Stay was decent, considering I was in town for a tournament. But the hotel needs a major renovation (broken recliners, ceilings needed painting as did the walls, etc). Service was outstanding though.

No elevators, I had asked for first floor close to front when I made the reservations and the day before our trip. We were on 2nd floor with no elevator!! My husband and I have bad backs and can't walk far. Then to have to carry our belongings up the steps was very very hard on us and our backs! The two other people with us about froze in their room. Air conditioner was on and nobody could get heat. Their system is either AC or heat!! That shouldn't be allowed!! People have different temperatures they can handle. One had to sleep in her clothes even with a little heater provided!

Room was very dirty. Floor was filthy, and sheets had sand? Or something gritty like it. We slept on top of the cupboards. No blackout curtains meant the gas station right outside our room illuminated the room almost completely at night. Won't stay again

Needed a quick place to stay on a solo motorcycle road trip. Checked in after 9pm. The good-Price was cheap, comfortable bed, nice AC. The bad-bathroom had multiple issues. Toilet had piss around the rim. Sink had a very slow drain. Shower had an even slower drain. There was also hair all over the shower

Extremely dirty. I only stayed because I paid ahead. Smelled moldy in rooms. The only thing part way clean was the bath tub for taking a shower. Everything else was filthy.

I didn't like that it was right next to a very busy and noisy highway. I couldn't turn on the air conditioning because it was sending so much room sanitizer out in the room it burned my eyes, nose and lips. I couldn't open the window because of the noise. It was a hot and stuffy stay.

No chain lock on the door. Light above bathroom sink wouldn’t fully light up. Long hairs stuck to shower walls. Furniture very old and beat up. Table lamps outdated AND rusty. Window very dirty and cracked. Breakfast was sad, nothing to drink, only waffles and stale cereal was available. I should’ve known with a 4.2/10 rating, but honestly that i think was a very generous rating. It was a quiet night of sleep at least.

The beds are absolutely to small and uncomfortable. The room was dusty and dirty like no one had been in the room since the porno was filmed in it. The parking lot is was to small and could not get our truck and trailer in to be able to safely park it. The room was over priced and the security deposit is more than any other Wyndham property for this price range or location. The door locks don’t work. The front lobby smelled like pot

The room was very cold. We ended up leaving early because we couldn’t stand how cold the room was. When we complained at the front desk at checkout, the man said oh yeah, we have the furnace off. Only the air is on now. So even when you turn the heat on air blows out instead the place is very old and needs to be updated. I will never stay there again.

There was a couple of wet spots on the floor just inside the main door. It was there again in the morning & I cleaned it up-I didn’t want you to think that my dog went in the room. I’m so glad that you let us have service dogs in the room with us!!! The man at the front desk brought my phone up to my room I left it at Subway & they brought it over to the hotel.

The check-in guy (Terrence?) was wonderful. He was friendly, professional & courteous. When I arrived to my room (#202) it was cooled which was great. There was no remote for the tv and the phone was broken. I ran downstairs and Terrence (front desk) quickly provided another remote. He turned in a ticket for the phone. The do not disturb door sign was also missing from the room. Someone missed cleaning one of the corners of the bathtub ledge; it was where a bar of soap had been left and was wet and gunky. There was an earring hanging from one of the lamps; I left it there. I don’t stay at hotels for breakfast, but did want to get some juice. The breakfast consisted of 2 types of cereal and two kinds of juice. I got a cup of “Apple juice”. I don’t know what it was, but it was cloudy and didn’t resemble apple juice. It was like super watered down apple juice. The bed was more firm than what I like. The rooms seem to be fairly soundproof as I didn’t hear anything all night. The hotel was full.

Arrived at a very busy hotel. Given keys to our room. We opened our room door to someone else's stuff in our room! Previous tenant (in our room) was "not booked by his boss" for another evening and tenant was unaware of his boss's actions. Front desk said they had another room available for us, but it was smoking. I refused it as I "booked no smoking". Staff was professional, polite and apologetic but had no solution for us that was non smoking. I called Expedia and they found the only other hotel in Blytheville, AR with an available no smoking room. Tenant's boss made mistake with his employee's booking, not me! Super 8 and their staff should have handled this differently. Five stars for Expedia on this one.

Arrived at a very busy hotel. Given keys to our room. We opened our room door to someone else's stuff in our room! Previous tenant (in our room) was "not booked by his boss" for another evening and tenant was unaware of his boss's actions. Front desk said they had another room available for us, but it was smoking. I refused it as I "booked no smoking". Staff was professional, polite and apologetic but had no solution for us that was non smoking. I called Expedia and they found the only other hotel in Blytheville, AR with an available no smoking room. Tenant's boss made mistake with his employee's booking, not me! Super 8 and their staff should have handled this differently. Five stars for Expedia on this one.

I didn't like that it was right next to a very busy and noisy highway. I couldn't turn on the air conditioning because it was sending so much room sanitizer out in the room it burned my eyes, nose and lips. I couldn't open the window because of the noise. It was a hot and stuffy stay.

Convenient with nearby restaurants. Dated... Stains and dirt in places around facility/room. Room we requested was not available and needed to make accommodations. No elevator for my elderly mother after no first floor rooms available.

Basic room with tile and laminate flooring. Dirty floor, but very comfortable bed, cold a/c, quiet. Breakfast was very meager--waffle, cold cereal, old fruits, plain wheat bread for toast, oj., coffee, no yogurt or hot water for tea or oatmeal. Only served until 9 am. Next to interstate and Subway and 2 restaurants. Nothing special, nothing really bad, adequate.

The check-in guy (Terrence?) was wonderful. He was friendly, professional & courteous. When I arrived to my room (#202) it was cooled which was great. There was no remote for the tv and the phone was broken. I ran downstairs and Terrence (front desk) quickly provided another remote. He turned in a ticket for the phone. The do not disturb door sign was also missing from the room. Someone missed cleaning one of the corners of the bathtub ledge; it was where a bar of soap had been left and was wet and gunky. There was an earring hanging from one of the lamps; I left it there. I don’t stay at hotels for breakfast, but did want to get some juice. The breakfast consisted of 2 types of cereal and two kinds of juice. I got a cup of “Apple juice”. I don’t know what it was, but it was cloudy and didn’t resemble apple juice. It was like super watered down apple juice. The bed was more firm than what I like. The rooms seem to be fairly soundproof as I didn’t hear anything all night. The hotel was full.

No chain lock on the door. Light above bathroom sink wouldn’t fully light up. Long hairs stuck to shower walls. Furniture very old and beat up. Table lamps outdated AND rusty. Window very dirty and cracked. Breakfast was sad, nothing to drink, only waffles and stale cereal was available. I should’ve known with a 4.2/10 rating, but honestly that i think was a very generous rating. It was a quiet night of sleep at least.

I booked a room here for a co-worker and I and if I could give this place 0 stars I would. When we checked in the young man tried to charge me for my service animal after showing him the required documents. After I schooled him on this, we cleared it all up. Moving on, we proceeded to our room. I carry Lysol with me and Lysol’s the room down. Once we were settled in my co-worker was in his bed and I was in mine. He jumped up screaming and had welts down his arm from being bit by bed bugs. I contacted the front desk and they placed us in another room. Upon going to this room, we immediately inspected the beds and found that the sheets had blood stains, and god only knows what other type of stains there were. Again, contacted the front desk and was placed in another room. This room was no better as we arrived we again inspected the beds and found tiny roaches crawling along the beds and mold on the ceiling. I took videos and showed the manager on duty and who placed us in one last room. We stayed in this room which was decent for one night and canceled the stay for rest of the days booked. At checkout the owner (a lady) was present. We asked for a late check out (1 additional hr) and was denied because we cancelled the rest of our stay. She then proceeded to argue calling me a liar after I explained the situation from the night before. I showed her videos and she couldn’t say a word then. We left and will NEVER return. Don’t stay here!!!!

Our room floor lamp was falling over, falling apart. The towels were rough, sandpaper like, one very small of soap for the room, either shower or sink but not both. Floors sticky. Noisy location adjacent to a gas station and surrounded by hi ways.
