Kids ate Free Breakfast and they said it was okay but not the best! Coffee was horrible. Hotel WIF is a joke! Hotel is very small and parking is very limited!!! Pool was indoors and needed a major cleaning!!! Front Desk Receptionist he was so polite

Staff was great. Room had a horrible smell. After stepping in soaking wet carpet, I figured out why the room smelled like musty sewage. There were several doors that had broken hinges, including ours. Our bathroom door would not latch or lock. The carpet was dirty. The pool water was pretty gross so we decided not to swim. The lobby was nice and clean and the breakfast was great. The breakfast hostess was absolutely fantastic!

After driving all day, my kids were very exciting to swim. We picked the hotel because it had an indoor pool. The pool was disgusting. It was green. The pump was not working. The lady at the front desk said chemicals were just added and it was safe, but there wasn’t any water circulating and looked awful. We opted out of letting our little ones swim in it. They were so bummed. Our room also had a terrible smell. It smelled like animal piss. We would not recommend and will not be returning.

Exactly what I want a $100 a night hotel to be when we’re traveling and stopping for the night clean and convenient. Only complaint is that the pool and pool room were kind of dirty and sad looking.

Pictures are not the actual place. Beds have metal decorative piece at the bottom of the bed and make so much noise everytime you move. Smells like cigerate smoke. Couch bed is not an actual bed. Stained. Pool is green. Elevator inpection paper says it hasn't been inspected since 2021! Eeks

Great hotel! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than expected. The pool was small but nice and warm. We all enjoyed it, but with a lot of people it would be over crowded... It would be a 5 star but the bathroom door didn’t close the easiest because it was coming off the hinges on the bottom. The shower pressure was also very lame. My hair is thick and it took forever to get it completely wet and rinsed. My shower was long.

There were three of us traveling together and all three rooms were dirty. There were stains on the couches one of them the toilet didn't work so they just pooped in it and left it. The shower had dried blood in the bottom and lamp shade was dirty and dented and the hair dryer had greasy grime all over it.

There was a bad smell as soon as you entered the hotel and it continued down the hallway and into our room. The internet did not work in our room. There was a silverfish crawling on the wall. The toilet did not flush. The shower had barely any water pressure and the water was barely lukewarm. Breakfast was good, but nothing else about the property could remotely justify what we spent to stay there.

The deadbolt on the door did not work. Trash from previous people in the trashcan. Faucet in the shower was falling apart. This was the third time staying as we often have had a good experience when passing through to Florida. We won’t stay again.

We have stayed here several times as a family. This was one of our worst stays, albeit not terrible. My key card would not open our room on multiple attempts back and forth from the front desk. They had to change our room, which had a cockroach running around as soon as we turned on the lights. The room also smelled a little mildewy. The staff were very nice and friendly. The pool was nice for our kids. The beds were comfortable. And the breakfast was good.

Close to restaurants, great staff customer service. Breakfast was great except chocolate waffle (one you can make with their waffle maker) tasted sour, we had to throw it away. Hotel room door was damaged, difficult to open. You have to push it with your whole body in order for it to open. No hot water! Bed made noise (metal banging) every time I got up or moved. Old AC made a lot of noise and we felt warm when AC stopped making noise.

The room needs to be taken out of service for maintenance. The baseboard is coming off. The door is incredibly hard to open; you have to push or pull hard. The hot water in the tub barely gets lukewarm. Even the tv isn’t level. Plus, I found a dirty wash cloth hanging off the shower curtain rod.

Room next door had someone playing a pan flute, screaming and hollering between breaths. Beds had some sort of steel handle on both sides mounted to a steel frame that echoed like thunder when bumped. The handles stuck up making it very uncomfortable trying to get in and out of bed.

Customer service was terrible and the hotel had a musty smell. Our first room had air purifiers that were not to be used when occupied. We then tried 2 other rooms. The front desk said the manager didn’t want to talk to us. Call back Monday.

Staff was great. First night we had no hot water but the next morning they fixed it immediately. We came back from a wedding with 3 containers of food and they kept it in the staff fridge overnight. Thank you.

The staff and front desk were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, but too high off the ground for an average height person. It was difficult to sit on the bed. The continental breakfast was included and we enjoyed the variety of food and it was very good. I rated it a 4 star for the above reasons. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay here.

Easy access with restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Front desk very helpful and friendly. Beds comfortable. Did not stay for breakfast so cannot comment on the food. Physical condition is a bit tired and could use a renovation. But very clean.

Front parking lot was full of badly parked vehicles (not the fault of the hotel.) The clerk kindly pointed out the side lot. Very friendly. Would stay here again.

We have stayed here several times as a family. This was one of our worst stays, albeit not terrible. My key card would not open our room on multiple attempts back and forth from the front desk. They had to change our room, which had a cockroach running around as soon as we turned on the lights. The room also smelled a little mildewy. The staff were very nice and friendly. The pool was nice for our kids. The beds were comfortable. And the breakfast was good.

We checked in late, 10:00, showered, and were ready to go to bed. By the time we were going to sleep, there was apparently a parking lot party right outside of our 2nd floor window. We could smell weed, hear loud talking, loud music, cars revving up, etc. Obviously the little guy at the front desk was not going to get involved, however it was already 2 am and we had to be up the next day. The police came and handled the situation. One was even arrested, they came back briefly but we finally got some quiet. I will say I absolutely appreciate the police department for their prompt efforts. Overall the property was ok. Clean enough and in a decent location.

Close to restaurants, great staff customer service. Breakfast was great except chocolate waffle (one you can make with their waffle maker) tasted sour, we had to throw it away. Hotel room door was damaged, difficult to open. You have to push it with your whole body in order for it to open. No hot water! Bed made noise (metal banging) every time I got up or moved. Old AC made a lot of noise and we felt warm when AC stopped making noise.

There was a bad smell as soon as you entered the hotel and it continued down the hallway and into our room. The internet did not work in our room. There was a silverfish crawling on the wall. The toilet did not flush. The shower had barely any water pressure and the water was barely lukewarm. Breakfast was good, but nothing else about the property could remotely justify what we spent to stay there.

We loved this hotel!! Indoor pool and room had 2 beds and a sleeper sofa!! Super comfy. Breakfast was awesome! Biscuits and gravy sausage waffles bagels toast muffins grits oatmeal cereal yogurt and fruit. Something for everyone!

Great hotel! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than expected. The pool was small but nice and warm. We all enjoyed it, but with a lot of people it would be over crowded... It would be a 5 star but the bathroom door didn’t close the easiest because it was coming off the hinges on the bottom. The shower pressure was also very lame. My hair is thick and it took forever to get it completely wet and rinsed. My shower was long.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The side closest to the bathroom was severely broken down. The bathroom sink drain wasn't able to be opened. Bath tub drain was slow. On a more positive note, the breakfast was outstanding and the staff member in charge of the breakfast area worked very hard. Food was good!

I don’t often give bad reviews but this hotel was TERRIBLE. it started with the check-in. It was raining and an employee had their vehicle parked in the covered area so we were forced to get wet while u loading our luggage. We were in town for a softball tournament and booked this hotel because they had laundry facilities or at least we thought they did. When we asked for the laundry we were told it doesn’t work. Wonderful. Then we wake up to go eat breakfast and there’s no hot breakfast as they advertised. They only provided cereal, milk and individually Saran wrapped bread. Someone broke down a loaf and Saran wrapped the bread by hand. The sink in our bathroom was cracked. The tub had stains in it. I pulled the bedding back and there were long hairs on the sheets. The AC was set on 80° when we walked in the room. We turned it down as low as it would go and it took an hour to get to a comfortable temperature. Once the AC got cool, the carpet around the AC began to get wet. This extended to about 2 feet from the AC. Our door had a chunk missing from the bottom. YOU COULD SEE OUTSIDE AND INSIDE OUR ROOM. The place reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. There was a male inside the stairwell smoking weed one night. Choice Hotels has gone downhill significantly in the last several years. Avoid this hotel at all costs. I don’t care about the fake accounts giving this place 10s. It’s all lies. This place is horrible.
