We have stayed here twice. It is super convenient to the University of South Alabama. The staff is wonderful! The property(inside of the hotel) is updated and nicely done. However our biggest complaint is the air units in the rooms. They are LOUD. And it continuously woke us up every time it would come on and go off. Both stays, two different rooms, and a year apart. Unfortunately, it makes it difficult to get a good night’s rest and that is a big negative for us.
