Super 8 by Wyndham Arkadelphia Caddo Valley Area

Dirty everywhere (shower, floor, wall frames). Something adhered to the wall. In 2 areas- gross. Two bags of trash leaned against outside room wall. Still there when we checked out. Laundry & ice room ( no snacks) filthy. There was actually discarded face masks on the ice machine. Disgusting. Wish we could have gotten our money back & went elsewhere. Breakfast offered was cold cereal & a pop tart. Don’t waste your money. We spent the same amount the previous night ( super 8 also) . That location was wonderful, clean, &cozy.

The toilet over flowed with my poop water at 4am and flooded so bad it destroyed belongings. I went to tell management and asked for a mop because I don’t want someone else cleaning my poop even though the flood WASNT my fault and he said don’t worry and gave me another room next door. The next morning I called for a later check out and the lady said yes. Less than 2 minutes later the manager was beating on my door to leave bc it was 11am and he didn’t care what the girl told me. He then says I was the one who clogged the toilet with paper towel. The rooms aren’t even equipped with paper towel! The plumbing is just bad. Even in the room he gave me after the flooding had a plunger next to the toilet. Which to me means there’s already issues because what hotel keeps a plunger in their room!! No one!! It’s unsanitary! I liked that hotel before but after that fiasco I’d rather sleep in my car.

The rooms smelled and there was few to nothing for breakfast

When asking for additions wash rags (the room only supplied too, but we had five occupants) I was met with anger. I was given only 2 additional rags bc the man was being petty. When we checked into our hotel room, the floors were extremely filthy at the bottom of our socks, turned brown and black, almost immediately just from walking in and going to the bathroom. The following morning, I was harassed by the owner and his wife to the point where I feared for my families, safety and begun to record their behavior. That angered the man more and led to him calling the cops, when the cop arrived, he settled with the cop, but because he was angry, I did not get in trouble trouble. He then proceeded to block me in so I could not leave where the cop had to further intervene with his behavior to safely allow my family and I to leave the property
