Un hotel con una grande reception, bar, zone comuni abbondanti. Stanze grandi e di buon gusto. Peccato la pulizia molto carente. Ma per la zona è un buon compromesso senza svuotare le tasche e dignitoso

Hôtel très bien situé par rapport aux monuments, bons restaurants pas chers autour aussi et à 5 minutes de la gare. On a choisi parce qu’il y avait écrit navette mais ils ne font pas navette, dans l’aéroport comme la gare ou la ville de Rome, les taxis circulent partout avec un prix fixe pour l’aéroport ou de l’aéroport à la ville…

I do not recommend this hotel. The room smells very bad from the air conditioning. She has never had service there, this air conditioning and it smells of fungus.There is not even a kettle to make coffee or tea in the room.There is also no fridge to keep your drinks cold.And the bar has nothing really no choice you have to get out of the hotel to get something to drink or eat something. Really terrible this hotel 👎👎👎👎

Hotel bem localizado, com pouca acessibilidade(escadas ma entrada). No quarto triplo sem frigobar e sem box no banheiro (tinha cortina). Funcionários gentis, especialmente Maik e Carolina.

There was no minibar in the room. Air-conditioning device had no remote control inside the room. Breakfast with limited options and low quality food. Hotel main entrance has no handicap ramp for the luggages and wheelchair. etc.

My family has stayed at this hotel at least 20 times in the past 10 years and we have enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. However, in room 404, the bathroom walls, sink and shower were completely full of mold. This room should not be rented until the mold is completely removed. We should have complained to management to get a different room, but we were tired and we didn't complain.

Omg where do I start, never been so disappointed in a hotel in my life. We arrived and the room was supposed to be clean and ready. We walked in and wouldn't sleep on the sheets as the room was so dirty. We complained to the desk that someone left an old suitcase in the room but they didn't care. The dust was so thick. The place was so gross never again would I ever think or send anyone there. Please take them off your list my friends took pictures of the grossness. To pay over 1000 dollars for 3 nights was the biggest waste. I just can't believe the filth.

Hotellet ligger meget centralt. Hotellet fremstår slidt. Værelserne var meget slidte. Malingen var flere steder skallet af og der var pletter på væggene. Der blev gjort rent dagligt, men gulvet og møblerne var møgbeskidte. Under sengen lå der gammelt affald. Morgenmaden var noget af det dårligste vi har oplevet. Rigtig fin hvis man er til søde sager. Der var tre forskellige crossainter, alle med glasur. Derud over en citronkage.

Im Bad an der Decke war alles voller schwarzer Schimmel! Lungenkrebs ist All inklusive! Ich habe noch nie für so ein ekliges, schmuddeliges und schimmliges Hotelzimmer gesehen! Für ganz viel Geld ! Bilder bei Hotels. Com waren in real komplett anders ! Absolute Abzocke mit Schädigung der Gesundheit!

This is the absolute worst experience I've had with a hotel. It started with the ac not working and the the electricity went out and came back 3 or 4 times and our room, didn't have wifi for the afternoon until the next day. And the hotel staff came to our room and checked out that it wasn't working and confirmed it and called the wifi company to come to fix it and no one came. Then finally they themselves somehow after I got upset in front of people checked in they magically fix it themselves. They just keep telling me to sit in the lobby to use the wifi. Then we found bedbugs in the bed. And the only thing the very very rude staff did was change the sheets. I contacted hotell.com they helped us with emailing the manager and trying to get us a refund because we wanted to leave after that. The next day the manager comes in and started arguing with us and keeps on calling me a lair because apparently I lied that the wifi wasn't working and then I didn't apparently want to resolve the bedbug issue and then the staff checked us out without us knowing whikes we were talking to hotels.com trying to figure out what to do and tolds to leave without a resolution and we had to involve the police to get ethiter a room or a refund. The manger is the worst and he keept on making fun of us in other languages and called me and my mother crazy and lairs to other customers. Don't waste your money and sanity on this nightmare.

Meget sølle morgenmad, intet udvalg. Mere kage end "normal" morgenmad. Det eneste brød du kunne vælge var så tørt, at du kunne knække tænderne på det. Hele værelset lugtede af kloak fra badeværelset, beskidte senge og værleser.

We would not recommend this hotel. We arrived on a friday, on the plus side we could check in earlier. But, they could not provied us with extra pillows (the pillows provided were flat). We booked a room with 3 single beds. One of the beds were a dirty futon sofa. We actually heard other guests complain loudly about this at the reception. But, the absolute worst experience came at night when we were getting ready to sleep. We found BED BUGS on the wall. We immediatly went down to the reception to inform the staff. They couldnt provide us another room or refund our payment. The night clerk did not care. We tried to book another hotel but since it was in the middle of the night we didnt find one. Insted we had to stay up all night with the lights on since we found more bed bugs in the sofa bed. We captured one of the bed bugs in a cup and gave it to the reception in the morning. At first they said that it was not a bed bug. But then a manager came and offered us a different room. But we chose to check out, if there is bed bugs in one room it might as well be in other rooms. The shower curtain had mold-stains. But, if they fix the problems with the bed bugs and restore it a litte it might be a better place because is a good location, near Roma Termini.

The room was dirty. The bathroom was covered in mold. when we mentioned it to the staff their solution was to cancel the reservation and we wouldn't have a place to sleep. I do not recommend this hotel. It is not clean. The AC did not work in our room in the middle of the summer in Rome

Not very fancy, but for what time you plan on spending in the room, it’s great. $5 breakfast downstairs which includes bread and coffee and some sort of sandwiches which aren’t great, but it’ll do specially for $5. A/C in the room gets a 6/10 as it’s not very cool, but it’ll do. Wished it was colder when it was really hot though. The bathroom is nice and clean. The shower is great with a ton of water pressure. Area is excellent and you can walk to Roma Termini in 5 minutes.

Hotel bien situé mais malheureusement mal isolé, beaucoup de bruits extérieurs et de circulation. Une seule tenture qui couvrait à peine la moitié de la fenêtre, luminosité durant toute la nuit.Nouvelle SDB mais rien pour déposer les essuies et savons.

Todos os funcionários são muitos solícitos e atenciosos, café da manhã simples, mas, o que tinha disponível era gostoso.Algumas coisas deixou a desejar como: Não ter frigobar no quarto, o ar condicionado não funcionava e a cama desconfortável, pois na verdade não se tratava de uma cama de casal e sim duas camas de solteiro que juntaram deixando um vão no meio da cama que ficou muito desconfortável para dormir.

location was good near the train station. Staff was good. Room was awful - bed too hard. bathroom was not good. would not recommend.

The hotel was hard to find due to its location behind some construction and found the rates were expensive compared to what I got from other European cities like Prague so this may be a Rome thing. It was a 10min walk from the termini train station which made it easy to get around once you get used to the hotel’s location. The main downside I had was the lack of space to put your stuff and the lack of chargers near the bed. Location would be the main reason you’d choose this hotel since we pretty much walked everywhere from this hotel (eg 20min walk to Colloseum)

The room was beautiful for our family. I didnt like the fact that it didnt have a refrigerator.

Det första rummet var inte toppen så fick jättebra service genom att de byte till ett annat bättre rum

We booked the hotel at the last minute. We were really happy with the location and setting. Located in a pretty part of Rome a short stroll from the train station and surrounded by some lovely restaurants. The hotel was a little tired, but the staff were friendly and attentive.

The hotel was basic but served our needs at this price level. Walking distance to all amenities and sights and within a close proximity to the train station. Fresh linen and towels everyday was nice. Didn't opt for breakfast as there were so many cafes nearby that served our needs.

Cercana a Termini lo cual facilita para quienes tienen viajes en tren, excelente zona de muchos restaurantes y buena comida, cercano a estación de metro y de autobuses. Personal amable. Si lo recomiendo.

The property is very central and ideal if you’re stopping in Roma for a night or two with only being a 15 minute walk to the main landmarks

Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Städningen var helt okej, upplevde ingen smuts på rummet eller i badrummet. Bra läge nära tågstationen och gångavstånd till många sevärdheter. Det fanns även flera bra restauranger på samma gata som hotellet.

Great location

Estuve 4 dias con mi hija y nos parecio que todo estaba muy cuidado. Muy buena atencion, todo el personal es muy cordial y respetuoso, la ubicacion es ideal ya que se encuentra a 10 min a pie de Termini y se puede llegar en 15 o 20 min caminando a la mayoria de centros turisticos. El desayuno nos resultó muy rico y variado. Definitivamente lo super recomiendo.

Thank you for your hospitality. Do us all a small favor, work on your breakfast. Cheap jam on wrapped rusks and plain sand cake? We want to walk 7 hills, it takes more than pure sugar. It's so easy and inexpensive to confirm a good impression. Show us what you're made of. Cheers guys!

Fint hotel der ligger bekvemt centralt. Personalet er meget hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden var lidt ligegyldig.

I really enjoyed the breakfast and location to the termini. Overall, this was a great place to stay and I will be back.
