Staff friendly. Room was clean. Elevator not working.

Some of the tv channels weren't working. Disappointed the pool was down for repairs.

Very outdated. Television wouldn't come on. Pool was open but looked like a lake. Very disappointed. Gladly i was only there for about a six hour nap.

Room was clean and staff was courteous. Knocked 2 stars off for the following: we primarily booked bc of the indoor pool - I called to ask if the pool was temp controlled before I booked - I was told yes it was temp controlled... I get to the hotel to check in and am told the pool is out of order....like what? How was I not told that on the phone anyway, that's my only complaint.

Searched thru multiple locations looking for an indoor pool and this was one of the only places that had one, it was basically unusable water was nasty and too much chlorine

Loud construction on the roof with loud music. The indoor is closed and has been the last three times we have stayed here.

Hotel is in need of updating which they were working on.

It was a good stay. Only dislike I have is that the pool was not heated at all. But other than that everything was fine.

Picked this hotel become it lised it had an indoor pool. Pool was slimy and green, chewed gum on the ground. Didnt feel clean in there. Room was fine. Staff was nice.

I had a musty smell and cigarette smell it has a inside pool which you couldn’t breathe in because of the chlorine smell so strong

Not the hidden gem I was expecting. Bathroom had pubic hairs on the tub and crud caked to the wall. Slept fine, but wife said she felt dirty after we left

The staff was exceedingly friendly, hospitable, welcoming, professional & polite! Unfortunately, the hotel smelled unclean, the hotel room smelled like wet dog & cigarettes & the bathroom floor was dirty.

Check in was simple. The rooms were super clean and comfortable!

The air conditioning unit in the room don’t get cold the bed had blood stains on the blanket

I read SO many reviews before settling on this hotel. My first issue is with Travelocity itself. The hotel clerk was unable to verify the price since it wasn\'t a direct booking, but I was charged $30 more than what the app showed. I still do not have an answer on this. As far as the hotel goes - The parking lot, lobby, cafe area and halls were all nice and clean. Our room was on the first floor. As soon as I opened the door, the smell hit me. It was a mix of cigarettes and mildew. The bedding is always the first thing I check. I pulled the blankets back and everything was clean, but the bedding felt almost damp. The air conditioner ran the entire time we were there, so it may have just been moisture in the air causing the dampness and smell. We were exhausted so we just dealt with it. Carpet felt a little grimy but not too bad. Instead of individual toiletries, the shower had large bottles built into the shower wall. Nice touch though not my personal preference. Phone rang one time at 11pm and alarm went off at 12am, (prior customers playing a prank I assume) waking us all up. The app showed a "spa" which my husband and I were really looking forward to. There was no spa... only a VERY small 4.5\' pool (indoor). They did offer an outdoor patio area with a grill right outside of the pool which was a nice touch. Overall, everything was physically clean, but the issues were enough that I won\'t be staying there on our next trip to Dothan.

The room was dirty. For example, the bed sheets were dirty. Multiple dirty scuff marks on the white sheets. The comforter had stains as well. One stain looked like a blood stain that was never fully cleaned. The bathroom floor had dirty shoe prints all over. We did not use the shower as it was grimy looking. There was a rubber mat in the tub that is not hygienic. There was not any soap for the sink. The fixtures in the bathroom and main room are rusted. For the cost of the room and how it is marketed it was unacceptable and we will not return.

Not a typical Marriott experience that you would expect. Room has musty smell, sheets were scratchy, had small hair, not cleaned up well at all. No toothbrush was available! I was about to go to Walmart but kitchen staff kindly borrowed from neighboring hotel. Staff does make their best effort to make guests comfortable.

There was hair in bed and tub and the water wasn’t draining.

Stayed here during a recent business trip and was very pleased overall. The hotel is quiet, which made it easy to relax and get work done. It’s also in a great location—several restaurants are just a short walk away, which was super convenient. There's an indoor pool available too if that's something you enjoy. My only complaint is that breakfast wasn’t included. For the price, even a light breakfast offering would’ve been appreciated. Still, a solid stay and I’d definitely consider coming back.

A decent, clean hotel with very nice people just in need of renovations.

Property was nice but dated. Bathtub was old and drain stopped up. Standing in a foot a water after a few minutes. Pretty disgusting. Tv volume didn’t work, telephone had no dial tone would not make any calls, outlets in light fixtures would not hold a plug so no cpap machine could be plugged in near the bed. Staff were kind, breakfast was decent, walls were a little thin

Beds were amazing! Very comfortable. The bathroom could have used a little more cleaning, remnants of the previous occupiers hair. But the room was amazing very spacious, and the staff was very friendly.

Room very clean, bed comfortable, easy check-in. Shower needed some repair..faucet broke, water pressure poor.

It took me an hour plus to check in as well as others trying to check in. No one was at the front desk. No one was around. We called Marriott and no one was able to get ahold of anyone. He finally showed up. He was not at the hotel when he arrived. Terrible experience after a 10 hour drive from Houston

Property was easy to find and the staff was great we first checked in with Liz and her attitude was amazing so the customer service we received the whole trip was amazing
