Best night sleep that I have had in over a week on the road. I wish I could have stayed longer. I loved that I could park just outside my door. I needed to organize things and it helped to have easy access to the car. I will be back!

this place needs an update/cleaning ASAP. everything from the door all the way to the bathroom area has stains, chipped drywall, rusted metal, etc. linen had very obvious giant stains, I questioned whether the bedsheets were even changed before I arrived.

The condition and cleanliness of the property was disgusting. There’s no way that I would’ve eaten anything out of that place. I’m shocked that Wyndham has its name on an establishment as this. Quite frankly, I’m really surprised Expedia even has them on your site. Another disappointing factor is that I went on Expedia to try and find another hotel in the area and saw that you had the same hotel. I was staying at for half the price on the same night that I paid for on your site. That was quite disappointing as well.

Did not hold reservation for king sized bed. Hotel property was run down. Lamp fixtures were rusted. Desk chair was torn and broken. Hair found on pillow case.

Check in lady was extremely friendly and accommodating the only good thing about the stay. Room had fresh blood on bed multiple spots I assume someone rented the room for an hour before I came. Towels had pubic hair. I asked for more towels never received them. The accommodation I got was moved to another room stains broken door more dirty towels no blood in that one. The name should be changed this place does not reflect the quality of the brand and name. Please do not stay here if you are looking for quality.

I’ve stayed here over the years for dog related events outside Thomasville. The people at the hotel were friendly, but the quality of the hotel facilities has declined. This time there was no daily cleaning or internet access my entire stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by several of the newly furnished items in the room. The beautiful floors appeared new as did the countertops and comfy bed. The Continental breakfast was available for a good period of time. But please get extra milk for the cereal and have apples everyday!😊

We stayed here during Thomasville's Victorian Christmas celebration. The hotel was only five to ten minutes away from downtown where all the festivities were taking place so the location was very convenient. The only downside to the location was how close it was to the highway...which meant every time a firetruck went by, it woke us up. We were in a room facing the road so it may have been better if we'd stayed on the other side of the hotel. Besides that, the room was very clean and looks like it had been updated recently. Three of us stayed in a double room and we were very comfortable. The price was also good for the time of year it is. We'd stay here again if we were in town.

Internet was non existing. What they call breakfast was a joke, coffee cold, 3 muffins, 2 bagels, no orange juice or drinkable milk. Sign at front counter telling guest all the stuff they could do to get charged extra money, not customer focused at all. Called and ask if early check-in was possible by 1 or 2 hours, $25 charge, never experienced this before, anywhere. Owners are obviously money hungry.

Centrally located in Thomasville. Comfortable bed, nice size fridge, good breakfast selection in a clean dining area. Walls are paper thin. We had a different racket for each night—from a super loud TV, screaming children and thuds to the slobbering noises of a loud previously-arguing couple, we heard it all. We received room service 2 days out of 5, even though we requested it daily, and were told we’d need to return our used towels to the desk if we wanted fresh ones. We only saw one roach in our room, but, hey, it’s the south, right?

Staff was happy to see us and amazing in helping us get settled in for the night. Great customer service skills. The bed and pillows were amazing. I really wanted to leave with a pillow but husband wouldn’t let me.

Issue at check-in. Arrived early & room was not ready...not unusual, so we waited. When we got our key and entered the room, it was already occupied. Awkward...we got another room. A short while after being in our room, another guest opened our door... apparently same confusion happened again giving a key for a room that was occupied. Not sure what happened, but no other issues after that.

Positive was the property was close to the family we were visiting. The cost per night was reasonable. Especially due to other chain hotels charging exorbitant prices because of college sports . Negative was our room, reserved a month in advance was given to my husband’s brother 20 minutes before we arrived and we were told there were no more rooms. The brother’s reservation was cancelled because he did not show up the day before when his reservation was to begin. The manager, Jen, only looked at the last name and did not correctly verify ID. We ended up in the only available room, a handicap room, with 2 double beds, not the one we paid for and reserved. Management did discount the room, we had to stay in because they knew they screwed up and the brother refused to give up our reserved room. A lousy visit. Meg

My son was stranded out of state due to car issues. I booked this for him and reviews looked good. Hotel is old and in poor condition. Daily breakfast is a waffle maker. I rebooked for a longer stay so my son had a place until we could get him back on the road since there are not many options. I called and confirmed with the hotel and the next day they kicked him out of his room saying he didn't have a reservation.

Booked a room for three people with two double beds and upon arrival at 4pm I was told by the front desk that they overbooked the rooms and only had a room with one king bed. I told them I booked and needed two beds. All the other hotels in the area were full so my wife son and I had no choice but to share a bed. I'm 6'1" 255 and my son is 5'9" 170lbs so it was less then ideal. This should never happen in my opinion. Also had some small roaches in the room. Saw two that were alive and one that was dead which was kind of a turn off.

We were making a visit to a relative at a hospital. She got transferred to a hospital in Valdosta and we could not cancel or change our reservation. Upside was the clerk assigned us a room on the first floor being we were going to check in late. Downside, there were stains on the sheet, holes in the bathroom door, gaps around the entry and a general feeling of uncleanliness. The breakfast was very limited. Would not stay there again.

Upside was the clerk assigned us a room on the first floor being we were going to check in late. Downside, there were stains on the sheet, holes in the bathroom door, gaps around the entry and a general feeling of uncleanliness. The breakfast was very limited. Would not stay there again.

Internet was non existing. What they call breakfast was a joke, coffee cold, 3 muffins, 2 bagels, no orange juice or drinkable milk. Sign at front counter telling guest all the stuff they could do to get charged extra money, not customer focused at all. Called and ask if early check-in was possible by 1 or 2 hours, $25 charge, never experienced this before, anywhere. Owners are obviously money hungry.

I didn't get to eat the breakfast because I was on the move, but it looks like just waffles or cereal and bagels.... etc..... didn't see any meat.

Centrally located in Thomasville. Comfortable bed, nice size fridge, good breakfast selection in a clean dining area. Walls are paper thin. We had a different racket for each night—from a super loud TV, screaming children and thuds to the slobbering noises of a loud previously-arguing couple, we heard it all. We received room service 2 days out of 5, even though we requested it daily, and were told we’d need to return our used towels to the desk if we wanted fresh ones. We only saw one roach in our room, but, hey, it’s the south, right?

No breakfast was available and when I pointed out the eggs and sausage had all been eaten by 7 am, I was told 7 mins and there would be refills. 20 mins later cold eggs were served and no sausage was ever provided. I asked again and was told maybe later there would be more.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms clean and comfortable. Was disappointed in the breakfast...only sweet cereal, waffles and bagels...not good for a diabetic. No decaf coffee.

The employees were great. We had a problem with no tv remote which we picked up at the front desk. The tv would not work with the remote nor manually. Continental breakfast needs to be replaced with real breakfast!

The staff was very helpful, rooms were clean and pricing was good. The first room provided had very slow sink drain, and staff moved me to another room that was clean and comfortable which helped me get several good nights of sleep.

COMMENTS FROM A LIFETIME TITANIUM MARRIOTT business traveler: CHECK IN Took appx 15 minutes, no other customer ahead of me in the lobby. Was given a key for room 120 which was already occupied. No big deal but, Minus 3 points 7/10. ROOM OVERVIEW Very good AC, very soft comfortable bed, functional fridge and microwave. Bathroom was fine. Minus 1 point for a (external entry) door that didn't fit snugly at all to the doorframe, appx. 1/4 inch gap all around; letting in sunlight and nice balmy July heat airflow. -1 point=9 HOTEL LOCATION AND PARKING Plenty of parking spaces; close to several fast food restaurants. 10 BREAKFAST haha Skip it. Waffle maker, some YoPlait yogurt cups, and a non-functioning coffee machine. Walk over to Wendy's for their great Baconator breakfast sandwich instead! Or a breakfast sandwich at Empire Bagel downtown. Treat yourself. 2 VALUE FOR PRICE At $79 a night this is the best hotel deal in Thomasville. The long time residents of the property made it horrible. We booked this hotel for the pool for my children. They couldn't be in the pool longer then 15 minutes before the long time residents came in and made them so uncomfortable they had to get out. Between one woman blaring music thay was not appropriate to a gentleman staring at my daughter the whole time. The front staff was very nice and room was clean though.
