Very poor customer service very rude. No staff to service rooms such as picking up and bringing in fresh towels and taking out trash. Breakfast was terrible spoiled milk was be served. Outside doors stayed open day in and day out any wild animal could’ve gotten in. My battery died to my door and it took them hours to fix it. As management came to my room to fix my door I noticed a roach crawling I did a small scream not to scare my children as much and whispered over to him that there was a roach he just looked at me and shook his head. I asked them to spray the room and once again he just shook his head and left. I do not recommend

Owners were rude and not helpful at all:( We asked for them to open up the dining room for us to have sandwiches & snacks (about 6 family members) to visit family after a local funeral. I had brought the food in and they refused...It's VERY high priced paid $125.00 for a DUMP! Only reason we would even stay in a Days Inn is because that is all Fordyce has to offer. We were glad there was even a hotel to be able to stay overnight, but they could have been gracious enough to unlock the dining room for us to have a place to gather and visit for a very SMALL group. They will learn what customer service means to guests.

I left a backpack and the front desk man said “If his housekeeper finds anything in the rooms she brings it to the front.”….” Even if it’s just a pen”…. I don’t think he’s being honest…. The floors had not been cleaned under the beds in Years! When I drop something on the floor and ready to pick it up, it was so nasty under the bed.

Didn’t actually stay at the place, room had bed bugs so we left and slept at a truck stop instead of the hotel itself. Beds also had stains all over them, lady at the front counter was rude and didn’t seem to care. Wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemies

The shower has no visible valve to turn it on. At check in nobody warned me or showed me how to do it. So after not finding a way to shower, I got dressed again and went to front desk asking. Clerk pulled out a bathtub spout and showed me how to pull down a ring inside the spout to turn on shower!!!! This meant I am not the only one with that problem. How about buying a few laminated signs showing how to do it and hang them in the bathrooms! Maybe a $150 investment? But definitely better than bad ratings. In addition, at breakfast the creamer was out and all containers had sour and expired half and half for “curdling “ coffee. Disappointing! I still gave them 3 stars because the employee immediately got new creamer and dumped the half and half.

Would NOT stay here again. The location was not the best as far as appearance (run down bar next door). The room, though adequate, needed repairs. There was round toilet seat on oval toilet! The staff were a bit hard to understand when checking in. The breakfast was minimal. When attempting to check out, I could not find a staff person anywhere! I called out and walked the building looking for someone without any luck. After about 20 minutes I finally called an 800 number to get help since we were so ready to leave and beyond annoyed. About that time, an employee drives back to the facility and parks in front!!! So glad to finally leave that place. Will never stay here again...please, choose another location!

On my first impression, i would have canceled my room and gone elsewhere. But, we had been traveling all day and needed rest. Gladly the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. The carpets are horribly dirty and worn. The breakfast didn't look appetizing. When trying to check out, nobody was at the desk nor did anyone come when we rang the bell a number of times. Overall, this was a stay we don't plan to repeat.

When confirming my reservation, I was told there was no couch in the rooms with 2 beds. The person working at the desk told me they could put a cot in the room. I said great. When checking out, $75 was added to my bill for the cot. I told them no one told me that there was a charge for the cot. The worker said he had already charged my credit card for the $75 and nothing could be done. I will never stay there again!!

Located right off the expressway. A service station Walmart and a restaurant were near. The property needs updating for the price. Below are some pictures of the pictures we took.

Very clean room. Location was quite and safe to park our vehicle. Definitely would do this hotel again. We stayed in a non smoking room that was very clean and the room was cool went we got in.

It needs to be updated especially for the price. It said Breakfast but it was strictly continental. Small Tv that didn't work. Out of date faucent in shower. Just good enough to sleep.

The shower has no visible valve to turn it on. At check in nobody warned me or showed me how to do it. So after not finding a way to shower, I got dressed again and went to front desk asking. Clerk pulled out a bathtub spout and showed me how to pull down a ring inside the spout to turn on shower!!!! This meant I am not the only one with that problem. How about buying a few laminated signs showing how to do it and hang them in the bathrooms! Maybe a $150 investment? But definitely better than bad ratings. In addition, at breakfast the creamer was out and all containers had sour and expired half and half for “curdling “ coffee. Disappointing! I still gave them 3 stars because the employee immediately got new creamer and dumped the half and half.

Would NOT stay here again. The location was not the best as far as appearance (run down bar next door). The room, though adequate, needed repairs. There was round toilet seat on oval toilet! The staff were a bit hard to understand when checking in. The breakfast was minimal. When attempting to check out, I could not find a staff person anywhere! I called out and walked the building looking for someone without any luck. After about 20 minutes I finally called an 800 number to get help since we were so ready to leave and beyond annoyed. About that time, an employee drives back to the facility and parks in front!!! So glad to finally leave that place. Will never stay here again...please, choose another location!

It is the only hotels.com hotel in Fordyce. We have stayed there before. This time it was disappointing that we had to go to the front desk twice to get the TV working. The room had an empty face tissue box. And there was no milk for the dry cereal.

Our stay was very nice even when breakfast was a little over the manager kept it open till I could get downstairs and get me something to eat, which was very kind and thoughtful!

The hotel was not delightful at all. Room service suck they want answer the phone talking on the phone while dealing with customers. Breakfast menu needed to be more advanced fruits , eggs, protein, second day didn’t have milk. Hotel room was dirty ask for more towels was didn’t have any tell the next day. Really need be detail cleaned and updated. I wouldn’t tell a dog to come there

This place was infested with roaches. I had to try to sleep with the lights on. I woke up in the middle of the night and my suitcase was opened, on the other bed. Luckily I woke up when I did it was a roach getting ready to crawl in my luggage. So they were crawling on the ceiling. Inside the light fixture. I was here for a funeral and made reservations to be here or I was stuck here. I was wondering why there were mattesss out stacked high in the parking lot. They really need to close down and deal with the roaches. No one wants to take roaches home with them. I had to take my luggage to my car while staying. So I am paying to get roaches. Total 300.00 or more. No rest at all. 😡

Place was super musty and there were bugs all over bathroom floor. Front desk told me there is breakfast from 6:30a to 9:30a. My daughter and I came down at 8:30 and there was nothing. All doors to breakfast area locked. No one was present at front desk.

3 nights and only had housekeeping once. We emptied our own garbage, and went to front desk for clean towels. Have stayed here every year for 8 years. This was the worst. Pool has NEVER been open. Needs to be removed from amenities. Breakfast was awful....bugs in juice receptacle. Will never stay here again !!!
