Courtyard by Marriott Fort Smith Downtown

Was great.

Staff at bar / bistro extremely friendly.

The room was okay, except for the small fridge wasn’t keeping the food cold enough and I lost some food. The gym was an absolute joke. But I guess it’s the best they could do for the space they had the gym in. The air conditioning/heater did not adjust properly, but I suspect it was operator error (I just wasn’t figuring it out). This biggest issue was that one can hear everyone both walking and or running up and down the hallways. When I walked down those same hallways, I could hear the folks talking in their rooms. It is what it is…I guess. Basically, I thought it was pricey for what they charged.

The room was very spacious, clean, and the air conditioning worked great. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but nothing is as good as home. We had a great stay and enjoyed the outdoor space with the fire pit. It was a great amenity.

Staff was courteous and extremely helpful.
