Simple and basic throughout. Whilst the staff were all excellent i was disappointed that the pool water was dirty and required cleaning however this did not happen whilst we were there (3days)

Great stay, and the price was on the lower end. Staff were amazing. The free hot breakfast was really good, and the lady’s working it were awesome. They do have a small outdoor poor( great for smaller kids) and the hot tub was good sized and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Staff was great! Unfortunately, we had a few issues with the facility. The ice machine on our floor was inoperative during our stay. Also, the elevator began having issues shortly after our arrival, & became inoperable until the morning we left.

This hotel has a ROACH problem. My first night we saw three roaches. Told the front desk and they moved us to another room. A couple of days later, there were more roaches in the new room. The front desk said ever since they moved to another extermination company they had issues so this must’ve been going on for a while. Nothing like staying at a hotel and shake it out your clothes worrying about bringing roaches home.

I read a bunch of good reviews before booking and they're all accurate. The pool and hot tub were very inviting and relaxing. The full breakfast was the best I've had at a motel. The room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable and the A/C was quiet and worked well. Vending machines on every floor. Close to everything (beach, shopping, restaurants etc). The only flaw was the water pressure in the shower wasn't great but the positives greatly outweigh that. The staff was friendly and you can tell they all work hard. We will definitely book here again.

The cleanliness of our room was absolutely unacceptable. The floor was discolored and disgusting and it ruined our new socks! It looked like they hadn’t mopped or cleaned the floor for a while. Especially under the bathroom sink. Also, I would not recommend staying here if you have allergies or asthma. We also saw huge spiders! I was so disappointed.

It’s rare that I walk into a hotel room and find it as clean as I want it, but this room was spotless! The bedding, towels etc were spotless, the bathroom was perfectly clean etc. we stayed 2 nights and our towels were refreshed the next morning. The staff was professional and polite, it was priced well considering it was within 10 miles of gulf beach. The pool area was kept clean, vending machines on every floor, really we had zero complaints. We got a suite so we had fridge, stove, dishwasher and most the dishes we needed. The staff did their jobs well and an extra praise to the housekeeping staff because again probably the cleanest hotel room we have stayed in ever.

This place was gross. Hair in the bathroom, couch was unclean, the headboard look like it had wet stains. I would never stay here again. I wouldn’t stay here if someone paid me, just super unsanitary.

Everything was really good enjoyed the spacious room enjoyed the hot tub and the pool the only downfall is the bathroom is really small. You have to walk in move to one side or the other just to open and close the door is probably an inch between the door and the toilet. I'm sure an upgraded room would have a bigger bathroom but we had a basic room

You can tell they they spent time & money on upgrading this hotel. Room was nice & clean. Completely updated. The only issue I saw was that the water pressure was low in the tub/shower & the water didn’t get hot

Really was pleasantly surprised. Our room had 2 queen beds and a complete (mini) kitchen. The room looked like they had just updated/remodeled the room. Free breakfast was really good.

Staff was friendly upon checkin. It was a very nice remodeled room. The bed however was very uncomfortable. Did get good rest in the bed. You could hear the springs squeak as you turn.

We originally booked a double queen. Check in was fine. Got in to the room and room was hot! Turned the unit on to cool. 65 to quickly cool off room.. unit shut off.. called the front desk to switched us to a king suite, A king with sofa bed.. Sofa bed absolutely uncomfortable!! This room a/c unit worked but barely cooled off our new room.. rooms were nice but who care if your sweating on an uncomfortable sofa bed!

We would stay here again (one of the king suites). The a/c compressor was quiet - none of that loud shuddering sound. The floors were LPV rather than icky carpeting. The bathroom sink area was spacious. Considering it was on the main highway, it was fairly quiet. The manager was responsive to a minor issue. The front desk was helpful.

Poor customer service. Called 3 times to the front desk before arriving to update payment information and was asked all 3 times to be placed a hold. Instead of being placed on hold I was hung up on. Called the 4th time and when someone finally answered she informed me that she had a customer in front of her and needed to place me on hold which she did that time. Stayed on hold about 15-20 mins to no one coming back to phone. When I arrived to check in the lady at the desk was on a personal call on her cell phone and did not get off until I started fussing about my earlier incident when someone else. When checking out the next day receptionist was on her personal cell again and do not ever get off.

Front desk not friendly at all the only person that smiled was the lady doing the breakfast. They seemed put out because I booked a nonsmoking room and it smelled like smoke and asked to be placed in another room. Will not use this hotel again.

Breakfast was great the hostess was very good friendly and on top of things made you feel very welcome. Great place to stay.Saturday breakfast was the best,and lady was early wit it so had time to sit and have coffee too. Loved you could get fresh coffee in lobby even at night. Keep up good work.

Requested ground floor but provided a 2nd floor room (furthest from the elevator). On day two, trash emptied and towels changed out, but on day three, no services provided. Beds were not made all week and trash only emptied once. No coffee left all week.

We had a wonderful beach vacation here. The price was great. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It's directly across the street from the Tanger Outlet Mall. There were many restaurants very near, and grocery store options too. Check-in was easy, and the daily breakfast was very good.

We were there for the state track meet. It is right across the street from the outlet, and maybe 10 minutes from the Sportsplex. Really convenient!

I love that Waffle House was in the parking lot and Tanger outlet was literally across the street. 20 min from orange beach without orange beach hotel prices.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, friendly & helpful staff. Great location close to many good restaurants & attractions. Breakfast food was hot & better than usual quality for this sort of hotel chain. Didn't use the pool but it looked nice & well kept. Would definitely stay again

I read a bunch of good reviews before booking and they're all accurate. The pool and hot tub were very inviting and relaxing. The full breakfast was the best I've had at a motel. The room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable and the A/C was quiet and worked well. Vending machines on every floor. Close to everything (beach, shopping, restaurants etc). The only flaw was the water pressure in the shower wasn't great but the positives greatly outweigh that. The staff was friendly and you can tell they all work hard. We will definitely book here again.

Check in was really easy. The gal at the front desk was super nice,very friendly, and informative! The breakfast was hot. Bs&Gs every morning along with an egg option and a meat option, pancake maker, plus the usual stuff that would come at a hotel breakfast; toast bagels, oatmeal, cereal, fruit option, yogurt, juices. The lady thatvusually runs breakfast doesn a phenominal job beiong things clean and stocked and fresh too! You can tell she likes her job! Not an awful drive to the beach in Gulf Shores either. Outlet mall right across the street for you shopping needs! Bed were comfortable and clean, and the pillows were nice! We got a multi bed suite. 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. Clean and spacious. Pool is a good size and clean. Hot tub was really nice as well. The pool has towels fown and a bin to put them in when youre done. They had toys and boogie boards there for kids to play with in the water as well! We stayed for 5 full days and didnt have a single complaint! We reslly enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The room was very clean, updated, and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were also really nice, and everything overall felt well-kept. We honestly wished we could’ve stayed longer! The only thing I’d say could use some improvement is the breakfast. There could’ve been a little more variety, but other than that, everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! ❤️ Also, a nice bonus is that if you pay with a card, there’s no deposit required. A deposit is only required if you’re paying with cash, which I thought was really convenient!

The room was clean and all in good order. The floor didn’t appear to have been mopped in awhile because if you walked without shoes on your feet or socks would be black on the bottom. We were staying for a soccer tournament and it was great location to fields and Tanger was right across the street if you wanted to shop.

Room was fairly clean, although floors were quite dirty when wiped with a towel. Breakfast might have been decent if it was replenished. Got there 30 minutes before end of breakfast hours and had sausage gravy, but no biscuits. Employee brought a few eggs out, but no biscuits or sausage. Cereal was stale and not much else to chose from.
