Pleasant and practical place to stay. Our stay was during Christmas holiday, so lots of families on staycation. The pool and hot tub handled that well, and management promptly addressed the jumping/running noise overhead in the wee hours.

When I arrived the room was filthy. Pubic hair in shower pee on toilet seat dog Pooh on floor. Black hair in between sheets blood drop in sink and on towel. I was promised room would be cleaned. Day 3 still not cleaned! Terrible, worst stay ever and it cost 300$ a night ! I will never stay here again. Disgusting !! I could have stayed at a flop house and had a cleaner room !

The extra towels in one room was wringing wet rolled up and placed to the back of the shelves on to of the ones in back. Now at first I thought the sink has a leak to that area until I pulled out the remaining towels and they were damp on the side the wet towels touched. My son has a mold allergy so we are sensitive to that odor.

Not liking for any frills but a good night’s slee near the airport. For almost $500 a night I expect a clean hotel. This place had stained carpet and walls, hairs in the shower, floors had not been mopped and dishes were dirty. Window screens torn and overall property seemed dirty and not well kept up. Overall funky smell in room and hallways.

The Hotel is Clean, Wonderful Amenities. The only problem we had is the TV was out in our 2 bedroom suite. We complained and waited 2 hours for the maintenance man the 1st day we got there. No Show. They said the next day they were gonna fix that while we were out. We returned still no TV the 3rd day when we checked out. Still no TV and they didn't even offer a credit of Any Form. And I was traveling with my grandkids. Pretty sad, no TV for kids.

This is a nice place to stay, but extremely overpriced for what you get. The room was quiet and comfortable, which is really most important. The hotel location is conveniently close to restaurants and shopping. There was no iron in my room, and it took some effort to get one. Make sure you check the night before, as getting on in the morning is problematic! The staff were nice but seemed stressed and short-handed. The breakfast was unimpressive, as you got a choice of eggs, small hockey pucks of sausage, or a sandwich made of the same plus some cereal. There seems to be a group of homeless people living around the property as well; maybe just a sign of the times.

The hotel was very clean and nice. The only thing missing at breakfast was bacon and sausage and maybe biscuits and gravy. Other than that, it is a great hotel.

This is a nice place to stay, but extremely overpriced for what you get. The room was quiet and comfortable, which is really most important. The hotel location is conveniently close to restaurants and shopping. There was no iron in my room, and it took some effort to get one. Make sure you check the night before, as getting on in the morning is problematic! The staff were nice but seemed stressed and short-handed. The breakfast was unimpressive, as you got a choice of eggs, small hockey pucks of sausage, or a sandwich made of the same plus some cereal. There seems to be a group of homeless people living around the property as well; maybe just a sign of the times.

Easy for Uber to find and 10$ into town. Great brekkie. Good place. Clean great bed pillows. Had 2 bedroom suite for 4 of us and it was worth it.

The pull out couch in our room the frame was broke couldn't use it so had to sleep on floor them the towels in our room was not fully stocked pool out of order was a big bummer due to that's the reason we stayed there I believe they need a second waffle making at breakfast cause the line was long and people were getting rude saying bad thing due to us getting there first to use it to make my kids all waffles and us as well

Great property under a reliable hotel brand. The pool, hot tub are great. Parking is not a problem. I wish the breakfast options were more family and kids friendly. While there are decent hot breakfast items, having pancakes and waffles would make it more kid friendly. Fresh fruit at breakfast at cookies in the afternoon are both very welcome. I noticed that this property seems more popular with business guests. The breakfast options are probably also geared towards that segment.

I expected much better from a Marriott Residence Inn, but this stay was disappointing. The TV in our room never worked, and the air conditioner was also not working. The room became extremely hot and uncomfortable, and my family had to spend the night in those conditions. We were suffocating because there was no proper cooling. After reporting the issue, we were moved to another room, but only after a full day. This disruption significantly affected our stay and should have been resolved much sooner. For the price we paid and the standards I expect from Marriott, this experience was far below expectations. I hope the hotel improves its maintenance and responds more quickly when guests report issues like these.

The room was specious. However, not very clean. Sticky floors and shower was nor cleaned well either. We stayed 2 days and room was never serviced. Not sure if we needed to ask to have it done or what but by the time we got back to our room it was late to even call to have it done. So, we let it go. For the price that we paid for those rooms they should be in prestine condition and cleaned daily when there. Oh and breakfast was ok. We wont be staying here again.
