Very well located hotel by the ferry port can catch an elevator ( 5 minutes walk from hotel) that takes you up to main shopping areas. Has a great skyline bar with wonderful views of the sea. Breakfast is good. Some restaurants very close to the hotel are excellent . The hotel has an elevator .

An all around great option for a family of four. The air conditioning seemed to struggle a bit with the summer heat, but it was better than nothing. The breakfast was a great option. We didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and people enjoyed it. It was small, but served it’s purpose. The restaurant on the ground level is delicious. The staff friendly all around. Very convenient to many beaches and the port. A little bit of a hike to reach the top of the cliff and main shopping area of Sorrento center. There is an elevator to reach the top for a Euro per person. Overall good option for families or travelers on a budget. There is a parking service that costs €20 per day. No issues there either other than you have to wait about 40’minytes for the car to arrive once you call for it.

The hotel is well located by the little harbor, and next to two great restaurants, buses, cabs and a couple of shops. Parking is a bit complicated with the on-call valet, but they were nice, and we made it work. The roof top pool and bar is amazing with great views of Napoli, the ocean, and Mount Vesuvius.

We traveled many hours and it was terribly hot -our ferry ended up arriving about 45 minutes before the check-in time of 3 pm they told us to go and return in 45 minutes. Didn’t actually check to see if the room was ready just a return after 3 pm. That was kinda disappointing we were sweating and tired would have liked it a lot better if we didn’t have to wait that time. The front desk staff was not particularly friendly when we would walk by and say hello or ciao. It was nice to have breakfast available at the hotel and the breakfast was pretty good. Coffee was good. Sweets were sweet. No microwave at the room. So don’t bother with any leftovers. Which was sad because the portions at some of the restaurants were quite big. The hotel has a small pool on the fourth floor which was great with the hot weather. Bathrooms are spacious but not a lot of counter space for toiletries. Room was spacious and slept 4 but only one chair. Bed was not very comfortable.

Amazing view and location. No fridge which was frustrating. Could not check in early and when we came back at check in one of our rooms still not ready. Supposed to have a pool but it was closed could not use it.

The room (406) was small but very clean and perfect for a short mini break. I’m 5ft 3 and I definitely agree with other reviews that the shower is compact but the water pressure is excellent. The pool is a dip pool and was only open from 10am to 6pm so we did not use it as we had booked daily tours. The hotel is in an excellent location for the boat tours as it is situated across the street from the harbour. The lift to the main square and most bus tours is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. My one complaint is that the hotel provide guests who have an early tour with a grab bag for breakfast. We had to meet a tour bus at 7:30 in the main square and despite being advised by the lady on the desk to come down at 06:45 and grab breakfast the gentleman on the desk the next morning informed us we could not get into the breakfast area until 7am and when we informed him what his colleague had told us he simply shrugged his shoulders and said 7.

Great location rooftop bar area fantastic service and view. Hotel restaurant 5 star. Remember to take bus 1.50 up hill to main square do not walk. The lift is at the end of seawall to the left about 1 block. Also all the ferries are right there for easy island access.

Directly in front of you when you come off the ferry. Clean and all the amenities. Never been anywhere that you had to put a key in a slot for electricity so learned something new. Very small elevator only big enough for 2 people and 2 suitcases so it can be busy. Taxi stand just outside in the parking lot. Restaurants just outside, too. Overall just what we needed.

Started a little rough because one of our rooms was flooded and very dirty, but got much better after that. The manager gave us a much better room. The staff was quite helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. Location was amazing. Only complaint was that the rooms got very damp due to the proximity to the sea. Not being able to leave the AC on all day made it hard to get that dampness out. Otherwise a great experience.

Excellent location within 60 seconds of the main pier which can take you to Capri and other islands. The staff were friendly and helpful with locating local taxis etc. The room was okay. We booked a sea view with balcony and the view was incredible. A full panoramic view of Vesuvius and various other islands. Cleanliness not so good. The floors are all tiled which look amazing but they were filthy. Lots of black dust everywhere which transferred onto our shoes feet and anything left on the floor. The bathroom was really unclean. The shower head is encrusted with limescale and mould. The walls were also very mucky. It’s a shame as overall it’s a great hotel with amazing views. My advice to the hotel owners would be to concentrate on deep cleaning the bathrooms and floors and this could be a 4 star hotel easily.

The bathroom has mold on the shower doors. The room is clostropobic..way too small, limited storage. We were in a corner. Everytime we opened our door it was stuck and sounded like our neighbors was going to open.

The photos are very misleading this place was very rundown, including having mould on the walls and yellow stained curtains. The front staff were unfriendly, and unhelpful. The elevator broke the first day we arrived, forcing us to take the stairs from the fourth floor. The bedroom was very damp because of how close you are to the ocean and so everything constantly felt wet and cold. The towels were ripped, I’m very old. Such a beautiful view, but unfortunately, the accommodations do not match. For the price I would not recommend this place to anybody. We booked a three person room and it was very small for reference

Room and hotel in general very clean and tidy, breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Location was ideal as we arrived via the port, and the hotel is right next to it. A bit of a trek up the cliffs into Sorrento centre but no big deal if mobile. Taxis also readily available at the port.

Wonderful sea view room!! The roof top bar was great for evening cocktails. The location was perfect for taking the ferry to and from Naples and a date trip to Positano. The bed was comfortable. It can be a little noisy at night, but that would be my only complaint. Great accommodation. I would recommend!

Good breakfast, near ferry terminal. Looks newly renovated. AC could not provide cool air circulation at night, we had to sleep with the window open=traffic noise.

Really liked the property and location. Be prepared to take the public lift, or a taxi to get up to the piazza and shopping. Too many steps and walking in a very winding road otherwise. The room had the smallest shower I have used before. Loved the hotel, area and staff.

The hotel is located by the marina so not too the main square for shopping and variety of restaurants. It’s a climb up to get to main square or alternatively it’s 2.40 euros for 2 to take a lift up. There are a number of restaurants by the hotel though which were good.Our room was spacious and very clean. Evenings were a bit noisy while we were there in early October. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

The room (406) was small but very clean and perfect for a short mini break. I’m 5ft 3 and I definitely agree with other reviews that the shower is compact but the water pressure is excellent. The pool is a dip pool and was only open from 10am to 6pm so we did not use it as we had booked daily tours. The hotel is in an excellent location for the boat tours as it is situated across the street from the harbour. The lift to the main square and most bus tours is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. My one complaint is that the hotel provide guests who have an early tour with a grab bag for breakfast. We had to meet a tour bus at 7:30 in the main square and despite being advised by the lady on the desk to come down at 06:45 and grab breakfast the gentleman on the desk the next morning informed us we could not get into the breakfast area until 7am and when we informed him what his colleague had told us he simply shrugged his shoulders and said 7.

The hotel doesn’t let you control the AC. Our room was hot and everyday we did complain, they would go up to our pretend they were fixing and was still the same . Had terrible nights , hot and smell mold . Never ever staying there again, not even for free. They are the one who control the air and they turn off 9 am. It’s ridiculous

We were here for a quick night's sleep before catching the ferry to Capri in the morning. Staff was absolutely lovely and helped us with our car. The room was clean and comfortable and a lovely little mirror to give us a beautiful view to wake up to from bed. Breakfast was great! Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

I was skeptical when we arrived because it seemed like a cute but simple stay compared to what I usually get. But the rooms were very clean, the breakfast was good and the staff went above and beyond to help us. They were very patient and considerate. Even after we checked out they helped us.

Our check was terrible. We did not get the room that we expected and when we tried to change it, we were met with a very uncooperative person. It wasn’t until I reached out to Expedia who contacted the hotel and got our room changed for the remaining three nights. most of the hotel was wonderful it was just one very rude person at the front desk with a no can-do attitude. The hotel is in the main area of Sorrento. It is down by the porch, which is very hectic and noisy during the day. She gets to the town you have to go up meters of stairs. 15 minute walk To nightlife and restaurants Overall it was a good stay

Great place. Staff super friendly and professional at all levels. The ladies at breakfast were súper friendly. Of taking tours to capri and Positano; the port is across the street. And the Sorrento center is 7 min walk but, you don’t notice it.

The staff were friendly and very helpful during our stay. I highly recommend the hotel as it is away from the center and the ferries to Amalfi Coast. The Manager, Pasuale Boccia should be commended for taking time to provide added information about the area and travel suggestions.

I have a bit of trouble writing this review. Whereas the hotel itself is exceptionally nice, the attitude of the front desk staff was horrible. Everyone we dealt with at the front desk over our three day stay was exceptionally rude. On the very last day, we were checking out early and I sent my daughter to the desk with one of the card keys and asked her to get a receipt. She came back, telling me that the woman at the desk was chastising her because she was only turning in one of the two card keys. Now mind you, these are plain white plastic card keys. No customization, and nothing fancy. The lady at the front desk would not give her a receipt. I then went out to speak to the lady and told her that we only had the one key on us and that the other one might be in the room or we may have lost it. She rolled her eyes at me and told me that there was a standard €10 charge for a missing card key. I told her that was ridiculous and that that was not ever mentioned to us. She then went on to ask who we booked our hotel through. When I told her it was hotels.com she said it should’ve been in their contract. She ultimately told me that she would just pay for it for herself, which was clearly just said in spite, and we knew it was not true. Additionally, we were invited up to a “guest only” music session on the roof bar. We ordered three cokes and were charged €30 and the guitarist took a break the entire time we were there. And the pool closes at 6:00 PM.

Nice place, good location if you’re ferry hopping and there is a lift that takes you right into town for about a euro each way. Breakfast was decent. I wish I had stayed here the whole time I was in the coast and just day-tripped everywhere instead of paying a fortune to stay in Capri and Positano. Next time.

The hotel was in the best location right in front of the pier that takes you to Positano, Capri, etc. There are beach clubs and restaurants at your doorstep, as well as an elevator in front of the beach clubs that takes you up to the top of the cliff and into the main square where all of the shopping and dining options are. At night, nice and quiet. Much better than staying in the center of town.
The hotel was in the best location right in front of the pier that takes you to Positano, Capri, etc. There are beach clubs and restaurants at your doorstep, as well as an elevator in front of the beach clubs that takes you up to the top of the cliff and into the main square where all of the shopping and dining options are. At night, nice and quiet. Much better than staying in the center of town.

Location was by the wharf sea views and a couple of dining options. Steep stairs to reach the top and access to town however there is a lift you can pay to use Breakfast area and selection was good. Great location for catching ferries or arranging tours

The location is excellent if you are taking the ferry to Capri, Positano, Naples, etc. You walk right outside and it is directly out the door. Incredible views from the port. There is a very small beach nearby which is nice to put your feet in. The lift up to the city center is also very close and convenient. The included breakfast alone was worth the stay. Lots of options and staff incredibly friendly. On day 3, the breakfast coffee lady brought us cappuccinos without even asking, she knew what we wanted and was so kind. After traveling the coast for 16 days, I would say this is probably the best value/convenient hotel you can find in the area.

Room and hotel in general very clean and tidy, breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Location was ideal as we arrived via the port, and the hotel is right next to it. A bit of a trek up the cliffs into Sorrento centre but no big deal if mobile. Taxis also readily available at the port.

The hotel was great. In the middle of everything. Especially close to the docs so if you have any boat tours planned for Capri Positano or Ischia, you’re right there. The only drawback is that you’re at the bottom and to get up to the city, you have to walk a bunch of stairs. However, there is an Elevator close by that you could take that takes you right up to the city for about one euro.

Very well located hotel by the ferry port can catch an elevator ( 5 minutes walk from hotel) that takes you up to main shopping areas. Has a great skyline bar with wonderful views of the sea. Breakfast is good. Some restaurants very close to the hotel are excellent . The hotel has an elevator .

The view was great. Pool deck great. Attached restaurant good food but was charge more for items then was on the menu. Servers mentioned leaving a tip over & over & over. Room was mouldy, shower door broken. Bathroom so small you had hard time getting in & out. Over all not a very good experience.

An all around great option for a family of four. The air conditioning seemed to struggle a bit with the summer heat, but it was better than nothing. The breakfast was a great option. We didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and people enjoyed it. It was small, but served it’s purpose. The restaurant on the ground level is delicious. The staff friendly all around. Very convenient to many beaches and the port. A little bit of a hike to reach the top of the cliff and main shopping area of Sorrento center. There is an elevator to reach the top for a Euro per person. Overall good option for families or travelers on a budget. There is a parking service that costs €20 per day. No issues there either other than you have to wait about 40’minytes for the car to arrive once you call for it.

Their Vela Bianca Restaurant is on our list as "go to" must in a city with some of the best restaurants in the region...and the hotel staff can't do enough for you... The Sea View has Mt. Vesuvius directly ahead and Marina Piccola off to the side...and their roof top "Skybar and Pool" is a must for cocktails before dinner......with Rafaelle; a true "Mixologist" serving up the best French Martini's in Sorrento...

We had an early start the next day and this hotel could not have been more convenient for the ferry terminal. As it is so close to the port I did not expect very much, but could not have been more wrong. It was very clean, fitted out to a high standard and well maintained. The breakfast selection was great. The staff we all very friendly, helpful and attentive. If I was in Sorrento again and getting an early ferry I would stay here for sure.

Just returned from a week in the hotel. Had a wonderful stay. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful always with a smile. Breakfast was delicious every day and we were very happy with the selection. The location is perfect beside the Marina for catching ferry to Naples or Capri. Local bus and taxis run from outside the front door and a beautiful rooftop pool to relax or watch the wonderful sunsets. The only criticism we would have is the mattresses are very hard to sleep on.
