This was my 4th time in Rome and I usually stay in another hotel but i decided to change and stay in hotel piazza this time. Best decision ever!! The hotel is literally in the center of everything. Coffee, croissants, gelato, pasta, tiramasu, every kind of amazing Italian food is close. The Spanish steps are on your doorstep and you can't get any better then that. Lastly, the staff are the kindest and most lovely people there. They were always happy to help, gave us recommendations and were friendly. The hotel has a lift which is very important if you are walking all day. Thank you to all the staff and to Alessandro :) we will definitely be back soon.

Absolutely the best hotel stay I’ve had in Rome, and I’m a frequent traveler there. 1.5 blocks away from Piazza di Spagna, metro, the fabulous shopping on Via del Corso, and literally dozens of highly rated eateries (including several within a block of the hotel), all in a refurbished old palazzo with a stunning roof deck). Best hotel stay in Rome, and going forward my go to place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was extremely small for price. Small quaint rooftop deck was enjoyable. Taxi did not show up to take us to a booked excursion. Noisy at night time.

Lovely characterful hotel near the Spanish Steps, convenient to sights, dining and metro. Very nice staff at reception ready to help. Tasty breakfast, lots of choices hosted by friendly staff. And a beautiful rooftop terrace to enjoy at the end of the day. My daughter and I definitely recommend!

Had a great stay at this hotel and will absolutely be recommending it to friends who travel to Rome! The employees were all very friendly and the hotel was in a perfect location. Be sure to check out their rooftop terrace, it is amazing!

The location of this hotel is excellent. Very near the Spanish Steps (Piazza di Spagna), but on a quieter side street that also feels very safe. The staff at the front desk were uniformly excellent – – friendly, professional, and helpful. There was a heat wave in Rome, yet the temperature control in the room was perfect – – individual room temperature control, and completely true to the number on the thermostat. I wasn’t able to make the room American – air conditioned. I also had an internal Dash facing room, which meant it was very quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Piazza di Spagna. Just one night but everything was wonderful. They even helped us with transportation to the airport. Great location and amenities. Highly recommend.

A boutique hotel that is about 20-minute's walk to a number of attractions. The room is very clean, practical, and quiet. Very traditional setup that feels personal and welcoming (for example, a big brass key that you leave at the front desk when you go out). Staff members are very friendly. I want to particularly thank Tiberio who has been really helpful and made my stay more pleasant. The hotel is in the middle of a very crowded area with lots of shops and restaurants around, with very narrow streets and old buildings. This could be charming to some but not to others.

It was a very convenient location to the sites. The staff are amazing and offered helpful information to maximize our 3 day visit with maps and restaurant recommendations. The shower stall had a bit of mold on the back lower wall but otherwise everything else was spotless in the room. The breakfast was a nice option. Francesca, Georgia and Alessio are amazing Roma representatives.

This hotel is a little jewel in the heart of Rome, next to the Spanish steps. Close proximity to multiple tourist attractions, shopping for high end items, close to restaurants. I stayed there 2 nights before heading to Sperlonga and totally enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly, helpful, and room was very clean. Has AC for those hot august nights. I recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We stayed in four different locations around Italy and this was by far our favorite. The staff was very friendly and scheduled a taxi ride to the airport without additional charge. The room was spacious and clean with a big comfortable bed. Highly recommended!

Hotel Piazza di Spagna is the oldest hotel in the Campo Marzio neighborhood. The standard room and bathroom are a little on the small side but the staff are wonderful. Everyone was professional, courteous, and friendly. The hotel is a very short distance from the Spanish Steps. I recommend Ristorante Al 34 across the street and Antiqua Birreria Viennese around the corner on Via Del Croce.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We stayed in four different locations around Italy and this was by far our favorite. The staff was very friendly and scheduled a taxi ride to the airport without additional charge. The room was spacious and clean with a big comfortable bed. Highly recommended!

Loved it here! Perfect location, close to the metro, and walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. There were lots of restaurants, shopping and sights to be seen. The staff were lovely and great to talk to.

Fantastic location just a three minute walk from the Spanish Steps and about 11 minutes to Trevi Fountain. Great restaurants abound throughout the area, and every high end clothier you can think of. Amir at the front desk was welcoming and very helpful.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Very near the Spanish Steps (Piazza di Spagna), but on a quieter side street that also feels very safe. The staff at the front desk were uniformly excellent – – friendly, professional, and helpful. There was a heat wave in Rome, yet the temperature control in the room was perfect – – individual room temperature control, and completely true to the number on the thermostat. I wasn’t able to make the room American – air conditioned. I also had an internal Dash facing room, which meant it was very quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very nice stay. The room and bathroom were clean and the staff were nice. They offered to help us book a taxi to the airport and made good recommendations for a restaurant. The area was touristy and we heard some music at night, but not loud enough to prevent us from sleeping well.

The best thing about this property was the location and also front desk is very very helpful. Our room was very small. The shower was one of those makeshift shower so water went everywhere. The staff was very helpful especially with transportation and recommendations for restaurants. there is a breakfast for €10.00 basic nothing cooked order.I think it a little overpriced for What you get. As for the VIP I am a gold member I got a bottle of wine but I could not choose whether you wanted white or sparkling. You had to take the red and we got no upgrades.

The staff was wonderful but the hotel is quite dated. Bathroom old with shower that leaks everywhere. Breakfast terrible. Went about an hour after the buffet opened and just about everything was gone.

Lovely characterful hotel near the Spanish Steps, convenient to sights, dining and metro. Very nice staff at reception ready to help. Tasty breakfast, lots of choices hosted by friendly staff. And a beautiful rooftop terrace to enjoy at the end of the day. My daughter and I definitely recommend!

A localização e o atendimento são excelentes, fizemos praticamente todos os pontos turísticos a pé. Optamos pelo café da manhã no hotel e ficamos satisfeitos. Quarto amplo, limpíssimo, banheiro grande e uma graça a decoração. Foi recomendado por uma amiga, e com certeza também recomendarei.

Et veldig fint og koselig hotell med vennlige ansatte og flott atmosfære. Vi spiste god frokost og service var veldig god. Beliggenhet er god midt i Roma og under 100 meter fra Spansketrappen. Jeg vil absolutt anbefale dette hotellet.

This is an exceptional hotel in the heart of Rome!!! Amazing staff from the front desk Georgia & George, to Adriana the manager of the cleaning and breakfast staff! They’re all very professional and made us feel like family and their attention to all of our needs was outstanding. We liked it so much when we stayed for 4 nights that when we returned to Rome after a week in southern Italy, we chose to stay here again. Thank you all for an amazing experience at your hotel.

O quarto da frente, no qual ficamos, era bastante silencioso. O hotel é muito bem localizado, com estação de metrô e comércio, em especial, restaurantes. Recebemos um carinho especial, para a comemoração do aniversário da minha esposa. A equipe de funcionários era muito boa. Agradecimento especial aos funcionários, Jorge (fluente em português) e Adriana.
