I’ve stayed at the Westmark plenty of times and the hotel/staff have always been great, but I would not recommend buying the breakfast pass. I purchased it for the first time during this stay and was pretty disappointed. I went into the restaurant around 7:30am when it was fairly empty, knowing I had about an hour and a half before I needed to leave for work. I ordered a pastry thinking it would be something quick. After waiting an hour, I asked where my food was and was told they would check on it. A few minutes later they came back and said it would be about 5 more minutes. After another 10 minutes, I spoke with the manager and still didn’t really get an answer. At that point I had to leave for work without ever getting my food. What made it more frustrating was the restaurant had filled up by then and people who came in well after me already had their meals. Unfortunately it ended up being a waste of $17 since the breakfast voucher was non-refundable. I’ll continue staying at the hotel, but I won’t be eating at the restaurant again.
