The hotel was okay for a short stay, but unfortunately it did not match the pictures online. The property and rooms felt older and more worn than expected, and the cleanliness could definitely be improved. There were also some maintenance issues, including a broken door handle/fixture in my room. Overall, I was disappointed with the condition of the hotel compared to how it was presented online. One positive is the guy at check in was very friendly.

The whole experience was horrible. The floors when you enter into the building, smell like mildew mixed with smoke. My room smelled horrible. The comforter had a big hole in the middle of it when I pulled back the comforter the sheets have black streaks on them. We went to dinner and came back Used the restroom in our room and the toilet flooded. We told front desk they brought us some sheets and a new comforter and a plunger, and told us to handle it. The next day we assumed when we left the room that they will clean the room. They came in and gave us some fresh towels, never made the bed never took out the trash or anything. When we checked out the third day there was no one at the front desk. We stayed at the front for about 30 minutes to wait for someone to complain about our stay and speak to a manager. Overall, I would never stay here in 1 million years again. I don’t strive in giving people bad reviews, but this day was very disappointing. Being that I came in for a family reunion for a short weekend , I didn’t have a lot of time to change hotels or I would have!
