I checked in at Luxury Suites and immediately found that the couple at the front desk had trouble conversing in English. They did not appear to understand or respond to my questions. First of all I wanted to to confirm that my reservation was prepaid. As soon as I tried to check in, the lady at the front desk was on the phone with another person. The lady passed me the phone and I asked whoever was on the other side if it was prepaid, which she said it was. I had no idea who I was speaking with. The man tried to explain something about the shower, but a word or two in English would have helped. The room was basic, but clean. There was not shampoo or soap, which was no big deal. Breakfast is not included. The room was quiet, possibly because there weren't many staying when we were there, If the couple at the front desk was filling on an emergency basis, I could understand. However, being in the service industry certainly requires the ability to converse with customers.

Nice, clean motel with a very helpful owner. The neighborhood appears safe and we didn’t have any problems. We would stay there again.

Quick check in. Very helpful staff. Clean comfortable room. I travel a lot for work and honestly this has been by far the best for my money. If passing through I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean. It’s located in a great spot. It’s a mom and pop hotel. They try hard to please. There are not many amenities but I would stay again. There are a ton of eateries with walking distance.
