There is so much to say about this enchanting Venice boutique hotel, off the beaten path of the tourist masses. From pre-arrival to when we departed, the level of focused service the staff here provides is exceptional. One of the best decisions I made from pre-arrival was taking the staff up on arranging transportation from VCE directly to their hotel private doc via ground/water taxi. After an 8 hour flight it was nice to not worry about that and well worth the $. We booked the Terrace Suite which is on the 3rd/top floor- no elevator so if you have trouble with stairs be aware. Our room was wonderful and spacious, and I loved their bathroom amenities! We had the included breakfast on our terrace each morning which was so nice. All the small touches, fresh beverages in room, facial mist and rose petals, etc were so nice. We also took advantage of the complimentary taxi/tour in Murano @ Berengo Studio. If I ever come back to Venice, I will stay here… anyone I know coming to Venice I will push to this absolute JEWEL of a place to call home while staying in Venice!

A beautiful curated boutique hotel where only 12 rooms and growing. We booked the suite 336 and it was a lovely surprise. Compare to other rooms in Venice (even most suites) this suite “Barena” was a gem ! Barena in Italian means sandbar, this suite definitely offers that vibe if that’s your thing. On top of that, Suite 336 also has a private roof deck which has the views of both Grand Canal and Canal Giudecca but it still remains calm and peaceful, simply a dream.

This hotel has to be the best in Venice. Very quiet location and close to the main sites at the same time. The front desk was awesome!! Everyone super friendly especially Fiore. Also our room 336 was so romantic with a private terrace. I would stay here again and again!!!!!

If I could give it 10 stars, I would! Our stay at Ca’ Maria in Venice was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. They arranged a private boat taxi from the train station that brought us directly to the hotel’s doorstep—an incredible and seamless way to start our time in Venice. The hotel itself is stunning, full of charm and elegance. Breakfast exceeded all expectations—not only was the food delicious and plentiful, but the breakfast room was absolutely lovely. A perfect start to each day. One of our favorite spots was the rooftop terrace, where we could unwind with a cocktail and take in the views—such a relaxing and beautiful setting. The staff also helped us arrange a boat to Murano, making our day trip effortless and enjoyable. Every single staff member was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Their attention to detail and commitment to hospitality truly set Ca’ Maria apart. We would return in a heartbeat—no hesitation. This place is a gem!

Clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was tucked in a corner of venice but location to the water taxi was excellent. Breakfast was great also. The only negative I could give was that the heating and cooling in the room did not regulate the temperature very well. It was always too hot if the windows were not open (March). It resulted in me getting bit by mosquitos around 15 to 20 times during the stay. I could not imagine how it would be in the hotter months. Also if you are not fit enough to climb 2-3 flights of stairs this may not be the place for you. But overall, it is a nice place and if the climate control worked better, I would have no qualms.

Awesome .. beautiful facility, great staff, just enough off the beaten track to be quiet in crazy busy venice .. and the apartment we rented was phenomenal allowing us to hide away for the last 4 days of a 2 week trip Nice we got a washer dryer since we were almost out of clean clothes by the time we arrived .. funny no one could figure out how the dryer part worked

Beautiful luxury hotel in a quieter neighborhood called Dorsoduro away from the crowds which is not easily achieved in Venice. Walking distance to the main tourist attractions and plenty of nearby restaurants. We appreciated the friendly, helpful staff and the hotel aesthetic which blended classic regal opulence with whimsical elements. From the airport, you can pay extra to reach their private dock by a water taxi (much faster) or take the water bus to the Zattare stop. It’s a short walk from there about 10 min. We’d definitely stay at the Ca Maria again if we return to Venice.

We had a fabulous stay at the charming Ca Marie Adele. From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were made to feel at home. While we waited to check in, we were offered a beverage of choice, refreshing towels, and snacks, while seated in a beautiful little lounge area. The staff showed us around our suite and took care to point out small details about the space that we may have otherwise overlooked. The area around the hotel is quiet and residential, but there were plenty of options for excellent food, coffee, and cocktails nearby. I couldn’t have been more impressed or pleased by the location. It’s one of the best features of this quaint hotel tucked away on a quiet canal in an otherwise bustling city. Only a short ferry ride from San Marco, Dorsoduro is a perfect neighborhood for immersing yourself in Venetian culture while escaping the crowds after a long day of sightseeing. If I ever get the opportunity to return to Venice, I would certainly book this hotel again.

One of the best of hotels i have ever stayed. The service and the staff make you feel like a king! Access to boat taxis is very convenient and the hotel is quite close to San Marco. Breakfast was exceptional. Room was super clean, large and quiet. You will see a touch of luxury everywhere. Will definitely visit again.

I did not have to deal with any issues at all. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. And the bed was very comfortable. The only thing was that the AC doesn’t cool the room well.

Clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was tucked in a corner of venice but location to the water taxi was excellent. Breakfast was great also. The only negative I could give was that the heating and cooling in the room did not regulate the temperature very well. It was always too hot if the windows were not open (March). It resulted in me getting bit by mosquitos around 15 to 20 times during the stay. I could not imagine how it would be in the hotter months. Also if you are not fit enough to climb 2-3 flights of stairs this may not be the place for you. But overall, it is a nice place and if the climate control worked better, I would have no qualms.

The owner and his staff made us feel extremely welcome. Marco at the front office arranged everything for us, top restaurants, water taxis, and gave us advice on what to do. The hotel is beutiful and the location is perfect. I can highly recommend this hotel. Everything was so perfect.

We said no, Ca Maria Adele — her eyes lit up. La habitación es hermosa y cómoda. El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Muy fácil de llegar, a10 min de la plaza de San Marcos. El desayuno muy rico y abundante, lo sirven en tu habitación, en el desayunador o en una salita muy coqueta, tú eliges. Todo el personal muy amable y considerado. Cet établissement, un ancien petit palais réhabilité, est d’un raffinement que seul Venise sait offrir. Situé au pied de l’église de la Salute, loin de la foule des touristes, il permet de découvrir dans les meilleures conditions le quartier authentique de Dorsoduro. Les quelques chambres sont divinement décorées et si vous avez la chance de séjourner dans l’une des chambres à thème vous serez transportés au temps de la Venise ancienne. Sala del Doge, Sala Nera et Sala dei Mori sont exceptionnelles et difficiles à avoir tant elles sont prisées. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec un choix de 40 produits de qualité. Le personnel éduqué, aux petits soins. Et quel plaisir d’être accueillis par le charmant Tomas et ses collègues qui font tout pour être agréables et attentionnés. Oui vraiment un séjour exceptionnel que l’on voudrait garder secret.

One of the best of hotels i have ever stayed. The service and the staff make you feel like a king! Access to boat taxis is very convenient and the hotel is quite close to San Marco. Everything was perfect. The staff was so helpful, the check in process, we were early, was extremely flexible and accommodating. Breakfast a bit on the high cost side but plenty of options and portions.

This is a fantastic luxury hotel in the heart of Venice, close to all the major attractions yet quiet and exclusive. The room was spacious and well equipped, and the service was outstanding. Our room had a balcony that had a wonderful view of Venice. The staff goes out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. This is a very special hotel--our stay was unforgettable. Perfect for a romantic holiday.

Ca Maria Adele is wonderful. The staff were so helpful recommending restaurants and securing reservations. They provide a complimentary ferry ride to Murano to see a glass blowing workshop which was cool to go see. The hotel is right next to the basilica which has a bell tower and the bells start at 7 am. If that isn’t an issue for you, I highly recommend staying here.

Our daughter booked us this hotel room for our 50th anniversary. The hotel was beautiful. We stayed in a concept room and it was absolutely stunning. Every detail was gorgeous. The hotel staff was so helpful prior to our arrival with assisting with transfer arrangements and our entire stay with anything we needed or any questions we had. We also had the breakfast which was brought to our room daily and was delicious. We had an amazing time here and would highly recommend. What a romantic experience!
