Let me start out and say that the staff was excellent and very kind. We stayed only one night on our way home from a vacation. Unfortunately, our room was not very clean and smelled. Even my kids made comments about the smell. Reminded us of locker room sweat smell. Stains on the towels and bedspreads. Curtains were ripped. My kids were excited to swim but skipped it because the water looked green.

Good breakfast, nice linens, comfy bed, very spacey room - though with the sofa bed extended out, getting in/out of the room was extremely difficult. And while it said whirlpool/pool, there was no whirlpool (which I interpreted as hot tub), so that was sad. Hotel was also very quiet.

The location was extremely convenient - right off the highway. The room was very clean and the staff friendly. Pulling back out of the parking lot in the morning is a bit difficult as visibility of on-coming traffic is restricted.

It was really clean when we got there, pretty decent room. We stayed four nites. After we got there the room was never serviced except once, and they only brought new towels nothing else was done, we emptied our own trash, straightened up each day some. We had to ask for wash clothes. Bed was never made or sheets changed, which is ok, no biggie, we was ok with that, because it was just me and my wife. Room was never serviced at all only to bring towels once. Over all it was a clean place, bfast was pretty decent. Folks there were nice, the maids just didn’t do their job.

All was good with the exception of the water pressure and access to amenities… water pressure was brutally strong and when I opted for a bath I couldn’t access what I needed because it was mounted to the wall. Epic fail on the bathroom.

I was very impressed by this hotel..service was great and the staff were so friendly. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. It was a nice touch to leave a bottle water and some snacks. The breakfast they provided was great! I will definitely stay here again.

The front desk was amazing and helpful. We got in at 1 am and he was very polite. We got into our room and next door had there tv blasting to where you could even hear it down the hallway. We were wiped out but I banged on the door and yelled for them to turn it down. After awhile I went and told the front desk. That guy tried knocking and calling them multiple times. By 3 I had accepted we were just going to sleep through it. Right after that it turned down around 3. I can't rave enough on the front desk. He was so nice and accommodating. Maybe him trying was why it finally got quit.

The only thing I didn't like was the entrance access from westbound 71B. That's not fault of the hotel, it's easy access from the east bound lanes.

Hotel was clean, checking in/out was easy, staff was friendly. Getting to the hotel was not straight forward. They do have morning breakfast, but the way it is laid out is horrible. It only allows for one person at a time in an area so there is quite a wait at times.

Good breakfast, nice linens, comfy bed, very spacey room - though with the sofa bed extended out, getting in/out of the room was extremely difficult. And while it said whirlpool/pool, there was no whirlpool (which I interpreted as hot tub), so that was sad. Hotel was also very quiet.

My 2 daughters, granddaughter (2 years old) and I checked in on August 27th, and went up to the room and found bugs in a bed. So we went downstairs and reported it and I wanted to get a refund so we could go somewhere else, but the lady at the desk said we couldn't get a refund because we had already checked in. She finally said since we made the reservation through Expedia, Expedia would have to give the refund. We called Expedia and was on the phone probably 15 to 20 minutes trying to get the people to understand that we did not want to stay in a hotel much less a room that had bed bugs. If the hotel had done a good job making the bed, they would have seen them. The person my daughter spoke with from Expedia said that we would hear from them and 24 to 48 hours, but I didn't. The next week I tried to call Expedia and every phone number I tried would not give me a person to speak to. I am very frustrated!!! I finally saw a chat and talked to someone on it. She said it would be 24 to 48 hours and then I would hear from them, but again I have not heard anything. This is very frustrating and disappointing!!! I would just like my $157 back!! I don't think that's much to ask!!!

Great place to stay. It was quiet, spacious, clean and priced right. The entire area including Bentonville and Rogers were easily accessible by a well lit, paved bike trail right outside the door.
