Fairfield Inn and Suites Mobile

The bed was comfortable but the fixtures and decor was rusty. The plugs did not work properly so we could not charge our devices. We were there from Friday to Monday and housekeeping never came to freshen up the room. When I inquired about it, the front desk clerk gave me trash bags to empty our own trash. Not to mention the room was not ready until after 4 pm. The hotel is in a good location but poorly kept.

Not good at all. Not clean at all. Dirty old motel. Do not stay if you want clean room. Do not believe the high rating on this website. It is a lie

Room service was horrible. Well, didn't get any room sercice. Didn't have any clean towels.

The breakfast was terrible, the milk and yogurt were frozen. We didn't get the correct room. They put us in a king bed room instead of the 2 queen bed room and refused to move us. The room wasn't very clean either. I won't be staying there again. The staff was very rude also, if you could find someone.
