Super 8 by Wyndham Eufaula

i requested a ground floor room since I have foot and leg problems and have a handicapped parking tag. Was told at check-in none were available. if I had known in advance I could have found a motel with a ground floor room.

It seems all the smaller rooms were al on the 2nd floor...I have CPOD and there was no elevator to the second floor so I had to upgrade to a larger room so I could get a ground floor room. The hotel room was good.

This hotel is 2 stories with outside staircases and no elevators. It is very outdated and my room was poorly maintained. I slept well, bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Breakfast was very limited -nutrigrain bar and coffee if you asked.

We stayed one night here. The parking lot is very small so we could not park in front of our room but it was well-lit. The room was a room for lack of a better term. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked.

False advertising at its finest! The pictures make the property appear clean and almost fresh, however it was run down upon pulling up and thanks to the no cancellation and 7 sleepy individuals I was pretty stuck with the two rooms I’d booked online, one of the reasons we booked was due to it including breakfast and showing a waffle maker in photos, good luck breakfast was to start at 7am and when my husband went to check they said they had to go to Walmart to get it!? When he went back later he was met with a quarter jug of milk Raisin Bran / Frosted Flakes / nutrigrain bars and 4-5 pieces of wheat bread, I’m sorry but I’m not a snob by any means however that is a joke compared to what was advertised as well as the apple juice / orange juice machine doesn’t actually contain anything in it. When we got to our room I was instantly met with a musty stale smell, the room just seemed rundown and dirty, the tables were wobbling w one having a leg nearly coming off, neither rooms remotes worked aside from the power button. But having little choice we just chose to go to sleep and hope we didn’t find roaches or bed bugs climbing on us, that’s when it got even worse in the morning, we discovered just how dirty the room was, smears on doors, Kleenex box empty from who knows who, shampoo one use container partially used from a previous person, disgusting carpet and floors and doors even, the weirdest part? Either the sheet or bed skirt was literally disintegrating upon being touched

Just stayed for an overnight fishing trip. Parking lot lit up well with lots of cameras so I felt safe with my boat there. Had to plug in inside room, but that’s no problem to me. Rooms were clean and no smells. Overall good stay.

This motel looked to have been recently remodeled and was neat and clean. The two nights cost me about $150, which was a very good value.

The pictures show a pool at the property however the pool has been filled in leaving a big mess in the middle of the parking lot.

check in was timely. room was cool on arrival, clean, adequately equipped-ice machine on premises( unlimited amount of ice based on amount of people using it during our stay( this doesnt usually happen at budget hoteis- very pleased with accomadations- will definitely stay again.

From outside this property looks update. From inside it is not updated not kept clean. Spider webs in corners, roach baits along wall. Would not stay here again.

Everything was great from checking in to the accommodation in the room. Very clean

The front desk manager said they had canceled my stay told me this to my face 3 times cause I. Asked. Multiple due to rooms smelling like mold and in the bathroom behind the toilets was black mold there was dirt in the floors. Old food behind the beds mud smears along door frame on front a bathroom door. I’d never recommend staying here we left and went to the quality Inn right up the rd

Some sort of epoxy like substance was crusted on the sink countertop. The sink had a cigarette burn in it. One of the night stands had an oily substance on it. The other one had a blue-green stain on it. The comforter was clean but had multiple stains on it. While the desk clerk was pleasant and friendly I would have stayed elsewhere I would have been able to get a refund for the room (I was not).

I got several bites from bed bugs on me next day!!

The room was so dirty smelled bad and had bugs so gross never again will I use super 8

Clean quiet staff friendly

Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Towels were clean. Aircondition worked perfect. Room had a great looking scenery.

Thought hotel had pool. Blood on the curtains. Bed was good. Slept well.

Lady at the front desk, was nice, but felt rushed. Definitely did not get the downstairs as we asked on the reservation, but that’s okay! Motel has definitely not been updated in some time. Old carpet, bad lighting in the bathroom. But it was clean, and a place to lay our head for the night. We had very loud and inconsiderate neighbors slamming the doors all throughout the night. Probably will find another hotel next year!

Place needed some work done inside the room. Toilet didn't work properly it wouldn't flush you had to hold the handle down so it would flush and it still wouldn't flush right. TV stopped working. I don't think we should've been charged the amount that we were charged plus we stayed an extra night because my flight didn't leave out til that Wednesday evening. We were a there a total of 6 days.

Well, the young man checking us in was nice, but that's about the best I can say. We stayed in the handicap room, and it is extremely dated. Carpet is marked with dark streaks, and really old. Looks like it was from the 70's or early 80's. The guy that was running the front is difficult to get if you need anything. The room only had 2 towels and wash cloth's with 4 adults staying in the room, and I had to go ask for more both days we were there. I went to the front desk and ask for coffee for the room, and was told there is coffee in the carfe'. It was coffee that was left over from being made that morning, and was luke warm. I didn't get any coffee to make in the room. The room was clean, with the exception of the carpet looking very used and out dated. Bathroom door would not latch, and the towel rack was barely hanging on the wall. I will definitely tell the front desk how I feel about the room when I leave. Really dissapointed in the room.

I liked the convenience of the location. I did not like that there was some substance on the back of the bathroom door. I always travel with wipes, so I cleaned it myself. The TV needs to be updated. It was rather small.

Elderly male clerk not very friendly - check in took too long. Room and bathroom clean, but towels only adequate and hard water for shower a nuisance. Breakfast minimal. Average, but not bad for cost.

Upon a first arrival was not impressed the owner made up with exceptional service even called the room to make sure everything was all right and up to my standards. Thank you for an enjoyable stay we'll be back definitely a budget-friendly hotel.

Terrible customer service and unlocked. Dirty stinky and sheets had cigarette burns on them. Roaches. Refund was given. Employee apologized.

The hotel was perfect for our short stay. The owner/front desk agent was super friendly and helpful. He had a smile on his face even as he was checking us in at 1:30am. When we return for our summer hike, we will stay here again.

Awful! The owner (I’m assuming) is the one that checked us in and he was so rude. Was very short with us, would not honor the room I booked on this site, charged extra for anything he could think of. ROACHES. the room had roaches. Breakfast, I think not. He kept the lobby closed and didn’t put anything out, which we wouldn’t have ate any way due to the roaches. Had I not been in town for a family emergency I wouldn’t have stayed oh and the fact he wouldn’t refund us. So that was lovely.

Worst experience ever. I was charged a deposit and cash and i didn't get it back.

Clean quiet staff friendly

We always stop and stay here on the way to the beach. Easy check in/out.

Basic motel. Not expecting great. But we used this as a halfway point to get to the beach and it served its purpose.

The hotel is clean, accessible, and offers a great staff and service. If you have to travel to the Eufaula area this is a comfortable and clean option. The staff is Amazing!

The stay was good. Easy check in. The room was nice and clean enough. The coffee maker was a nice touch. It is on the Main Street so it’s close to everything you need. The price was less expensive so we didn’t expect the Ritz. I would stay again if in the area.

Did not get the room I reserved. Room was not secure. Room was not clean. TV was horrible (analog) fuzzy. Mattress pad covered in stains. No iron. One microwave Quit so they just threw thr replacement right on top of the dead one. Breakfast was a joke at best, no real food! An overall terrible stay, would never return.

I stay there often. The staff are really friendly in the rooms are well-kept and comfortable. They also serve a small, continental breakfast, and they are part of Wynham!
