The desk attendant that checked me in that night was amazing, accommodating, patient, kind, and provided speedy service. The employee that checked me out was not attentive and lacked customer service capabilities. The room was nice and had the potential to sleep 6-8 people. The indoor swimming pool area was very clean, but we checked in to late to enjoy it. The breakfast was delicious, but I was unsure of the waffle area. There were no instructions and no one assisting in that area. Although, I had children with me and one spilled food on the floor and I immediately cleaned it up and a worker offered me a bleach towel to clean it myself.

I stayed there a couple of weeks. Started noticing those small roaches more and more when I was there. The elevator went out a few times untill it just stopped working for good. There was no discount or complimentary anything. 120 a night for that hotel wasn’t worth it. Stay away.

This is a nice hotel with helpful, friendly staff. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good (but the coffee isn’t great). The biggest issue was limited, cramped parking.

We didnt stay at this hotel because we went in the room and discovered that the room had bed bugs we left after the person at the desk offered us another room and when we entered we immediately checked the bed in that room and same result we left and checked into the holiday inn express

The room's AC unit had mold in it. The smell room #122 was terrible. Spider webs on ceiling. Carpet stains, ceiling had wet stain area's from leaks. I didn't say anything to management, we just came off a 12 hour drive and I needed to just sleep. When I woke up my allergies were in full assault mode. It was raining outside so pollen wasn't the problem. I would not stay here again.

Booked a king suite and when I showed up they had us in a double regular and said they were booked up. I asked to speak with a manager and some cleaning lady came around and called the manager. She then stated to the other employees that there was 8 king suites that needed to be cleaned and they can clean one for us. After waiting another hour we finally got into our room we actually booked to find roaches crawling around everywhere. The place looks good to the eye but needs some help. Will stay somewhere else next time. Do not stay here if you have a big vehicle and there is hardly any parking.

Staff upon check-in were very prompt and courteous. Facilities very clean. Our only problem (Room 217) was that the shower did not work--but we were able to take a bath--Not something I prefer when staying at a hotel, but it worked. There was not an attendant at the desk upon check-out so I was not able to inform them of this issue.

It looks like a pretty nice place online, and mostly is but some pictures are a lie. Like that it has an elevator for sure and breakfast was good but toaster didn't do right. Room was pretty nice but the phone charging station wouldn't work right and had to buy new cords to use. a little noisy but not late at night. my biggest problem was at night the outside lights, lights from other buildings and cars shined too bright through the window because they didn't have blackout curtains that would move and they were just on the ends. Staff was nice

Only some eggs and 1 biscuit available, no bacon or sausage at 8:15 am. Supposedly had breakfast until 9 am. Had kids running in rooms around us until about 11pm.

1) Upon arrival the front desk was unattended. After waiting about 5 minutes, we rung the bell. At this time, a gentleman came up and said, "you didn't need the bell, I was coming." My husband asked why he didn't say anything if he saw us standing there. 2) The hot water was lukewarm, even after allowing it to run for nearly 10 minutes, it never got hot. 3) The lamps only had 1 lightbulb. 4) The fridge freezer has buildup ice. 5) The lady serving breakfast was rude and had an attitude. There was a cup sitting by the waffle maker. The sign said "please use cup for waffle batter". Apparently, I used the wrong cup and she got very testy about it telling me, the cup I used was for the fork, which was laying by the waffle maker, not in the cup when I came downstairs, so I had no idea where it belonged. 6) There was no fruit and a limited selection of yogurt. 7) There was only 1 kleenex in the box in the bathroom. 8) The floor had not been vacuumed good because there was trash (glitter, lint, fine paper) in the carpet.

I was very disappointed with Comfort Inn & Suites. I was there from 10/11-10/13. I gave them my towels Saturday morning and was advised for new towels I would have to go check-in desk. I get down there and they tell me they have no clean towels but, will bring them to my room. I went out and came to get ready and was told they still didn’t have towels. They asked for my room number and I still didn’t get towels until around 5. I kept having to take my key card downstairs to get re-keyed. It’s very inconvenient to make it to your room on the 3rd floor and unable to get in your room. Some of housekeeping seemed VERY RUDE. I understand they were full the night before and may have been busy, you still don’t have to be rude. I’m not sure I’ll be staying there again.

I was very disappointed with Comfort Inn & Suites. I was there from 10/11-10/13. I gave them my towels Saturday morning and was advised for new towels I would have to go check-in desk. I get down there and they tell me they have no clean towels but, will bring them to my room. I went out and came to get ready and was told they still didn’t have towels. They asked for my room number and I still didn’t get towels until around 5. I kept having to take my key card downstairs to get re-keyed. The desk attendant that checked me in that night was amazing, accommodating, patient, kind, and provided speedy service. The employee that checked me out was not attentive and lacked customer service capabilities. The room was nice and had the potential to sleep 6-8 people. The indoor swimming pool area was very clean, but we checked in to late to enjoy it. The breakfast was delicious, but I was unsure of the waffle area. There were no instructions and no one assisting in that area. Although, I had children with me and one spilled food on the floor and I immediately cleaned it up and a worker offered me a bleach towel to clean it myself.

1) Upon arrival the front desk was unattended. After waiting about 5 minutes, we rung the bell. At this time, a gentleman came up and said, "you didn't need the bell, I was coming." My husband asked why he didn't say anything if he saw us standing there. 2) The hot water was lukewarm, even after allowing it to run for nearly 10 minutes, it never got hot. 3) The lamps only had 1 lightbulb. 4) The fridge freezer has buildup ice. 5) The lady serving breakfast was rude and had an attitude. There was a cup sitting by the waffle maker. The sign said "please use cup for waffle batter". Apparently, I used the wrong cup and she got very testy about it telling me, the cup I used was for the fork, which was laying by the waffle maker, not in the cup when I came downstairs, so I had no idea where it belonged. 6) There was no fruit and a limited selection of yogurt. 7) There was only 1 kleenex in the box in the bathroom. 8) The floor had not been vacuumed good because there was trash (glitter, lint, fine paper) in the carpet.

Only some eggs and 1 biscuit available, no bacon or sausage at 8:15 am. Supposedly had breakfast until 9 am. Had kids running in rooms around us until about 11pm.

This is a nice hotel with helpful, friendly staff. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good (but the coffee isn’t great). The biggest issue was limited, cramped parking.

⭐️ Very Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I followed the instructions given by the front desk to make/extend this reservation for an additional four days. I believed everything had been properly taken care of. However, the hotel apparently failed to check or update their records regarding the new reservation. Because of their mistake, I was treated as though I was not supposed to be there, and the police were contacted and sent to the room. What made this especially upsetting is that I work nights and sleep during the day. Being awakened by the police because the hotel failed to properly verify its own reservation records was completely unacceptable and very stressful. I did exactly what the front desk instructed me to do. Before involving law enforcement, the hotel should have taken the time to check their own records or communicate with online reservation platform I was already using for the first seven days of this stay. Mistakes happen, but this was a serious failure in communication and record-keeping, and the way it was handled made an already frustrating situation much worse. I hope management takes this experience seriously and makes sure other guests are not put through the same situation.
