Bel accueil à notre arrivée. C’est propre et accueillant. Vivek Patel a été amical et serviable. On voit qu’il aime son travail. En plus il savait où était le Québec ! L’ascenseur était en réparation mais avec l’excellent service et l’aspect des lieu nous pouvions oublier ce petit désagrément. Le lendemain matin au déjeuner (inclus) c’est la première fois que quelqu’un vienne nous dire bonjour. Nous nous sommes senti important. Nous avons eu affaire avec deux autres membres du personnel et avons eu un bon service. Ça fait du bien d’être bien traité.

The room was clean but they had recently put wallpaper up in the bathroom and the adhesive used affected my allergies and had a strong scent. It was not pleasant at all. The staff were very nice and helpful especially since the elevator was very broken.

Under renovation , do not stay here. This is an old Hampton that had building materials lined up in the hallways. Tiny elevator sounded like it was not gonna make it to the next floor.

Was very disappointed. We had booked over a month in advance, asked for 3rd floor room, was told at arrival at 3 PM none were available. We had shared that we were HH members, and we were told that since we booked via 3rd party no HH “benefits” would apply. The check in guy was not understanding or helpful. Also, the pool and exercise facility were closed because of renovations…. which was hard because our kiddos were looking forward to swimming after long drive. The lobby was so cluttered with remodeling and old furniture, you could not easily access the coffee area…. we travel a lot and this is nothing we have ever experienced at a Hampton Inn…. will likely never stay there again.

Dissatisfied insomnia Sleepers- no rest! Breakfast adequate & convenient. First room had ants on bed, crawling up wall, on telephone table, in bathtub. They moved us to another room which was most inconvenient since it was after midnight before we got moved to second room. Turns out second room had ants in bathtub. we declined to move again that night. Second night ants were in the tub when the 2nd guest took a shower , the tub leaked water. Notified front desk. She implied guest had shower head turned towards curtain? & may have not closed the curtain with magnet. The water was coming from under the tile . This was a fall hazard if a person didn't see the water outside the tub & around the toilet. We agreed to spend yhe night . Move in AM. AM front desk person offered room by elevater on first floor but we declined that room. Then told us to go ahead & do what we scheduled & when we came back they'd have another room ready. In the middle of my meeting, the GM called & said it was urgent that he talk to me. He asked us to come back as soon as possible cause he needed us out of that room so he could rent it to someone else. When we got back , we were told the room wasn't ready! The room was soon ready. It was OK except slow drain from tub. This was an experience we choose not to repeat.

Check in was wonderful! John was amazing super helpful and engaged my kiddo in conversation. Room is very clean, bed is comfortable, location is great for getting to convention center, eating, and shopping! I would definitely stay again!

What started out as a good stay turned horrible. At 2am on our last night of our stay I awoke to see something climbing on the wall. Upon further inspection I saw it was a roach of some kind. I was unable to go back to sleep, due to fear of more bugs crawling on to us and in our things. I killed it and left it in a napkin in the bathroom sink. Upon checking out I explained our concern to the desk clerk who said that something like That had never happened at their property before. I presented the napkin with the bug to her as proof of what it was. Her lack of concern made the experience even worse. She shrugged when I told her that I had a 5.5 hour drive home, with very little sleep. She offered to have the property manager contact us only after I asked. When I asked for his name she pointed to a rack with multiple cards and said “it’s right here hun”. I am a Hilton honors member and stay with them quite often. She even admonished me for the missing Information the staff failed to collect at check in because I booked through a 3rd party and not directly with Hilton.we were there for a dance competition for my granddaughter and I refuse to stay at this property in the future.

The reason I rate it four stars is because it states that it has a soft bed, this wasn’t the case. We’ve been sleeping on a blowup mattress for a little over a week not to mention this is the hardest bed that we’ve slept on while staying at a Hampton Inn. The room we stayed in was to close to the ventilation system, so it was a little loud Besides the negativity, the staff was super friendly, helpful,etc. The location, cleanliness,etc was perfect

She even admonished me for the missing Information the staff failed to collect at check in because I booked through a 3rd party and not directly with Hilton.we were there for a dance competition for my granddaughter and I refuse to stay at this property in the future.

Was very disappointed. We had booked over a month in advance, asked for 3rd floor room, was told at arrival at 3 PM none were available. We had shared that we were HH members, and we were told that since we booked via 3rd party no HH “benefits” would apply. The check in guy was not understanding or helpful. Also, the pool and exercise facility were closed because of renovations…. which was hard because our kiddos were looking forward to swimming after long drive. The lobby was so cluttered with remodeling and old furniture, you could not easily access the coffee area…. we travel a lot and this is nothing we have ever experienced at a Hampton Inn…. will likely never stay there again.

We always stay at the Collinsville Hampton when visiting St Louis area with family. The area is safe and the hospitality is the best. You won’t find nicer people! There is a lot of food places and stores nearby. The steak house across the street is great as well. Pool and room was clean. Chasity on the evening shift is a true gem and made us feel at home!

Check in was wonderful! John was amazing super helpful and engaged my kiddo in conversation. Room is very clean, bed is comfortable, location is great for getting to convention center, eating, and shopping! I would definitely stay again!

Hotel appears older and needs a remodel, especially the hallways. Elevator is small for this size hotel and is kinda scary with all of the noises. Breakfast was below average. No eggs, donuts or anything like that. Smoked sausage for breakfast? The staff was the highlight, especially the evening guy. We lost money in the pop machine and he gave us that back plus a cold can of pop. Excellent service! Overall, nice but not worth the price we paid.

Bel accueil à notre arrivée. C’est propre et accueillant. Vivek Patel a été amical et serviable. On voit qu’il aime son travail. En plus il savait où était le Québec ! L’ascenseur était en réparation mais avec l’excellent service et l’aspect des lieu nous pouvions oublier ce petit désagrément. Le lendemain matin au déjeuner (inclus) c’est la première fois que quelqu’un vienne nous dire bonjour. Nous nous sommes senti important. Nous avons eu affaire avec deux autres membres du personnel et avons eu un bon service. Ça fait du bien d’être bien traité.

Hotel was fine, just a quick place to stay on a long road trip. Nothing out of the ordinary, but the lady checking us in was very nice. One complaint is room layout - we were tripping over each other in the narrow space at the end of the beds. Nice dog area.

The staff were friendly, professional and present the entire 3 day stay. The area is safe and quiet with plenty of dining, shopping and services close by. The lobby is comfortable and welcoming, and the breakfast had hot and cold selections. We had a small issue with our AC and it was resolved right away. I thought nothing of it, but after checkout I received a call from the hotel manager to ensure that we were happy with our stay. We will definitely stay at the Collinsville Hampton again!

This was the best hotel experience I have ever had. When travelling with a dog, you often get put in the shabbier rooms, but at this Hampton, my room was beautiful, clean, and in perfect condition. The price was amazing for a spacious suite and the outdoor area was perfect for dogs. I will absolutely stay here anytime I am in the St. Louis area.
