We stayed on the 3rd floor. Room was ok. It had a weird almost horrible smell. You could hear ppl and their dogs a lot. Elevator made the worst noise when stopping on the 3rd floor. If I’m being honest we will never stay at this hotel again.

We were originally assigned a room in which someone had just smoked a cigarette. Since this was a smoke free hotel I was a little surprised. The hotel has no service elevators so you share with the maid staff. The front desk told my wife the elevator could only carry three people at a time even though it was rated for 2100 pound capacity. If four people rode the elevator would stop with a jolt and then sink 6-8” so a tripping hazard. It really should be repaired. The second room we were assigned smelled musty and was not well cleaned. We didn’t have toilet paper and only one tiny bar of soap. We ended up spending over $140 a night and expected a much better room. We won’t stay again and we travel to Prattville 3-4 a year to visit family. There were a number of people outside the hotel drinking beer and making noise when my wife took our dog out at 230 am. She was concerned for her safety.

Our family booked two rooms for a baseball tournament . The room was clean and staff was very professional and nice. Some of the furniture is damaged in the room as far as scuffed up from use but other than that beds were clean and floors were clean. Pool was nice to swim in. Breakfast each morning was the same thing but decent. If in the area again we will definitely stay again.

The elevator dropped several feet any time more than 2 people were in it. You are jarred to the point of having a sore back and neck. The staff said they knew about it but it could not be fixed. It happened to 3 different people in our group. It was terrifying.

We stay here on our yearly visits to Florida, coming and going. Clean, spacious, plenty of parking and a very professional staff. Places to eat are abundant in the are with several with walking distance.

Check-in went great we arrive late. Had two rooms offered an adjoining room, no issues. Upon coming off the elevator, there were some broken tiles no big deal we were able to maneuver around never thought about it again. Room smelled of mildew . We got settled in around 2 AM to be awoken by jackhammers and barking dogs before 9 AM. Called the desk to inquire what in the world the sound was and they were oblivious. While trying to settle back down, housekeeping knocked on the door an hour and a half before check-out. Overall bad experience.

The person that checked us in on this stay was not as friendly/outgoing as our previous stay which was a few days earlier. Mexican Restaurant was across the parking lot and DQ was in front of the hotel and so was McDonalds. Pool was nice.

One night stay while visiting family! Price wasn’t bad but the cleanliness was terrible, scratched and worn out furniture. Bath tub was AWFUL dirty looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Front desk associate was friendly enough.

The property is immaculate. I have never stayed at such a clean hotel. It is quiet and almost perfect literally. I'd just like to have some real scrambled eggs though. I did notice they added a heat up able sausage biscuit, but some real scrambled eggs would take the cake. The manager or executive manager here knows what they are doing, truly. I've stayed in some bad laQuintas, but this one is the best. Great job! And the towels are perfectly white. Excellent work.

The disinfectant smell in the room was toxic. Eyes burned, throat burned as soon as we got in. Asked to change to another room. It was less toxic and we were able to stay because it was late and we travelled all day. I would suggest they use another cleaning product. As we were leaving the next day, the cleaning crew were getting ready and when we walked by the mop bucket it was overwhelming. I can't imagine others have not said something about this. Unfortunately this made our stay less than pleasant. If not for the smell, I might have been able to assess the accommodations better.

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The lobby was ok. It was clean, smelled ok but a few things we’re obviously needing some repair. The room was a complete disaster. Honestly worried about my health after staying there 2 nights. It smelled of an awful mold/mildew combination. The furniture was in very poor condition with doors and drawers that barely opened, dents, scuffs, cracks and scratches all over the place. The microwave and refrigerator were beyond disgusting with grime and mold and terrifyingly dirty. We did not use them. The comforter had stains that looked like a combination of blood and urine. The room looked NOTHING like the fake images posted on the hotel details. It was dark and dingy and lacked any colorful walls or drapery like in the images. I WILL NEVER stay at this hotel again. I wouldn’t recommend it to a relative, a friend, or my worst enemy. Wyndham should be ashamed to have there name associated with this!!!

People were friendly and it is pet friendly. There are a lot of restaurant choices near by McD's, BK, DQ & a Mexican restaurant in the same plaza with more choices across the street. Close to the highway which was convenient for travel. We reserved the apartment which was nice for room size and letting the dog move around more after being in a car all day; heads up though there are no plates, cups or utensils so be sure to have your own. The King size bed was very comfortable. There were what looked like bullet holes in the apartment, but I felt safe there & we had no issues. Their breakfast was terrible; no choices and the bagel I picked up was stale. I might stay there again, but currently looking to see what other choices are out there.

Room smelled. First hotel I stayed in and not any carpet any where. Air conditioner did not work properly. Breakfast would have been ok if they stocked it. Ended up walking to McDonald’s. Will not stay here again

You can only get regular cable in the tv. The HBO channels are extremely static most of the entire stay. The breakfast is very low key. Not many choices. Just basic snacks mostly. Nothing substantial. Room was nice. I don't recommend staying here unless you have other things to do. We won't be staying at this La quinta again unless they fix the tv and food issues. For 111 dollars a night, you expect better quality

The landscaping and exterior were very appealing as you pulled into the parking area. As we walked in, the staff behind the counter was very pleasant and professional and got us checked in very quickly. Room was very nice and spacious. We have stayed here before on our trips through the area and will do so again

Check-in went great we arrive late. Had two rooms offered an adjoining room, no issues. Upon coming off the elevator, there were some broken tiles no big deal we were able to maneuver around never thought about it again. Room smelled of mildew . We got settled in around 2 AM to be awoken by jackhammers and barking dogs before 9 AM. Called the desk to inquire what in the world the sound was and they were oblivious. While trying to settle back down, housekeeping knocked on the door an hour and a half before check-out. Overall bad experience.

I booked a room online and it took an hour to get in. My phone said it would be ready in 20 min so i gave them 30. The lady up front told me 20 more min and this it at 530 in the evening. Then when it was ready the lady couldnt even bring my payment up. It took me about an hour and a half. Room was great though. Front desk just sucked

Arrived well in advance of check-in time but willing to wait. Staff not very welcoming - seemed a bit irritated by our early arrival. Everyone in front area seemed to be staff speaking Spanish. Felt a little out of place. After check-in, enjoyed nice room. Staff that evening and next morning more hospitable.

Good location for a pit stop on our migration from the south. Only challenge is the turn into the parking lot as traffic can be quite busy in the early evening. We go past the turn to the lights and make a more friendly turn.

We stay here on our yearly visits to Florida, coming and going. Clean, spacious, plenty of parking and a very professional staff. Places to eat are abundant in the are with several with walking distance.

Everyone here is so friendly. The hotel is always clean. The breakfast is always very good and plentiful. The AC works very well. I am here on a long-term stay, and everyone has made me feel right at home.

Room smelled. First hotel I stayed in and not any carpet any where. Air conditioner did not work properly. Breakfast would have been ok if they stocked it. Ended up walking to McDonald’s. Will not stay here again

Everything was Good except for the Breakfast. Not much variety at all. Biscuits where Cold and Hard for 8:30am. Gravy was thick and lumpy. Sausage was very greasy and luke warm. Milk was not marked like 2 percent or anything. Bananas was the highlight for Fruit. For the prices you charge you could make Breakfast more enjoyable.

The breakfast was horrible. There were no options except hostess danishes, 2 jimmy dean packaged sausage biscuits and a waffle . There was sticky residue on the floors from spilled syrup and people walking in it. On the hand, the Gainsville location was great with everything the week before when I stayed there. Being a Wyndam rewards member and frequent lodger, i expected better in Plattsville

The breakfast is horrible. Had to ask for hot coffee. I was able to put my finger in the coffee not even Luke warm...... Coffee was from yesterday so strong and cold. We was placed in a room that smelled just like a dog had been living in there Stinked really bad.

The hotel and the room was clean and updated. However, there was a bad smell all over the place. In some areas such as staircase it was even worse. Breakfast was completely raided by 7:30 AM and nothing was being replenished. No staff to be found in the morning.

You can only get regular cable in the tv. The HBO channels are extremely static most of the entire stay. The breakfast is very low key. Not many choices. Just basic snacks mostly. Nothing substantial. Room was nice. I don't recommend staying here unless you have other things to do. We won't be staying at this La quinta again unless they fix the tv and food issues. For 111 dollars a night, you expect better quality

I’ll start with the bad and end with the good. The breakfast needs some work. No cream cheese for bagels. That’s like not having cream for coffee. Hot beverages were hot or miss. Coffee was cold the first day. Empty the second (they did have more about 15 minutes later), the hot water was never hot. I had to microwave my oatmeal both times. The sausage gravy was cold and the biscuits were hard. Housekeeping knocked on our door our first morning we woke up at about 9:30. We were still getting ready for the day since it was a lazy rainy morning: they never came back… like ever. No housekeeping for the rest of our stay. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. The rooms we saw them cleaning, they seemed to do a thorough job. Mopping, changing things…. The hotel staff as friendly. The guy on night shift was super helpful. The pool was the biggest reason we booked this hotel. I was visiting family in Montgomery and we wanted a way to cool off, relax, and have fun with kids. It didn’t disappoint. We were generally the only people using it so it wasn’t crowded. It was well maintained and beautiful, peaceful, and serene at night with color changing pool lights. I would definitely stay here again despite the things that need improvement.
