La alfombra sucia huele feo y ofrece cocina pero no tiene herramientas para la cocina deberían ofrecer utilicillos para cocina por lo menos unos dos sartenes platos licuadoras cucharas cuchillo de nada sirve que tiene cocina pero no tiene caso

The room was very dated, probably hadn’t had new carpet, cabinets paint in minimum of 20 years. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We would have liked to use the pool on Sunday but that was the day it’s closed

First night, my flight was delayed and I wasn’t going to get there until 11 pm, check in was at 7. When I got there, I was denied check in and was charged for that night. Second night, they told me that I was not old enough to stay, even though I had already booked and paid the booking fee and the first nights stay that I wasn’t allowed, and they charged me once again. I had to pay 2 nights and was not allowed to stay either nights under no fault of my own. Terrible experience. Walking into this place, it looks nothing like the pictures, quite frankly it doesn’t look like it has been inspected in well over 20 years. Terrible smell, musty, and the room that I had looked at had bed bugs. Shiela (the lady at the front desk) was wonderful. She tried to help as much as possible, but the company just wasn’t allowing it. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy. This hotel should be shut down. Or at least inspected.
