This property was exactly what we needed. They have thought of everything from a beach bag and cooler to a FULLY stocked kitchen tools, etc. I brought some cookware and didn’t need it at all. The bed were all very comfortable and sheets were like brand new! We found bikes in the garage and that made it easy to get into Beulah for lunch. This house was perfect and we would love to come back! Thank you, James!

We would highly recommend this property. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, etc. The beds were excellent; high-end mattresses. Nice, quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed the firepit and camp chairs provided. I can't think of a thing we would change, thanks!

We all enjoyed the house and doing outdoor activities in the yard. Great kitchen and nice bonfire area with enough chairs for us all. Good communication from the host. Highly recommend!

This has to be the best VRBO I’ve ever experienced. Everything is modern and updated as stated in the listing. The kitchen is incredible for our party of 10; gathering to cook and eat and hang out. The teenagers found the badmitten and tennis rackets and bikes in the lower garage and had a wonderful time. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. However, I’ve never found a sofa bed that anybody over about 50 pounds can actually sleep on. Overall, I would definitely give this a 10 out of 10.

We traveled to Beulah to be part of a family event. This very spacious & comfortable house fit our needs by accomodating 3 couples perfectly. The thoughtful owners planned very well when making updates. The kitchen was the star of the show! We've rented numerous houses, yet we cannot get over the amount of quality items in this kitchen. It's unlike any others we've rented. They provide everything you need to create meals for a group. Rainy weather? No problem! They have games galore here! Next time we are in the area, we won't hesitate to book this rental again. James, thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful home!

This property has everything you need for a family get together including a waffle iron! Everything was neat, clean, and ready for use. Downside is that the water is not in view and is a 10 min steep walk down the road which my elderly father could not travel. We enjoyed pickle ball each night at the court in Beulah.

We truly enjoyed our time in Beulah. The location was excellent and ,having come to the area since I was in 5th grade, we were off to many familiar spots. The home was "stocked" beautifully with all the necessities of vacationing. It was very clean and comfortable...no lake view but we were entertained by wild turkeys and deer ! We would definitely return to this rental!

Property was nicer than pictures and great for two couples attending Frankfort Ironman event. Stairs from garage up to main floor would be challenging for someone with mobility issues, although they would be able to access main floor from rear sliding door and wraparound driveway.

Great property and house in a fantastic location. Central location to all the attractions and very close to the best local Mexican restaurant. If you're participating in the Ironman, you should book this place. Owners are great to work with and very nice too.

Had a really great time hanging with some friends for the weekend. Location was great to walk to downtown Beulah. We also kayaked the Betsie river while in town which I highly recommend!

Great property and house in a fantastic location. Central location to all the attractions and very close to the best local Mexican restaurant. If you're participating in the Ironman, you should book this place. Owners are great to work with and very nice too.

We loved our weekend! The heavily wooded property was an away from home oasis. We walked to the cute town of Beaulah which was closer than we expected. A short tree covered walk down the street opened up to a breathtaking lake view. We all had such a special weekend and were grateful to have this space to enjoy our stay.

So clean and exactly like the listing. Such a wonderful retreat. Also, easily the most well stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. Had everything we needed, including sticker books and crafts for our two young girls. Great place to stay in Beulah!

We would highly recommend this property. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, etc. The beds were excellent; high-end mattresses. Nice, quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed the firepit and camp chairs provided. I can't think of a thing we would change, thanks!

Property was great. Clean and so well equipped. Kitchen had everything and more. A picnic table would be nice, but all the chairs were great for sitting around the campfire making smores!! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

This has to be the best VRBO I’ve ever experienced. Everything is modern and updated as stated in the listing. The kitchen is incredible for our party of 10; gathering to cook and eat and hang out. The teenagers found the badmitten and tennis rackets and bikes in the lower garage and had a wonderful time. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. However, I’ve never found a sofa bed that anybody over about 50 pounds can actually sleep on. Overall, I would definitely give this a 10 out of 10.

We traveled to Beulah to be part of a family event. This very spacious & comfortable house fit our needs by accomodating 3 couples perfectly. The thoughtful owners planned very well when making updates. The kitchen was the star of the show! We've rented numerous houses, yet we cannot get over the amount of quality items in this kitchen. It's unlike any others we've rented. They provide everything you need to create meals for a group. Rainy weather? No problem! They have games galore here! Next time we are in the area, we won't hesitate to book this rental again. James, thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful home!
