Had a lovely stay. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Hotel has a cool vibe - trade off is that the elevators are tiny and the bathrooms are a bit tight. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and liked that we weren’t right in the tourist centre, but could walk to everything. It’s also convenient to RomaTermini.

Het ontbijt was teleurstellend: geen kwalitatief eten en weinig opties. Frigo op de kamer werkte niet waardoor er een laag water in de frigo zat. Hierdoor was mijn eten doorweekt... Hygiëne en personeel wel goed. Over het algemeen OK.

Nice hotel about 15 min walk to the Spanish steps , lots of options to eat out around the hotel . Room was small but comfortable, how ever no fridge in the room . Staff were helpful and check in was smooth .

Everything was good and as expected. Not sure why there are bad reviews. The beds were comfortable and shower was good. Not as nice as pictures but everything was fine and worked well. Just no kettle in the room.

Great location and easy in terms of no frills if you just want a modern place to stay that’s near the Trevi fountain. The room doesn’t have kettle etc and the shower was cold at some busy times but was still great for the price

The hotel is well located and newly renovated. The area was nice and safe, only a short walk from Villa Borghese and a 20 minute walk from the Termini. There's a good coffee shop and good restaurants near by (try Il Felini!). Staff was really nice and welcoming. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and you can log into your streaming services on the smart TV which is great when you want to take time to rest at the hotel. However, there is no coffee maker/tea pot in the room and you can hear everything in the hallway: doors slaming, people talking, TV playing, etc. Earbuds and speaking in a low voice are a must. Overall, I appreciated my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be better—right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore. We had stayed in this hotel many times in the past. They changed ownership. It sucks!! Take a tool with you if you want to take care shower. It is so hard to pull the knob off to start the water. They moved us to another room became the 1st room had a very bad smell coming out from the bathroom. We will never rerurn to this hotel again.

We will never ever ever book a room in this hotel. Bathrooms smell. Shame on new owners. We had stayed in this hotel for the last 8 years. Never again. I canceled my upcoming 3 days. They can keep the $$. I don't care!!!!

The shower walls in our room could use some scrubbing. We booked two rooms for five nights, tje keys stopped working on the fourth night for both rooms, seems too much of a coincidence. They fixed it but it was annoying

Die Reinigungskraft hat jeden Morgen die Türen auf dem Flur geschlagen und beim Reinigen gegen die Tür gemümmelt. Die anderen Gäste waren teilweise so laut, dass man diese persönlich um Ruhe bitten musste. Das Zimmer war stickig und der Gestank nach Kanalisation der Dusche war fürchterlich. Die Krönung war dann noch, dass uns bei Chexkout gesagt wurde, dass wir angeblich Gegränke aus dem Kühlschrank entnommen hätten. An der Stelle bin ich vom Glauben abgefallen

El hotel está en una zona tranquila a unos 15 minutos de la fontana de Trevi. Super limpio con todos los servicios necesarios y un desayuno super variado. Un hotel muy recomendable

Generelt et fint hotel, det levede stort set op til de forventninger vi havde på forhånd, det er relativt nyrenoveret og i god stand. Et stort minus var dog, at vores værelse lå ud til en meget kedelig baggård, hvor en kompressor/ventilation larmede hele døgnet, virkelig skidt for nattesøvnen. Morgenmaden på hotellet er ikke noget at skrive hjem om, det er dog generelt for hele Italien, en masse søde kager, kedeligt brød og absolut ingen sunde sager. Beliggenheden er rigtig god ift. mange aktiviteter i Rom. Hotellet kan alt i alt godt anbefales.

Rooms are extremely small, no place to put your suitcase inf youre in a tour and live out of a suitcase because if constant hotel chsnge. Showers are very small in the economy room, barely room to move in even fir a skinny person. Breakfast has poor selection and very limited.

Good location, high ceilings are a nice touch, felt more like aparthotel, staff were friendly. It’s a decent place but nothing special. The overall condition of the property is a bit dated, could do with a paint job, new skirting, just needs a bit of general TLC.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche d’une station de métro et des ambassades. Personnel très à l’écoute et sérieux, une personne parle français mais nous avons pu nous faire comprendre en anglais basique avec les autres ! Beaucoup de bons restaurants aux alentours. Coffre fort, clim et sèche cheveux dans les chambres. Un conseil, prenez la chambre avec le canapé (pour y mettre vos valises dessus) car sinon vos aurez un manque de place pour ranger vos affaires. C’est un très bon rapport qualité prix même pour les petits déjeuners à 10€ qui sont constamment alimentés. Le métro est très facile à prendre, vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper de direction (munissez vous d’un plan du métro de Rome), nous avons payé directement avec notre CB aux bornes d’entrée (1,50€) Le seul inconvénient pour nous concernant l’hôtel : il est mal insonorisé et les voisins nous ont dérangés à plusieurs reprises..

We enjoyed our long term stay at this hotel. We found the location convenient for a conference we were attending and appreciated the modern room set up (lots of USB ports for charging and devices.) Staff was friendly and helpful, especially with check in and check out. Our only issue was hotel had already swapped to heating (traveled in early November and temperatures were still warm) and so we slept with the window open, resulting in many mosquito bites most nights. Not much to be done about that but as seasonal weather increasingly becomes unpredictable, it would be nice to hotels at all price ranges to allow guests to control air condition and heating year round.

The decoration was nice, but the room was very dark to the point of needing artificial lights during the day, even on sunny days. The view was to a small interior backyard that made it difficult to see the sky unless one was leaning outside the window. There was a persistent unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The shower was very narrow. The mobile phone connection in the room was poor. Upon request we changed rooms on the last day (when availability allowed), but in the morning the new room was full of water on the floor, possibly coming from another room, soaking the suitcases. The hotel staff was not really helpful. The room doors provided very poor sound insulation, so one could hear every little sound coming from the corridor and also the other way around.

O hotel é muito bonzinho, no entanto algumas pessoas estão totalmente despreparadas. Na minha estadia fui atendida por um moço totalmente aéreo. Deu a chave do mesmo quarto para outra pesssoa. Qdo chegamos encontramos outras pessoas no nosso quarto. Nossas malas foram retiradas do quarto, mas ele não sabia onde estavam nossas malas. Um caos total. Precisa melhor o staff.

The shower walls in our room could use some scrubbing. We booked two rooms for five nights, tje keys stopped working on the fourth night for both rooms, seems too much of a coincidence. They fixed it but it was annoying

La atención es excelente por parte de Jorge. El y su compañera siempre ( no recuerdo su nombre ) siempre atentos y serviciales. El hotel de primera , comenzando por su aroma al entrar a la propiedad así como la de la habitación. Sin duda volvería. Desayuno bufet suficiente. Nos hicieron los arreglos para la recogida del Van para ir a Cititaveccia y el chofer llegó puntual y amable también. En general a todo le pondría un 10.

The room was lovely, of a reasonable size, and comfortable. The property was well located without being too close to landmarks or overcrowded areas. The staff was amazing, helpful, kind and welcoming. Plenty of dining options and good access to public transportation. I would return.

Das Hotel war in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind eher klein gehalten was jedoch für einen Städtetrip völlig ausreichend ist. Vom Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß innerhalb von 20 Minuten erreichbar direkt vor der Tür fährt jedoch auch ein Bus ab. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Touristentrubels und trotzdem zentral.

Gutes Hotel, netter Empfang. Vom Hotel zur Metro sind das ca 10/15 Minuten Laufweg. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten wie zB Pantheon, Trevi Brunnen und spanische Treppe liegen im Umkreis von ca 25/30 Minuten gut erreichbar. In direkter Lage zum Hotel gibt es ein kleines Markt. Bei uns war leider das Warmwasser ziemlich „rostig“ und hat nach Rost gerochen beim Duschen. Mussten die 3 Tage zum Teil mit etwas kaltem Wasser duschen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, sodass man alles auf dem Flur mitbekommt.

Hyggeligt og pænt hotel, der ligner billederne på bookingen. Overnattede 4 nætter og det fungerede perfekt. God rengøring hver dag, med rene håndklæder. Venligt og imødekommende personale. Morgenmaden var super fin, ikke det store udvalg men det var helt okay. Beliggenheden er skøn, stille kvarter og stadig ikke langt fra butikker, restauranter og barer. Et sted vi godt kan anbefale.

Het ontbijt was teleurstellend: geen kwalitatief eten en weinig opties. Frigo op de kamer werkte niet waardoor er een laag water in de frigo zat. Hierdoor was mijn eten doorweekt... Hygiëne en personeel wel goed. Over het algemeen OK.

Resepsiyon ve ilgisi açısından değerlendirme yapmam gerekirse 5/5. Ancak geri kalan kısımları bizim için bazı anlarda tatsızdı. Odaların kapıları çok ses geçiriyor. Herhangi bir odadan çıkış olunca bunu kesinlikle duyuyorsunuz. Eğer kalacaksanız kesinlikle ilk katı talep etmeyin. Hızlı bir şekilde halledilmiş olsa da iki kez sifon bozuldu. Ve gelelim en tatsız noktaya. Ücreti mukabilinde yediğimiz kahvaltıda bir hanımefendi hızlı hızlı bir şekilde her şeyi toparlamaya başladı. Kahvaltidan sonra kahve almak istediğimde kahve makinası kapanmış vaziyetteydi. Aslında odanın dizaynı vs bizim için tatlı ve yeterliydi ancak insan tatilde olduğu zaman bu gibi şeylerle uğraşmak istemiyor.

Rooms are extremely small, no place to put your suitcase inf youre in a tour and live out of a suitcase because if constant hotel chsnge. Showers are very small in the economy room, barely room to move in even fir a skinny person. Breakfast has poor selection and very limited.

It was great that our room was available earlier than expected. We arrived two hours before check in and were so happy the room was ready. The American breakfast was okay, my husband was quite satisfied. Our room was tidied daily and we always had a fresh supply of towels. The staff was helpful with regards to directions and getting us taxi service when needed. The only isssue we had was the outside noise, it is quite a busy street(but to be expected as it a convenient location). We just closed the window….it was fine.

Storleken på rummen var väldigt bra. Sköna sängar, lakan & kuddar. Bra mörkläggning & fint med en minimini balkong. Perfekt fungerande AC. Enkel men prisvärd frukost. Rummen, var ganska slitna, trots att hotellet är relativt nyrenoverat. Extremt lyhört!!! Saknade skohorn,)

Awful experience. Narrow room (bed width exactly), very small shower area, no minibar. Totally incompatible with the daily rate charged. Outdoor area during the day is safe, but at night there is no feeling of safety (inhospitable place).

Nice hotel in a great location. The room itself was very spacious. The bed was uncomfortable - it had a topper, but it was very lumpy - not the worst sleep, but really no support at all. There were mold stains on the ceiling near the A/C - I'm sure that's just the intense humidity contrast with the placement of the machine - but it should be treated before it becomes worse. The breakfast which was included had a good variety and was a great touch before going out in the heat for the day. The working area downstairs was lovely. The internet connection reliable. The AC in the room worked perfectly and was heaven sent - especially during our stay as it was over 35 degrees every day. The room itself was surprisingly noisy during the day (you can hear everything through the walls and windows) but thankfully, at night, it was perfectly quiet and we slept well. My husband is particularly sensitive to noise and he also slept well. Would definitely return. If you can upgrade to a room with a tiny terrace - it is worth it!
