We enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for our weekend. The place was clean, had everything we needed, and was warm and inviting. Beds were comfortable, it was nice to have a parking spot just for us, there was plenty of hot water in the shower - just perfect!

We had a great stay at the Carriage house beginning with easy check in and instructions from with our host. This cozy, comfortable house sits on a beautiful private backyard with fantastic trees and views. The location is perfect for walking to town and restaurants. A nice deck area makes for a peaceful place to unwind at the end of the day. We would definitely like to return.

My husband, our 3 little kids, and my mother in law stayed here for the weekend of the eclipse. The carriage house was the perfect little space for us, with everything you could need to be comfortable. The hosts were super nice, very considerate, and provided an awesome personal guide to the town. The back yard and outside area were great for the kids, and the books and toys available were an amazing help. Thanks, Kate and Sebastian! We loved our stay!

The Carriage House sits on a beautiful property with a back balcony porch overlooking. The hosts were excellent; easy communication. When the power went out briefly due to a storm, they immediately brought over extra flashlights and even a multiple phone charger pack. A nice easy walk into town. Great stay!

We walked from the Carriage House to the center of Skaneateles with our dog. We got takeout dinner from a local restaurant and brought it back to the house to enjoy. The house had very modern appliances. Our dog enjoyed the large back yard.

I would definitely stay at this property again. It was like my own quiet little sanctuary. I had everything I needed and on warmer days walked into town. The host was friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with the basic cooking necessities which I fully utilized.

The Carriage House was such a great place to stay. It was comfortable and very clean. Kate was an incredible host! She let us use her sleds for the snow when we stayed there. There is a beautiful backyard that was so picturesque with the snow falling! I bet it is absolutely beautiful there during any season. It is very close to town which was great! I would absolutely stay here again.

The Carriage House was perfect! Very clean, quiet, pretty backyard, decorated as depicted in pictures, and very close to Skaneateles by drive or walk! Loved how owner gave recommendations and a detailed map of area! Easy access and had zero issues or questions! Would highly recommend!!

We liked the way the carriage house was set back from the road a bit and had a nice view of fields to the back. The place was just the right size for the 2 of us and our 2 cats. Winter would not have been the time we would have chosen to stay here, but we needed someplace to stay while having wood floors refinished at home. It was an easy walk to the village and to restaurants and shops. Kate was very helpful and patient as we tried to plan and schedule our stay and very responsive to any requests.....a very gracious host. We appreciated being able to adjust the temperature so that we could cool things down for easier sleeping at night. The kitchen was easy to use and had all the basic cooking items we needed. All in all a pleasant stay.

Beautiful and private property within walking distance to the village of Skaneateles. The Carriage House was immaculate and spacious. The hosts were wonderful, responsive but in no way intrusive. Can’t recommend enough.

Comfortable, clean, charming Carriage House. Mirabeau Spa directly across the street. Village is a short walk downhill. excellent restaurant options in village. Ability to climb stairs is a consideration as there is one flight to get into the Carriage House. Beautiful property to sit and enjoy from the back porch. Truly enjoyed our 3 night stay!

We wanted to get away for a couple of days for Spring Break somewhere close and new to us. The Carriage House was the perfect home base as we explored Skaneatles. Kate was incredibly responsive and provided helpful info about the area. The property was comfortable and well appointed. We felt at home and the location couldn't have been better - close to everything!

We enjoyed the peaceful backyard and sitting on the deck. Perfect location to walk into town, walk our dogs and lots of excellent food close. The hosts Kate & Sebastian were very accommodating, friendly and communicated immediately. We are looking forward to returning to the carriage house!

This place was a perfect size for four people and our dog. Kate (the host) was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. She even helped us with our full itinerary. It was a short walk to get into town. The house was immaculate and it had everything we needed.
