Our room was in an annex and that meant 40 steps to climb but the room was very nice and roomy for Europe and had an excellent updated bathroom.

This was exactly what we needed... Central location on quiet side street near piazza Navona. The rooms were nice and seemed recently renovated. Air conditioning was good and strong. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. A breakfast was offered but we did not try it. There are no real common areas to speak of, and I do not believe there was a gym. It's a great choice for a nice room with friendly staff in a good, central location. I would stay here again

For a reasonable stay in Rome in a great location, Hotel Navona is an excellent choice. Front desk was very nice and helpful in providing transport to and from airport, and called us a cab every time we needed one. This hotel is nothing fancy. The entrance is off the side of an alley through a courtyard. Lobby is on second floor. Hallways are kind of a maze. But the rooms were nice and clean, not too small, comfy beds and pillows, excellent water temp and pressure, towel heating bars in the bathroom. My husband and I had one room, and my teenage girls had another. Even though it's "Hotel Navona" it's not directly on the Piazza Navona, so it's quiet.

The set up of the hotel is pretty odd, you have to go to the second floor in order to check in. The place on the outside definitely needs some work but the room it self is very nice with everything new looking and very clean. The room is pretty small, for reference my boyfriend is 6’3 and his head was touching the roof.

Hotel bom, mas trata-se de prédio compartilhado, inclusive com residências particulares. A fachada é praticamente inexistente, e a recepção fica no segundo andar. Apesar disso, o quarto é muito muito bom, confortável, é limpo. O banheiro também é muito bom. Muito bem localizado, a poucos metros da Piazza navona.

Nos gustó mucho el hotel en general. La habitación amplia y limpia en un lugar estratégico ya que todo queda muy cerca. Sin embargo es bueno tomar en cuenta que al llegar al hotel la recepción está en un segundo piso (hay elevador) y que nuestra habitación no quedaba en ese mismo lugar. Había que salir a la calle nuevamente y a la vuelta estaba la habitación. El pasillo era un poco angosto y en este no había elevador. Sin embargo el personal nos ayudó con nuestras maletas.

Very well located in the city center, close to everything for visiting, shopping...We had a newly renovated and charming room, small but well equiped, fridge, small desk, kettle. Bathroom was modern, design, big shower. The only concern was everyday cleaning which was quite superficial ( used paper glasses not changed and still in the room, coffee spot on bed sheets, moldy shower seals ). The manager reacted promptly but still this is unpleasant. Shame as the overall feeling was positiv.

Overall, had a good experience. The location was great. The front desk representative was easy to contact and was very kind and professional. The left us water and expresso coffee, and teas. That was very nice and we appreciated that very much. The room was somewhat small and shaped like an attic so where the pullout sofa/bed was placed wasn’t very convenient. My two kids kept bumping their heads in the ceiling. We also had the doorknob to the restroom came off-they never showed up to fixed it as promised. It wasn’t a big deal though. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

I stayed at the Hotel Navona twice during this trip, once from the 10-12 and a second time from the 15-17. It is a tale of two stays. For the first, I was put on the 4th floor, which was amazing: private, quiet, peaceful and excellent in all respects. For the second, I was put in Rm 225, on the second floor. The room itself was very nice with everything I needed, but at night it was as if others were in the same room. Both nights I heard my neighbors as if we were sharing a room, and as a consequence I got very little sleep. I recommend the Hotel Navona, which is wonderfully situated, but if you stay there, avoid the second floor, and especially Rm 225, like the plague, if you are someone who needs a good night's sleep.

Great location for walking to all of the major sites (Vatican City, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, just minutes from Pantheon). It was terribly warm weather the week we visited and the air conditioning was wonderful! One morning we had the breakfast at the hotel - similar to continental breakfast you may experience in the US. Most mornings we had early entrance times so we bought pastries and juice the evenings before and ate before we left for the day.

We stayed here for 2 nights following a cruise. The hotel was very nice and within walkable distance to a lot places. My only complaint would be that the shower we had in our room was extremely small, smaller than the one we had on our cruise ship and was very slippery. Otherwise a great choice for a hotel.

They gave us a super small room first. Then we complained and they reluctantly gave us room that was bigger room. The actual property and rooms don’t look anything like the pictures on Expedia. We were sort of shocked when we stepped into the hotel first.

The property was in a great location, easy to walk to from the bus… It was very old and the room was extremely tiny… It was nice enough, but I probably would’ve looked for someplace else if I knew where I was staying

I accidentally left money locked in the hotel safe when I checked out. Yes, that was my fault. However, hotel management denied that anything was found. Numerous emails to management were ignored. Whoever opened the safe kept my money. This hotel is dishonest. The hotel is also old, lacking in charm and amenities. I would not ever stay here again, especially knowing what I know now that my property is not safe even when locked in the safe. Pay a little more and stay elsewhere.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff, all of them were just lovely and helpful. One member at the front desk, Enrico was sooo incredibly helpful with restaurant suggestions and directions. He couldn't have been more helpful. Don't hesitate to stay at this hotel. It was top notch.

We loved our stay at Hotel Navona! It was in a great location, walking distance to all the touristy sights we wanted to see and so very close to Piazza Navona which had a ton of restaurants. The service at the hotel was amazing, they were very accommodating and helped us set up a taxi to the airport when we checked out. I can’t say enough about how helpful/kind they were. I would definitely recommend staying there and would stay again!

I had high expectations due to the amazing reviews. But we encountered a few problems. When we arrived we were told we were upgraded and to come back at 2pm check in time. When we came back we were told maintenance was in the room maybe painting and needed another hr. An hour goes by and we asked what was next, the receptionist called maintenance and they just gave us a different room. This whole process was confusing and after 30hrs of travel we just wanted to shower and lay down. No issues after that until day 3 when we came back to the room one afternoon the whole room reeked of dirty mop water or mildew. We were certain it was not outside and never found the source of the problem. The rest of the stay was tainted by the smell. Other than bad smell and confusing check in process the staff was kind and the location was amazing.

Is a great location near Piazza Navona with a lot of little restaurants and shops nearby. Also walkable to the Pantheon, Travis Fountain, Colosseum, Spanish Steps and we even walked to the Vatican!

Location was great at the center of Rome and yet once you close the windows in your room, everything is quiet. AC works absolutely great. The room is nice as I do not appreciate the over decoration in some hotel. We will definitely stay there again when we come to Rome.

Hotel localizado no centro histórico de Roma, dá para realizar praticamente tudo a pé. Ótimas opções de restaurantes nas proximidades. Equipe do hotel excelente, prestativos e atenciosos. Quarto estava limpo e organizado.

Hotel Navona in Rome was excellent. It was perfectly located to visit the most popular spots for Taurus and locals as well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

They offer a nice breakfast for 10 euros extra. 8 euros each night for tax Very clean and comfortable beds, fridge, safe and hairdryer The best shower ever, towels ans slippers. 15 min walk to collesium, trevi fountain and lots resteraurants close.

Pretty good rooms nothing to fancy but very good location. Rooms are really hot even in dec with the heating off. To much nose from the street to open the window. Breakfast area was a joke as was the breakfast staff. Definitely skip that.

Pros: The hotel is in great location. It’s modernized with new security system. Cons: The bed in our room had blood stains on the window side and the sheet doesn’t cover the mattress. The breakfast is not very appealing. We have to ask the staff for coffee.
