Super 8 by Wyndham Juneau

Advertised shuttle service from the ferry terminal, called for pickup and was told they dont pick up from the ferry. Left people stranded in the pouring rain. Room was dirty, urine on the bathroom wall that you had to look at every time you sat down, stained carpet and cigarette burn in the carpet. I only booked this hotel for the shuttle service but had to spend $70 for an Uber.

The staff are amazing! Is a good location for access and walking. The rooms are big. Beds are cozy.

Customer service was great. Friendly driver/front desk. First room had no heat but I was brought a heater. They later gave me a new room. Was able to drop me back at the airport during the snow storm. I would recommend.

To start I made my reservation for 2 days however due to a snow storm I got to the hotel at the morning of the second day no Shuttle as promised even the Van was parked in the front. Also because I was late my reservation was canceled no refund or attempt to contact me theblady innthe
