Pleasant place. In good repair. No breakfast.

The room itself was very orderly and clean. The outside of the hotel needs a little work regarding cleanliness. The carpet on the stairs, for example, was quite dirty.

I would have given it five stars but the pool was out of service. This was very unfortunate and I wasn't told that it was out of service I got ready to go swimming and found out the hard way

Parking,is tight but dirt lot in back with ample,room to park. Room has cleaning issues but is well appointed with coffie, fridge, and micro. I liked the bench seat by the vanity

A reasonable inexpensive room with beds predictably and marginally comfortable. Two lamp switches over the bed were broken and the shower handle needed to be turned to the right to get hot. It was otherwise clean with ample room for our bags. The pool was nice as was the gazebo. No breakfast offered on weekdays.

The room was disgusting. Dirty. Big bug in the bathroom. Sheets too small for the bed, didn’t tuck under. Some kind of mark on the bathtub. Plastic bag over the smoke detector. People living there permanently (plants in the windows). We have stayed in other ABV properties, nothing ever like this one. Disgusting. We have photos if needed.

The room was filthy when I asked when the cleaning staff would be cleaning the front desk stated they don't clean every day. There was a dirty hand towel hanging in the shower when we got there. There was smeared poop on the wall the carpet was dirty. I guess you get what you pay for.

the first room they put me in was so bad in cigerate smoke, they told me they did not have anything room, I went and bought 100.00 in cleaning supplies, tried to get rid of smell, went back to office told them I could not stay there, they found another room, not as bad but gross dirty. there are broken down cars in the parking lot. I pulled back the sheets and the blanket was so stained. I had to by a sleeping back to sllep on the bed.

The room was dirty. There were visible hairs in the bedsheets, on the shower curtain, on the unused towels, on the lampshade (photo), and even on the corner of the wall (photo). The chair was coming apart the seams (photo). The carpet was badly stained (photo). There was even a piece of a candy wrapper on top of the phone. We were in a room that was smoke-free yet it had the smell of stale cigarettes. There was a car air freshener hanging from one of the lamps.

The rooms were not clean, washroom was not clean.

The room reeked with the smell of Tabasco smoke. The wall bed lights were unplugged and we had to pull out the bed and find a plug. A hastle . We wanted to lay in bed and watch a movie only to find the TV not hooked up with their new system. I now lay here wanting to sleep so the night will pass and we can get out of here. My nose burns from the smoke smell and am nauseated. A very bad experience. A full refund is due!!!

Bathroom door wouldn’t lock, beds were extremely hard and rough. Smelled like cigarettes even tho it was a no smoking room. Tub was disgusting with the paint chipping off. Felt gross to touch anything in the room.

The smell of cigarettes in the room was overwhelming. There was also a poop-like stain in the toilet bowl. Everything else was good.

There was a lot of activity the night we stayed. A guy sitting by the door next to us smoking in a camping chair and then yelling with another guy who picked him up. Car alarms starting at 5am. Lots of long term renters maybe, stayed one night passing through so it worked.

The property is in need of updating. Even for a relatively inexpensive motel, its rooms need additional power outlets for computer charging, etc., and the rooms just generally show age. Additionally, the Expedia information on the motel said they had breakfast. It is Saturday and Sunday only and consists of coffee and individually wrapped Danish.

It was just very noisy. We were put in room 119. The people above us were very nois. We were right next to were the maintenance office was. And they were Right beside my door chatting away at 5:30am... even the night prior people up stairs up rather late.. talking loud enough for me to clearly hear what they were

My only complaint would be that the shower “hot” and “cold” handles were opposite. Someone cold seriously get burned by the hot water.

Dirty, stinky, miss matched curtains,, holes on the walls, tub/shower peeling,WiFi not working unable to connect. I would never stay there ever again

Normally I stay here but this trip the heater sounded like there was a Cetepillar D3 in the room with me. And the bed had only a sheet and a thin bedspread. The outside temperature was below freezing. So the choice was to freeze or listen to a very loud heater. I ended up trying to do both, sleep until the inside temperature was close to the outside temperature, then turn on the heater and be kept awake until the room warmed up. Then shut off the heater and try to sleep. And repeat 3-4 times that night

The check out didn't happen, we just left the key because as another said, "The office had been vacant with a sign that said be back in 15 minutes, but they were gone already for 45 minutes."

I wasn’t able to check in because nobody was around but fortunately hotels.com found me a room elsewhere. It was an hour earlier than they said they would be around until.

Best kept secret! Staff are so kind, and helpful!! Made us feel welcomed like a home away from home!

I’m a firefighter nurse & my work booked a stay on my way thru to a fire & when i got there there were cops everywhere, bad part of town in the first place, than the guy comes after a few minutes from working on a car in the parking lot to attend to me. He asked for 100$ deposit from me, and I said I didn’t have pets and he said it’s for everyone and pets, I stated it doesn’t say that on the website and I want to cancel. He told me to contact Expedia and if they need ti contact him than he would be there since he knew it didn’t say it on there as I showed. Expedia has a number that hangs up on you so I had to go thru the chat, and he acknowledged my issue was correct and said he would contact the hotel to process my refund after being on the chat for an hour while a state away from where I need to be and trying to find a new hotel to stay at since this one was preying on customers for $. Now Expedia tells me they can’t get ahold of the hotel because that seems like something a hotel would would do, not have a phone? So they after 3 days would hey sent an email and I have sent an email, than had to dispute it thru my bank, and than today had to file a report against the hotel and Expedia afterwards. It’s been a nightmare process and I would not recommend these crooks or Expedia now for that matter they should know better.

A good convenient place to stay in Carson City if you want to avoid the high cost of the casino-type hotels on weekends. The museums, casinos, dining options, etc., are not far away - just a mile or so north on Carson Way.

This property was awful. Cigarettes 🚬 everywhere. Smelly Smokey room and people doing drugs in the parking lot. Trash and clutter in the hallways. We didn’t know how to get our money back or we would have !!!!! Beyond discusting

A well maintained, no frills room, conveniently located, and at a very reasonable cost.

The smell of the room and the homeless people in the parking lot

The property was dirty, the room was dirty, the manager was high or drunk, and the people hanging out in the night were suspected to be prostitutes or drug dealers. Felt very unsafe and disgusted. Abandoned the room and rented next door.

Worst property! These guys are cheating so be careful. They mention breakfast in their website, Expedia, everywhere but when asked they denied breakfast and said only available on weekends.

Just a note, 'Continental Breakfast' was a box of prepackaged pastries and a pump-jug of coffee. Not bad, but I was expecting a little more. Room was clean and staff was accommodating.

I did not even check in. They did not have the free breakfast, as stated online. The office smelled like smoke. The rooms looked bad. I decided not to stay and lost that money.

Took a mini get away with spouse and furry kids. It was a great get away, considering our alternator went out on our truck and was in the shop all day. Was bummed there was no contiental breakfast as mention on their sign. Other than that everything from customer service and clean room it was worth the stay.

We requested a first floor room. They checked and said one was ready as they had cleaned the carpeting. Toilet was dirty and overall condition of the room was very run down. No breakfast.
