The hotel rooms was smell so terrible with smoking. They should separate and ask customer about it. I stay over night and spray cotton on the window with my spray, but it didn't help, I feel like I sleep with full smoken room.

Great deal and convenient staff

The desk clerk was very sweet and helpful. in the lobby there was a man yelling profanities into a cell phone. The room was dark, dingy and in poor repair with a peculiar smell. The door was hard to open and the overhead light fixture was hanging precariously. the only amenity was a fridge. no phone. no clock. Over-use of fabric softener made the bath towels as absorbent as wax paper. The security bar on the door was partially removed. This was especially alarming when I was awakened at 3:30 am by a profanity-laced screaming match in the parking lot. This is not a place to bring kids. Trust me. I understand that for the price points it wasn't going to be the Ritz but I have stayed in motels for similar prices that were not anywhere near as dilapidated as this property.

5-6-26, upon arrival I remembered I stay here before during the pandemic. Using the Hotels.com app doesn’t give you history of previous stays. The clerk was very nice and welcoming. She advised me upfront that the property is going through a renovation and if I had any issues with my room, she would take care of it immediately. I didn’t have any problems and it was pretty nice. The room, bathroom and floor was very clean. I understand some rooms might have issues but mine did not. The only issue I had was that the occupants above me walked pretty heavy and it was enough to wake me up. If I return back to Tillmans Corner/Alabama area, I’d stay here again.

Very dirty. Elevator didn't work. Trash on stairs. People working on cars in parking lot. No coffee amenity or waste basket in room. Door would not open or close - almost off hinges. Had bread for breakfast, but no butter or jelly. The whole place is in deplorable shape.
