasonably clean. Water temperature was changing every time we tried to take shower - very inconvenient. Food options on rooftop restaurant was not much. Occasionally dirty glass was not changed.

Staff was friendly and inviting. Unfortunately the balcony was under construction so we couldnt use it. Only real negative was that the rooftop terrace only has one person working it so good luck getting food/drinks.

Very clean and modern with friendly staff. Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and the Pantheon were all about a 25 minute walk away but there is a metro station near by to get the metro if you prefer. Vatican City easy to get to on the metro or a 40 minute walk. I would stay again.
