The room was fairly large as was the bathroom, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was on a main roadway and hence there was a lot of noise (plus there was construction going on at the building next door which started up very early in the morning and was not appreciated). There were not many restaurant choices nearby within walking distance but that turned out to be not an issue, as the in-hotel restaurant was very good, and we ended up eating there both nights. The hotel is fairly convenient to the Apian Way, which we wanted to see. Breakfast was pretty good.

Chambre lumineuse et ultra propre. Tout le confort nécessaire, des lits douillets et pas de bruits majeurs. L'hôtel est à un quart d'heure à pieds du métro à l'écart de l'euphorie du centre ville mais pas trop éloigné quand même. Pas de mauvaise surprise, tout était parfait!

This was most definitely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. First of all, the first room we got was very dirty so we requested a change. We got the change and it was not much of a difference. The comforter was dirty. The walls were dirty. The bathroom was dirty, and the room had a distinct smell. Right when we were trying to settle in, we noticed a lot of other things. The sink in the bathroom was completely broken and was dripping all over the floor. The toilet seat looked old and dirty even after we disinfected it, and the bidet had bugs coming out of it. Please stay away from this hotel. It is not four stars.

Great Stay – Clean, Comfortable & Welcoming I was lucky to find this hotel last minute after an issue with another booking, and it was a great choice! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were welcoming and made the check-in process smooth. While it was a little out of the way and not within walking distance, it was conveniently close to a bus stop, making it easy to get around. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Très bon séjour à l hôtel caravel. Hôtel propre, calme et accueil très agréable. Malgré le fait qu il est situé sur un boulevard, pas de nuisance sonore dans la chambre (7 eme étage). La salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement ainsi que les peintures de chambre. L hôtel est situé loin du centre mais très accessible par le métro ( 15-20 min à pied) ou par bus, arrêt au pied de l hôtel ( ligne 160) . Très bon séjour.

Der var ikke et køleskab eller el-kedel på hotelværelset. Der var heller ikke engangs hotelsandaler, så vi var nærmest nød til at gå på de beskidte gulve. Tv kanalerne virkede ikke. Gulvet var ikke rent på stuen og der var støv samtidig var der beskidt ved indgangen til stuen. Det eneste positive var at personalet virkede imødekommende og smilende.

I really like this hotel, simple, clean and friendly. I enjoyed the stay, but found the rooms extremely warm. The thermostat was set at 23 degrees, and even switching it off, I could feel the radiators very warm. May be nice to lower the heating a bit (definitely not a deal breaker)

Notre vol ayant été annulé, nous n'avons pu profiter de cet hôtel. J'ai, dès le 04/10 prévenu d'annuler cette réservation et de procéder au remboursement de la somme déjà versée, mais aucune réponse à ce jour !!! C'est inadmissible. Je vais donc procéder par voie judiciaire.

I booked this hotel as it was labeled as a 4-star and quickly realized, upon arrival, that it was not the luxury hotel it purports to be. The front desk attendant must have been overwhelmed that day, because, he seemed frustrated and rushed the check in process. He handed us the keys and didn't explain anything about breakfast, WiFi, etc...the normal. I visited Rome, because, I had an event that night and of course there was no iron in my room. I returned to the front desk to obtain one and he informed me that they were all checked out for the day by other guests. They didn't even ask how my stay was when I checked out, because, obviously they don't care.

The front desk attendant must have been overwhelmed that day, because, he seemed frustrated and rushed the check in process. He handed us the keys and didn't explain anything about breakfast, WiFi, etc...the normal. I visited Rome, because, I had an event that night and of course there was no iron in my room. I returned to the front desk to obtain one and he informed me that they were all checked out for the day by other guests. Great Stay – Clean, Comfortable & Welcoming I was lucky to find this hotel last minute after an issue with another booking, and it was a great choice! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were welcoming and made the check-in process smooth. While it was a little out of the way and not within walking distance, it was conveniently close to a bus stop, making it easy to get around. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

The room was fairly large as was the bathroom, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was on a main roadway and hence there was a lot of noise (plus there was construction going on at the building next door which started up very early in the morning and was not appreciated). There were not many restaurant choices nearby within walking distance but that turned out to be not an issue, as the in-hotel restaurant was very good, and we ended up eating there both nights. The hotel is fairly convenient to the Apian Way, which we wanted to see. Breakfast was pretty good.

Très bon séjour à l hôtel caravel. Hôtel propre, calme et accueil très agréable. Malgré le fait qu il est situé sur un boulevard, pas de nuisance sonore dans la chambre (7 eme étage). La salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement ainsi que les peintures de chambre. L hôtel est situé loin du centre mais très accessible par le métro ( 15-20 min à pied) ou par bus, arrêt au pied de l hôtel ( ligne 160) . Très bon séjour.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. We flew into Rome before heading to Amalfi. This was a perfect first night on our honeymoon. The bed was firm and comfortable. The bathroom had a tub and soaking in it after walking 25k steps around Rome was heavenly. The breakfast bar offered was really nice. Although the stay was short, would not hesitate to book again. Thank you!

Hotel was nice and clean, rooms were relatively modern and big enough. Bathrooms were all good, air conditioning worked well, generally OK. Only thing is it's a bit too far out of town if you're going sight seeing. We were there for 3 days / 2 nights and probably spent £200 + on Ubers getting in and out of town. It was super hot when we were there so was good to have a base to come back to and cool down and shower and go again but I think had we spent some of that money being closer to town it might have been better. Having said that a lot of the main sightseeing places are across Rome and in that heat, then you'd probably still be Ubering between them! Other thing was no bar so couldn't even get some ice for the room. They only have a small restaurant that does breakfast and evening meals but you can't get anything outside of their opening times. Also the area itself sees a bit run down, it's not bad and didn't feel unsafe in any way but things like the little cafe that we thought was next door had closed down, in fact everything around seemed to be shuttered and graffiti's. Like I say the hotel was clean and pleasant and we had a good stay, just things to be aware of.
