Courtyard by Marriott Birmingham Homewood

Ensure check-in staff and bartender are their stations. It took several minutes for both to arrive and we had to wait too long. The bath needs to be bigger and a dressing mirror needs to be on the wall in the entrance to the bedroom.

When we checked in, the bathroom sink was in a disgusting state of cleanliness. Staff was quite sincere in their apologies and gave us a new room. We moved our things to the new room, only to find that a piece of furniture was about to fall apart. we just moved it out of the way and went to bed.

Room was spotless and the staff was friendly. I felt safe.

It was good for what we needed.
