Meget venligt og serviceminded personale og rengøringen var i top. Hotellet var dog noget slidt, sengene hårde, brusekabinen meget lille og dørene gabte. Mange myg (oktober).

Hotel molto comodo per la vicinanza al Gemelli, personale gentile e professionale. Ma la Moquette nel corridoio doveva essere vecchia e c’era un odore terribile, anche le rifiniture della stanza erano vecchie e malandate (porta del bagno e battiscopa in legno tutti scrostati).

Hotel vicino all'Ospedale Gemelli, pulito, moderno ed a buon prezzo. Per chi deve recarsi al Gemelli è un punto di appoggio perfetto. Naturalmente le 5 stelle che ho attribuito si riferiscono alla sua funzionalità, non è un hotel in cui prenotare una vacanza.

Hotel vicino all'Ospedale Gemelli, pulito, moderno ed a buon prezzo. Per chi deve recarsi al Gemelli è un punto di appoggio perfetto. Naturalmente le 5 stelle che ho attribuito si riferiscono alla sua funzionalità, non è un hotel in cui prenotare una vacanza.

O café da manhã é muito fraco em reposição, se o item acabou, ha uma grande demora para ele ser reposto. Todos os dias tivemos problemas com a máquina que faz café// cappuccino, teve dias em que terminamos de comer sem café por conta desse problema. O serviço de quarto no quesito limpeza era muito fraco também, todos os dia havia poeira no chão e nos móveis… só o banheiro que era limpo e o lixo retirado, de resto quanto a limpeza era um serviço inexistente…. Tirando esses inconvenientes o hotel possui uma excelente equipe na recepção e está muito bem localizado, próximo a estação Gemelli da FL3.

Excellent and very helpful staff. Convenient location. Visited all the sights in Rome. The room/bathroom was not spacious according to American standards but manageable. Very well maintained property. Enjoyed our stay.

While it was a nice, clean hotel in a convenient area, and a fairly new hotel, the noisiness was bothersome. The wall between the bedroom and bathroom must have been incredibly thin, because when someone flushed it sounded like you were in the bathroom with the toilet instead of in the bedroom. Also, noises from the hall came through very loudly. Otherwise, nice place with helpful people. There was a basket of fruit in the room when we checked in, which was a very nice touch.

The shower is unnecessarily small. I say lose the bidet & make the shower twice the size. Also, i woke up at 3am sweating but i had the a/c on. Not sure what it's for exactly. The electronic shutters were cool. Ended up sleeping with the window open & that was much better. I would recommend staying here in October.

Very friendly staff and decent rooms. Brealfast is a little boring, but with some options, so you won't leave hungry. I had a room next to the elevator, which made a loud humming noise when used. This woke me a couple of times in the night and in the mornings.

Problems with room and tardiness in corrections leads to my low rating. Shower drain was slow leaving standing water during shower to contaminate feet. Air conditioning was really bad and nights were hot so that we could not sleep well. I asked for an offset to our charges, but was ignored by management. I would have left a good review if we were made whole for the defects. But we were ignored and no response was forthcoming. Front desk personnel were very courteous and helpful overall in calling for taxis and more. Bed comfort mediocre.

O hotel é bom, confortável. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Na hora do café tem apenas uma pessoa e no salão e fica bem corrido. Se você chegar faltando meia hora já não tem algumas opções e também não é reposto. Um pouco longe do centro em torno de 1:00 de ônibus, mas tem estação de trem perto e pontos de ônibus.

O hotel é bom, confortável. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Na hora do café tem apenas uma pessoa e no salão e fica bem corrido. It was a perfect stay for our purposes! Everything in good working order, clean space, comfy beds. Loved it! The only thing was that the eggs were always cold at the breakfast, even when they’d just brought new ones. Maybe it’s a cultural thing though? Either way, a small, minute detail that didn’t change the great experience we had!

It was a perfect stay for our purposes! Everything in good working order, clean space, comfy beds. Loved it! The only thing was that the eggs were always cold at the breakfast, even when they’d just brought new ones. Maybe it’s a cultural thing though? Either way, a small, minute detail that didn’t change the great experience we had!

O hotel é bom, confortável. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Na hora do café tem apenas uma pessoa e no salão e fica bem corrido. Se você chegar faltando meia hora já não tem algumas opções e também não é reposto. Um pouco longe do centro em torno de 1:00 de ônibus, mas tem estação de trem perto e pontos de ônibus.

Buon hotel senza fronzoli ma tutto sommato accogliente. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Camere semplici ma tutto sommato comode. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Colazione a buffet buona e abbondante.

Very friendly staff and decent rooms. Brealfast is a little boring, but with some options, so you won't leave hungry. I had a room next to the elevator, which made a loud humming noise when used. This woke me a couple of times in the night and in the mornings.

O café da manhã é muito fraco em reposição, se o item acabou, ha uma grande demora para ele ser reposto. Todos os dias tivemos problemas com a máquina que faz café// cappuccino, teve dias em que terminamos de comer sem café por conta desse problema. O serviço de quarto no quesito limpeza era muito fraco também, todos os dia havia poeira no chão e nos móveis… só o banheiro que era limpo e o lixo retirado, de resto quanto a limpeza era um serviço inexistente…. Tirando esses inconvenientes o hotel possui uma excelente equipe na recepção e está muito bem localizado, próximo a estação Gemelli da FL3.

I travelled out to this area of Rome to do the local parkrun, which is less than 10 minutes walk away from the front of the hotel. The hotel itself is dated in design, however spotlessly clean and comfortable. Shower cubicle is a bit on the small side but space is at a premium in the cosier rooms. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Train station was 10 mins walk away with frequent connections. Would definitely recommend to any parkrun tourists who don’t want to travel from the city centre in the hotter months.

Quiet, clean, and well-ordered. We appreciated the recommendations and answers to our questions from the gentleman at the front desk. Convenient to the train station, as the gentleman at the front desk explained, we took the train to metro to travel to anything we wanted to see in Rome. A/c was lovely and cool and our room was so quiet we could hear the birds in the morning. Nice breakfast with coffee, fruit, several protein options as well as yogurt and cereals. We ate well to fuel a day of exploring Rome.
