The location was convenient and had lots of services nearby. The initial impression was at the lobby was clean and it smelled good. The lobby attendant was great. We got to our room and it was small and smelled musty. The coffee maker was dirty and the air conditioner did not take the humidity out of the air. The breakfast in the morning was good with hot and cold choices. It seemed like a safe area so all in all I would stay here again, but probably request a room on the second floor or hopefully it wouldn’t be as musty and humid.

WARNING — DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I walked into the room and within two minutes knew there was absolutely no way I was going to sleep there. The room was filthy and completely unacceptable. There were dirty marks all over the walls, the pillows were disgusting, and the bathroom was dirty. The worst part was the visible mold in the shower. That alone should be enough for anyone to think twice about staying here. The entire hotel was muggy, damp, and humid, and there were dehumidifiers throughout the property. It honestly felt like the building had a serious moisture problem. The condition of the hotel was so unpleasant that I immediately went back to the front desk. I explained that I had just entered the room, could not stay there because of the condition, and wanted a refund. They refused. I was absolutely shocked that a hotel could provide a room in this condition and then refuse to refund a guest who immediately left because it was unacceptable. This isn’t about expecting a luxury hotel or being overly picky. Basic cleanliness and a safe, sanitary room should be the bare minimum. Dirty walls, disgusting pillows, a dirty bathroom, visible mold, and an extremely damp environment are simply unacceptable. I am writing this review because I don’t want anyone else to waste their money and find themselves in the same situation. Look elsewhere. There are plenty of hotels where you can spend your money

We had black mold.on the ceiling in our bathroom. Lotion dispenser had been torn off wall and the wall was crappie patched and lotion with drywall on the back just on the counter.
