Hotel che dimostra la propria età. Camera al piano interrato abbastanza ampia e complessivamente pulita. Bagno piccolo e con doccia all'interno della vasca. Colazione nella norma. Personale gentile e professionale. Da segnalare la vicinanza con i mezzi pubblici che ti permettono di raggiungere sia il centro che lo stadio Olimpico senza problemi. Utilissimo il parcheggio interno.

Quarto bom , somente o banheiro muito apertado , nao tinha como se movimentar . Atendentes simpáticos e atenciosos , café da manhã muito bom, recepção atende muito bem . Tenho uma observação a fazer referente a lavanderia que consta no site mas ela nao tem no hotel , precisa ser terceirizada o servico.

This is the most terrible hotel I have in my life. 1- the smell of smoking was everywhere in the room in the first day. Although it said No smoking. there was a smoking butt in the room 2- The receptionist was rude and didn't know how to speak English 3-There was an extra step inside the room which is very risky to slip on. My little kid slipped 4 times in it. 4- the Bathroom lock was broken 5-they turned off the AC overnight and we didn't know until the second day when we noticed that the room is very humid 6- the furniture was broken and very dirty outside in the balcony 7- every time I asked something from the receptionist, or complaint about something, they said you can contact Expedia and get a refund Overall, my experience at this hotel was a total disaster. From the run-down facilities to the unhelpful staff, everything about my stay was subpar. It's a shame that what was supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable trip turned into a nightmare thanks to this poorly managed hotel. Needless to say, I will never be staying there again, and I urge others to steer clear of this establishment if they value a comfortable and pleasant hotel experience I have pictures for all this, but I don't know how to share them

The breakfast was amazing but the property is run down. The room smelled like a diaper, peeling paint, none of the shower jets worked, dirty walls, peeling wood in bathroom. Neighborhood was dirty, lots of trash and graffiti.

Der Unterkunft war gut aber das Bad und Boden war sehr schmutzig mit Pilz bedeckt und das Bar sollte früher aufgemacht werden da gab keine Möglichkeit Kaffee zu trinken von Personal nett und freundlich schade das nur eine Person deutsch spricht aber sonst war okay

Overall, the staff was friendly and professional. A special acknowledgement to the housekeeping person who provided excellent upkeep of the room. Breakfast was also good. The carpet was old and stained in some parts, also the wall. The worst and most annoying part was the noise, walls too thin and being on the ground floor made this worse as every loud sound/voiices from guests was incessantly heard.

A klasszikus szoba nagyon kicsi . A fürdőszoba szintúgy. A zuhanykabin szűkös, a toalett mellette rettentően keskeny. A tisztaság megfelelő volt . A reggeli a szokásos édes, olaszos ételek. Nem volt nagy választék sajnos.

Perfecte locatie, op loopafstand van de metro lijn A. Leuk terras om buiten te zitten in de avond. Ontbijt ook prima met veel keuze. Wij zijn hier voor 5 nachten geweest, prima hotel maar de familiekamer is echt ontzettend klein en heel ongezellig. Dat is het enige minpunt verder leuk hotel.

Perfecte locatie, op loopafstand van de metro lijn A. Leuk terras om buiten te zitten in de avond. Ontbijt ook prima met veel keuze. Wij zijn hier voor 5 nachten geweest, prima hotel maar de familiekamer is echt ontzettend klein en heel ongezellig. Dat is het enige minpunt verder leuk hotel.

I would stay here again. Breakfast and service was great. They coordinated a shuttle to the airport for 75€ and there was always someone at the front desk who was always helpful.

The customer service was poor especially the first day we arrived receptionist was rude.No water given in the room to drink. The rooms are not sound proof you hear the noise from next rooms and corridor. Small insects are in the rooms.

Worst Hotel ever—Do not stay here! My recent stay at Pinewood Hotel near Rome was an absolute nightmare that I hope no traveler will have to experience. This so-called “four-star” hotel will be without a doubt a complete disappointment and potential tourist trap. 🌐 INTERNET DISASTER: The hotel’s internet connection was never available throughout our entire stay. In today’s online connected world, being forced into digital isolation is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that claims to be a four-star establishment. 🚕 TRANSPORTATION SCAM AND DISASTER: The most alarming issue was their taxi arrangement to the airport. When we requested airport transportation from the front desk, the nearly-elderly man provided us with an UNLICENSED taxi driver. Not only was the price exorbitant, but the driver was also late, causing us to miss our flight. In fact, our family lost more than 3,500 US dollars due to this catastrophic service. This is not just poor service - it’s potentially dangerous and misleading. 💡 CRITICAL WARNINGS: • Completely unreliable internet service • Untrustworthy transportation arrangements • Misleading star rating • Potential safety concerns with unauthorized transportation BOTTOM LINE: Save yourself the stress, money, and potential travel disruptions. In today’s online connected world, being forced into digital isolation is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that claims to be a four-star establishment. 🚕 TRANSPORTATION SCAM AND DISASTER: The most alarming issue was their taxi arrangement to the airport. When we requested airport transportation from the front desk, the nearly-elderly man provided us with an UNLICENSED taxi driver. Not only was the price exorbitant, but the driver was also late, causing us to miss our flight. In fact, our family lost more than 3,500 US dollars due to this catastrophic service. This is not just poor service - it’s potentially dangerous and misleading. 💡 CRITICAL WARNINGS: • Completely unreliable internet service • Untrustworthy transportation arrangements • Misleading star rating • Potential safety concerns with unauthorized transportation BOTTOM LINE: Save yourself the stress, money, and potential travel disruptions. The reasons I booked this hotel was because of the location and free breakfast. I wanted a hotel that was close in walking distance from the train station. I believe it is a 10-15 minute walk. We weren't renting a car and planned on using public transportation. The bus can also drop you off in front of the hotel. That was great. I enjoyed the free breakfast because there was a variety to choose from. I didn't have to worry about have to go look where I could get my coffee. I am thankful that my sheets were clean and pressed and that housekeeping brought us fresh towels. I slept comfortably. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I was a little disappointed that the images of the room online didn't reflect the actual room where I stayed. It was much smaller but I was able to overlook because everything else made up for it.

Location is good, on the main road so getting there you avoid the heavy Rome traffic. There are bus stops 100m away from the hotel. Will only need to get one bus to Vatican City and two buses to the Colosseum (if you don’t take the metro). The parking is next to the hotel (not the underground parking). The room was a little dated but the bathroom was modern. Breakfast was average. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Come da titolo l'hotel si presta per gli eventi al Foro Italico e non solo. Vicino alla fermata dell'autobus e a soli 500 mt. dalla Metropolitana. Stanza non grandissima ma pulita. Colazione buona fornita di tutto e personale gentile e professionale. Parcheggio gratuito in loco.

I really enjoyed the Pinewood Hotel and their staff, who went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and tips to get around town. I felt it was a good value for the room and the breakfast which was great! Just be aware, this hotel is not in walkable distance from tourist spots. You have to relay on the subway (Metro) or bus, or taxi to get around efficiently.

Ups: There is a really nice park with some trails you can walk right across the street from the property. The room was clean and service was good. Staff was polite and spoke good English. Breakfast was simple but on time everyday, started at 7, in case you have early excursions planned. It was about 45 min walk for me to get to St. Peter’s square they had buses close by too but I didn’t use them. Taxis were available but I didn’t mind the walk. Downs: The walls were a little thin if your neighbors are loud. Most people won’t want to walk so plan for taxis or bus if that’s you. They ran out of hot water for the shower 2/7 nights didn’t bother me but heads up. Simple same breakfast everyday Would stay again!

It was located outside central Rome, the metro is 13 mins away and the train to Termini takes only 15 mins. In terms of location, it was ideal. Also, the surrounding neighbourhood had many dining options, a beautiful trail and was pretty chill. I could stay here again, save for the broken shower tiles.

A klasszikus szoba nagyon kicsi . A fürdőszoba szintúgy. A zuhanykabin szűkös, a toalett mellette rettentően keskeny. A tisztaság megfelelő volt . A reggeli a szokásos édes, olaszos ételek. Nem volt nagy választék sajnos.

It was a very strange stay. We arrived late, around 11:30 p.m., and the staff seemed annoyed by our arrival. They gave us a room, but when we got to the door, there was a “Locked Room" sign hanging on it. We opened the door anyway because we had just checked in, only to find that the room had not been cleaned—the bed was messy, and there was still garbage inside. I went back to the front desk, and the receptionist sent another staff member with me to check the room. As soon as we entered, he asked me to wait outside. I could hear him talking inside the room, as if he was trying to wake someone up. Then he turned off the lights and closed the door so I couldn't see what was happening. It really made me wonder if someone had actually been staying in the room they had assigned to us. They eventually gave us a different room for the night, which was fine. Overall, the staff seemed somewhat confused, although they did try to help resolve the situation. The hotel displays a 4-star rating at the entrance, but in my opinion, it doesn't come close to that standard in terms of service or amenities. I would rate it as more of a 2-star hotel. On the positive side, the breakfast was good.
