Hotel Family House

Booked this at last minute as our original accommodations fell through. The room we received was very, very small. It looked nothing like the photos on their website, but we were desperate. The bed and bath were reasonably clean. However, what we originally thought were just some stains, we later realized was black mold on the walls and ceiling in both the batroom and sleeping area. After a few days we both began to feel sick with respiratory and headache issues. So much so, we decided to find alternative accommodations at another hotel and had to forfeit hundreds of dollars that we had already paid for the unused nights. The staff was nice enough, but said they would not give us a refund. A hard lesson to learn.

Posizione ottima con a poche centinaia di metri autobus, stazione della metro ed un parco molto ben vissuto. La struttura invece lascia a desiderare. Dalla posizione della camera (sotterranea con una finestrella in alto da noi non raggiungibile e dietro la reception scansando materiale e superando in un corridoio una tenda dietro cui c'era un piano doccia), alle prese mancanti, il bocchettone dell' aria condizionata palesemente sporco. Il personale sarebbe anche cortese, ma ha una scarsa comprensione dell' italiano: impossibile chiedere informazioni sui mezzi di trasporto.

I had high hopes for this hotel, but it honestly turned out to be disgusting. To start, the Wi-Fi was horrible. This is an inconvenience for me because I do not have service off of Wi-Fi so I had a hard time contacting my friends and family back home and they were very worried about me. With that, the walls and curtains were extremely dirty. It looked like someone had a fight in here. The sheets also had ants in them. I will not recommend this place to anybody.

The location was great, walking distance to a lot of attractions, food and stores. The hotel was very clean. The tv did not work. They were supposed to fix it but they didn’t. The AC didn’t work either but I didn’t mentioned it. There was a language barrier but the stuff was very nice.
