Location handy to metro. There are several hotels operating in the same building.

Pontos fracos: 1) Não oferece recepção 24h; 2) Ducha com ajuste de altura quebrado; 3) Ralo do box entupido; 4) Elevador pequeno e sujo; 5) Cortina sem blackout; 6) Frigobar no quarto. Pontos fortes: 7) Boa localização (próximo de estação de trem, metrô, bares, restaurantes, supermercado, lojas.

We arrived here around 11:00 a.m. after a train trip from Florence. I had booked this hotel for our final night in Rome mostly due to its close proximity to the Termini Station – about 2 short blocks away. Finding the hotel was initially a moderate challenge. I had the street # (76) and found that on a sign. This was above an entry into a courtyard, from which at least 2 other hallways branched out. Then there was a list of around 4 hotels, which apparently were each on a different floor. I had not seen a configuration like this before. The elevator was small – it could accommodate 2 people or 1 person and 2 bags at a time. It took us 3 trips to get up to floor 3. The lady who greeted us at the front desk was quite helpful. Our room was ready in 15 minutes (which was a pleasant surprise). We unpacked somewhat and did our airline check-in, as she had offered to print our tickets at the desk. The room itself seemed relatively big. There was plenty of space for suitcases. The bathroom was small, and the shower stall was an afterthought (sort of a 3’x3’ closet, though it did keep the water in). The area around the hotel had plenty of restaurants and café’s though it seemed a bit rougher then, areas another 5 to 10-minutes’ walk away. They did have a coffee maker that worked during business hours. The front desk was staffed from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and they had an after-hours call #. This hotel served our needs for a final jumping-off point for returning home.

Bon, en arrivant à 22h passé, j'étais pas forcément rassuré au vu du fonctionnement de l'hôtel (3ème et 5ème étage) d'un vieil immeuble de centre-ville, d'autres hôtels sur les autres étages ... Mais le check-in solo m'avait été expliqué par WhatsApp en amont avec un beau document Word avec photos et codes donc je n'ai eu aucun problème. Concernant la chambre : simple, efficace, propre, rien à redire. Petit-déjeuner : Simple mais largement suffisant. Personnel aux petits soins, parle parfaitement le français. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute.

Great location, very helpful service in-person and on telephone/WhatsApp. Great restaurant to the right of the hotel. Comfortable, quiet. I had to enter via self check-in (after 8:00 p.m.) and the instructions provided were clear, simple. Grazie a Marco, Fabrizio e tutto in hotel.

Our last night in Rome and very close to Roma Termini. Had to catch an early flight so early train out. The desk is not staffed 24 hours but is secured. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly, room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower is small but average for all our stays. Be warned that the elevator is very small and the Hotel is several flights up. We walked to the Colosseum and lots of opportunities for good food. Perfect for our needs.

THE PROPERTY I WOULD DESCRIBE AS A HOSTEL WITH A DOOR THAT LOCKS. THE SHOWER IS WAY TOO SMALL IF YOU ARE MORBIDLY OBESE OR 6FT TALL. THE PICTURE INDICATES IT IS ITS OWN BUILDING BUT IT IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR . NOT A BIG DEAL BUT CONFUSING AS TO WHERE YOU GO WHEN YOU GET THERE. THE STAFF IS AWESOME! We did not go to breakfast so I can't review it. it wa clean, great location from the train and subway to get all the sites. I would stay there again . we loved the restaurant next door.

Be aware that the breakfast service is what we call continental breakfast in the states . I was under the impression that they were going to have buffet like eggs, bacon, pancakes, or fruit. ( breakfast room is located in the 5th floor. Also be aware that this hotel is located on the 3rd floor of the building so you will need to use the elevator for maximum capacity of 2 people. Other than that you need to use the stairs. Other than that. The service was great.

Excellent value hotel, the best I have stayed in the Termini area. Big rooms, clean and spacious. Location is fantastic. Also, the staff were very helpful and kind, including helping us with property we had left behind in the room. Highly recommended.

Great housekeeping, everything spotless. All staff very friendly and helpful. Great location next to station to get everywhere, although lots of places a nice walk,15mins to coleseum. Would definately stay again.

The room was spacious and clean and the room safe was a welcome amenity. the bathroom was very clean as well. Maid service did a great job. The location is perfect for getting to the train station and using the Metro. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The room smells bad, and have bedbugs

Room was clean and the staff very helpful with plenty of information to make your trip easier. Good location close to Termini terminal and all public transportation. City easy to navigate from Hotel Orlanda.

We booked this hotel for our last day in Rome because of its proximity to Termini Station and its adequate price. It is just a 5-minute walk. We arrived late in the evening and left early the next day. The hotel is clean. The room is spacious enough, with a good, queen-size bed. The shower in the bathroom is tiny and awkward, but the water is running well. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. There are plenty of restaurants around.

Great location to explore Rome, you can easily walk to most attractions in the city. Also right next to Termini station for easy access to transport. We arrived late at night but they arranged for self check in with clear instructions. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable but starting to get a little worn.

Bathroom/ shower very small

The walls are thin so sometimes hear noisy neighbors. It was quiet after 10 PM so not a problem. Hotel offered a different room but we declined. It got better the next few nights.

Nota maxima para o staff, realmente super cordiais. Para os padrões de Roma o Hotel era muito bom. Internet ok, bem localizado, limpo.

Marco was very kind, helpful, and accommodating. He gave us lots of information about museums to book in advance and great food options nearby. The area was very close to Roma Termini so the commute is easy. The place is a little far from Rome landmarks (Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, etc) but walking is expected in such a big city. We loved our stay here! AC worked great as well.

Zentrale Lage (Nähe Hauptbahnhof, Busse, Metro). Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gebäude/Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen (war auf den Bildern im Vorfeld bereits ersichtlich) aber alles sehr sauber. Wir würden wieder dort übernachten.

Small, clean, fantastic and accommodating staff. Centrally located (near Termini) this hotel is a bit of a gem and suited me perfectly both financially and comfort wise. The manager made a shower available to me at 3.00 pm before a long flight home - priceless. Thanks Orlanda!

Right next to Roma Termini and many shops/restaurants. Nice room with plenty of space. They held our luggage for free the next day while we traveled around the city after checking out at 10am. Great experience.

The hotel was very convenient and the staff was incredibly helpful and caring. They answered all of our questions and made us very comfortable.

The staff was excellent! We had a delay from us to Italy. Communication via What’s App worked well. We were nicely accommodated.

Great staff. Marco and Paulo were fantastic. I needed to get a refund from a travel company and Marco volunteered to make the call on my behalf since I do not speak Italian. Daily breakfast was very good especially the croissants. I can’t say enough about this hotel. Great location near Termini.

My family needed a 1 night stay in a hotel before we headed to the airport the next morning. The staff at the hotel was very communicative, sending messages days before arrival to make sure we had all of the information we needed. We were provided with a map to get from the train terminal to the hotel, explicit directions on how to get to the elevator. The man who checked us in helped us with our luggage and walked us through how to get in the building after hours, access the WiFi, and check out early. It was a 1 or 2 floor hotel located on the 3rd floor of a building shared with other companies. Things might have been a little outdated but it was more renovated than other hotels in our trip. The bed was certainly comfortable compared to other places we’d stayed. Over all this was a surprisingly pleasant experience.

The staff were so friendly and helpful - they acquired online tickets for us. On our last day we left early - they brought us a breakfast the night before so that we were fed. I loved their service.

We arrived early and we only meant to store our luggages so we can start going around. But Paolo was awesome he gave us a room earlier than expected. The rest of the staff was awesome. The hotel is super close to the train station like no worries carrying your big luggage and there’s a lot of restaurants around the area.

The property was clean and in a great location. The staffed helped us so much. From providing detailed maps, arranging transport, and even helping with minor details, they were amazing!

excellent location near Termini train station, suitable for sleeping ,nothing fancy, several small hotels in the same complex (probably same owner) and a breakfast. The price was reasonable for the location

Die Unterkunft wurde wegen der zentralen Lage zum Bahnhof gewählt. Die Umgebung ist schmuddelig und nicht für alleinreisende Frauen zu empfehlen. Das Hotel außen wirkt sehr ausladend. Gefühlt in jedem Stockwerk, ein „Hotel“. Die Zimmer sind sauber und in Ordnung, aber hellhörig und die Fenster undicht. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach aber ausreichend.

Great hotel! Communication was excellent, and the provided map made the 4 minute walk from the train station very easy. Lots of food nearby, easy walk to Colosseum etc. Comfortable, secure room.

My husband, two adult children and I booked a 6 night stay here. We had a hard time finding it, because more than 6 hotels use the same entrance. It looks like each floor is a different hotel. I should’ve done a little more research of the surrounding area. The convenience of having the train station near by sold me. We had to walk only a few blocks to get the metro, which is how we got around the whole time we were there. Still, there was a lot of loitering around that area, it was really loud all day long until about 1 in the morning. It’s not a pretty place. The hotel receptionist was very helpful as well as the rest of the staff. The a/c worked, which was a plus. We also opened the windows a couple of nights when it was cool enough to do so. You def get what you pay for here.

Very convenient location however be careful for the pickpockets.(happens a lot) A block away from the Roma termini that’s why you will see many beggars and people trying to sell you things … advice … just ignore them and walk away.

The staff was nice. I mainly booked this hotel due to its distance to the station. It was tolerable for 2 nights stay. Very noisy and dirty area. Not worth the price.

Staff were nice. I wouldnt recommend this hotel for a solo female. Area very convenient close to Rome Termini station but not safe to walk around after 8pm I was told this by several people from businesses in the neighbourhood. Breakfast was good. On busy street but rooms block the noise very well.

Despite its location near the termini and on a busy street, the rooms are quiet. Complimentary coffee and croissants are offered every morning, and the staff is friendly.

The Orlanda's location is just steps away from the train station, restaurants, and other attractions in the city. The entrance to the building is deceiving. It looks grubby but when we got to the actual lobby of the hotel on the third floor, it was much nicer, as was our room. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast and was great for us.
