Beautiful view and facilities, but we were there in a heatwave - no aircon!! Obviously, the house was closed up. However, with fans and windows open (some VERY difficult to do) it soon cooled down. Strange that ALL cutlery, crockery and tools were on the upper floor only, a fact discovered only after stocking the downstairs fridge! Beautiful safe beach not far. A great stay.

We loved the house, had a great 10km walk on the Cape to Cape and Gracetown beach was beautiful for swimming. The whales were a constant show from the lounge windows. Great stay 🌟
