Sonesta ES Suites Montgomery

It was unsafe, room was beat up and door had been pry barred in the past. Smelt like smoke and were given a different room after we complained and it was the same maybe worst. Left the place immediately and went to look for another place to stay after hour 10 hours on the road. Now trying to get a refund for the room we didn’t stay in.

Our accommodations were not comfortable for our family. The room smelled of smoke the minute we walked in. The bed appeared clean, but the walls had marks all over them. This was NOT the usual standard for hotels that would like their guests to be comfortable.

A weekend trip for my daughter and I to attend ASU graduation. It is not your typical hotel. The check-in process was great. The clerk was awesome. The staff were very helpful. The overall conditions of the property was not great.

The room was unacceptably dirty and smelled like weed. They offered another room which was equally dirty and had an entrance door that looked broken. The photos are grossly misrepresenting the actual state of this hotel. I left without staying the night, and asked for a refund which is still not delivered. AVOID.
