Check in was easy and extremely quick. Staff was very helpful and provided detailed information on local transportation. Hotel is on a bus line and less than 30 min from main attractions, 20 min taxi ride from the airport average $55 taxi ride. Descent hotel, small basic room with equally small bathroom (expected, it's Europe lol), and has a little bar area.

The staff were outstanding. Very helpful and courteous. It was in a quiet area, which we were thankful for as we were on our way to the airport the next day. A great little eating area next door where we had a nice lunch, and a great restaurant within walking distance for dinner. We were hoping for a restaurant on the premises but they haven’t opened up yet, although they did have breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean, although, the carpeting on the floor was stained, not sure if it needed cleaning or replacing. Also, reasonably priced.

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo e l'unica cosa che al 6 piano pioveva nel corridoio. La stanza però è pulita, bella e accogliente. Un po l'odore di chiuso per via dalla moquette ma il resto veramente ottimo. Mi è piaciuto e sicuramente tornerò volentieri visto che a Roma ci sto spesso per lavoro. Qualità prezzo buono. La cosa ancora più piacevole e il parcheggio davanti al albergo. Ottimo.

The hotel is clean, quiet and is nearby public transportation across the street. They cleaned the room daily and stocked it with clean towers and toiletries. It offered a breakfast buffet choice($) convenient for the start of your day. It also has a deli(store) next door with additional choices to buy food or snacks. The staff for the most part assisted with most of my inquiries and were always generous in calling a taxi each time I needed one. The only problem I had was that they don’t have an iron or a room for pressing clothes, neither a laundry room. It is also aproxímate 30 mins away for the city center in public bus. Other than that I do recommend.

The only reason I made it 2 stars instead of one is because the after hours person in reception was actually really nice and went above and beyond in helping me. If more people were like him, the hotel would have a chance. The aggressive people in the day should be ashamed. Let me start: First- they have a card with a QR code for having snacks and food brought up. The bar code just goes to their website not menu. When you call down and ask for the menu, they say it is at the front desk. So you go down. Then they say it’s at the bar. The bar says there is no such thing. And they won’t send a drink up because it’s for “safety.”. There is no room service or snacks to be sent up after being sent around to different people. Second, when you tell them you have to have a meeting right at check out and they say “ok” you can expect to have your meeting disturbed multiple times by an aggressive front desk asking to confirm you are in a meeting. When your boss is irritated after the call from the disturbances, they will chase you down and disrupt that conversation to tell you that you need to finish check out, despite telling them that you will handle it after. Half of my credit cards refused payment because it is a “questionable vendor” Then when you order a Long Island, instead of telling you they ran out of Coca Cola (!!), they will make you an abomination with sugar free peach soda. Then make you sign before agreed to remove. Aggressive front desk demands you pay because you sign

Staff was amazing …. Especially Angelica …. Lobby was really nice ….. but as soon as you get to floors with rooms all is so different …. Carpet seems 100 years old and very very dirty. Rooms are really dark and musty. Had trouble breathing for how dusty and moldy it was. Bed was comfortable but because of the surroundings it was hard to get a good nights sleep. So sorry for the comments but really did not like or find it up to par.

Recensione – 3 stelle (e già mi sembra generoso) La posizione dell’hotel è leggermente decentrata, ma non è questo il vero problema. Il punto dolente è un altro: la gestione e la cura del servizio. La stanza, pur consegnata rapidamente al check-in (che è stato l’unico momento efficiente del soggiorno), non era affatto pulita: macchie evidenti sulla moquette, segno di una manutenzione approssimativa. Ma il peggio è arrivato con la colazione, che definire deludente è poco. Alle 9:15 il buffet era già nel caos: personale che litigava tra loro davanti ai clienti, bacon arrostito fino a sembrare pane tostato, uova fredde e collanti, succo d’arancia annacquato e privo di sapore. Per avere un bicchiere, una posata o un tovagliolo bisognava chiedere — e poi attendere i tempi tecnici come se si trattasse di favori personali e non di un servizio base. Il caffè americano bruciacchiato è stato la ciliegina sulla torta di un’esperienza che, in un hotel che si proclama a 4 stelle, lascia sinceramente perplessi. Albergo con tante contraddizioni. Letto e bagno puliti e ottime lenzuola e asciugameni, moquette per terra macchiata e sporca. Sono stato 7 giorni e mi ero portato ciabatte di altra struttura bianche, dopo 7 giorni la suola era nera. Reception con personale scontroso ed altro affabile e gentile. Ristorante c'era, ma con tutto surgelato e caro (ho cenato solo una volta). Colazione non adeguata alla struttura, in particolare brioche che sembravano del giorno prima. Ottimo il caffè della macchinetta. Le informazioni fornite da Hotel.com non corrette in quanto la tassa di soggiorno non era di 4 € ma di 6 € sin dal 2014 e pur avendo dato la carta di credito a garanzia hanno preteso l'addebito all'arrvio, poi ho dovuto pagare immediatamente la tassa di soggiorno ed il soggiorno completo già il giorno successivo.

I made the mistake of booking a night here before an early flight, and it was an absolute disaster. The so-called “Comfort” room was anything but—shabby, outdated, and barely scraping 3-star quality, yet they have the audacity to call this place a 4-star hotel. What a joke. To make matters worse, at least five rooms on my floor were sold to a rowdy school group (apparently a common practice here), turning the hallway into a chaotic playground. Screaming, running, slamming doors—you name it. Sleep was impossible. When I politely asked the receptionist to intervene, nothing changed. When I requested a room change, they flat-out refused, claiming there were no available rooms. The staff couldn’t have cared less, and neither did management. If you value your rest, your money, or basic hospitality, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were free.

We like that it's out of the city. We didn't love that there was no AC... and the soccer field is right below so that can be loud. But all in all great place. No frills, but pleasant and comfortable.

Hotel is on a bus line and less than 30 min from main attractions, 20 min taxi ride from the airport average $55 taxi ride. Ma il peggio è arrivato con la colazione, che definire deludente è poco. Alle 9:15 il buffet era già nel caos: personale che litigava tra loro davanti ai clienti, bacon arrostito fino a sembrare pane tostato, uova fredde e collanti, succo d’arancia annacquato e privo di sapore. Per avere un bicchiere, una posata o un tovagliolo bisognava chiedere — e poi attendere i tempi tecnici come se si trattasse di favori personali e non di un servizio base. The only reason I made it 2 stars instead of one is because the after hours person in reception was actually really nice and went above and beyond in helping me. If more people were like him, the hotel would have a chance. The aggressive people in the day should be ashamed. Let me start: First- they have a card with a QR code for having snacks and food brought up. The bar code just goes to their website not menu. When you call down and ask for the menu, they say it is at the front desk. So you go down. Then they say it’s at the bar. The bar says there is no such thing. And they won’t send a drink up because it’s for “safety.”. There is no room service or snacks to be sent up after being sent around to different people. Second, when you tell them you have to have a meeting right at check out and they say “ok” you can expect to have your meeting disturbed multiple times by an aggressive front desk asking to confirm you are in a meeting. When your boss is irritated after the call from the disturbances, they will chase you down and disrupt that conversation to tell you that you need to finish check out, despite telling them that you will handle it after. Half of my credit cards refused payment because it is a “questionable vendor” Then when you order a Long Island, instead of telling you they ran out of Coca Cola (!!), they will make you an abomination with sugar free peach soda. Then make you sign before agreed to remove. Aggressive front desk demands you pay because you sign

Albergo con tante contraddizioni. Letto e bagno puliti e ottime lenzuola e asciugameni, moquette per terra macchiata e sporca. Sono stato 7 giorni e mi ero portato ciabatte di altra struttura bianche, dopo 7 giorni la suola era nera. Reception con personale scontroso ed altro affabile e gentile. Ristorante c'era, ma con tutto surgelato e caro (ho cenato solo una volta). Colazione non adeguata alla struttura, in particolare brioche che sembravano del giorno prima. Ottimo il caffè della macchinetta. Le informazioni fornite da Hotel.com non corrette in quanto la tassa di soggiorno non era di 4 € ma di 6 € sin dal 2014 e pur avendo dato la carta di credito a garanzia hanno preteso l'addebito all'arrvio, poi ho dovuto pagare immediatamente la tassa di soggiorno ed il soggiorno completo già il giorno successivo.

Room was clean and comfortable, too warm the first nite but they did adjust by the second night. front desk was hit/miss several times, more like dismissive. I got the feeling I wasn't worthy of their time or as if they looked right through me, they skipped over me several times to help other customers that came in after me. Many times they did not acknowledge me (crappy cutomer service). I worked hospitality for 20 years of my life and I would never treat anyone like that. But, they took my money. Rooms on the far end of hotel over the restaurants were quite noisy, I knew when waste management came through and when there was work being done in the early a.m. that was with the window closed. (Maybe a bit of sound proofing).Cleaning staff were always pleasant. Servers 50/50 by the second time I went for dinner I just walked away, it was clear he did not wish to serve me . . . But, he was a bit stand-offish two nights before serving me drinks. Probably served because there were other ppl at the bar. Would I recommend this hotel, nada! Good customer service is everything, I know. I worked customer service all my life, and even now, for attorneys. As well as a secret shopper . . . Look it up, if you don't know what that is.

Room was clean and comfortable, too warm the first nite but they did adjust by the second night. front desk was hit/miss several times, more like dismissive. I got the feeling I wasn't worthy of their time or as if they looked right through me, they skipped over me several times to help other customers that came in after me. Many times they did not acknowledge me (crappy cutomer service). I worked hospitality for 20 years of my life and I would never treat anyone like that. But, they took my money. Rooms on the far end of hotel over the restaurants were quite noisy, I knew when waste management came through and when there was work being done in the early a.m. that was with the window closed. (Maybe a bit of sound proofing).Cleaning staff were always pleasant. Servers 50/50 by the second time I went for dinner I just walked away, it was clear he did not wish to serve me . . . But, he was a bit stand-offish two nights before serving me drinks. Probably served because there were other ppl at the bar. Would I recommend this hotel, nada! Good customer service is everything, I know. I worked customer service all my life, and even now, for attorneys. As well as a secret shopper . . . Look it up, if you don't know what that is.
