Only queen beds, motel was clean, breakfast was in a to go container that you heat up in your room. For the price I would stay if I were passing through but not for more than a night. Toilet is very low to floor

This is an older motel but had been updated. It was a good value and provided a comfortable place to stay. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel was just what we needed for a short trip to float the river. Will definitely book again in the future. The hotel is a little dated, but the owner had all brand new furniture being delivered while we were there. Very good to see they are making the right upgrades. Made the parking a little tough, but I could tell it isn’t like that normally. Hope to be back soon, and I hope you consider staying with these friendly people. Also, the keener has the prettiest and most friendly black Golden Doodle you’ve ever seen. Prince is amazing, and he definitely isn’t shy about making friends.

It was a pretty bad room. The bed was in bad shape. The fridge didn’t work. There was still someone’s old used coffee filter in the coffee machine. The bathroom was really small and the tv was also really small. They also said they had breakfast every morning and the never made any

The room was clean, could have used a couple more coats of paint. The price was pretty high for what it was, the Days inn was the only other hotel near by and it was $20 cheaper a night, but not pet friendly, which the Village Inn was pet friendly. When I mentioned to the only front desk person that the rate was kind of high and that the Days Inn was $20 cheaper, she said but they're not pet friendly (basically saying that I didn't have a choice) and that the Village Inn was nicer than the Days Inn. I didn't go to the Days Inn but guarantee that was not the case. If you walked around the motel, you would see junk like old busted chairs that should have been thrown in the trash and there were stacks of new windows in the parking lot, but no one was installing them. There was only one person working the front desk, so there was only someone there from 10 am to 8 pm. The breakfast you picked up with check-in, which you got in a styrofoam container to put in the refrigerator and microwave in the morning. I didn't get the breakfast, so I can't tell you anymore about it. I stayed 2 nights and never saw more than 3 cars in the parking lot.

The staff was super great and very friendly and helpful. Due to the price of the room I was really scared but I was pleasantly surprised when we opened the door. The rooms have been updated with new paint, flooring, and furniture. The beds were comfortable to us but we don’t care for super soft beds. They weren’t to hard either. They had really good crushed ice in the ice machine as well. The mini fridge and microwave both worked great as well. We had no complaints at all. My sister and I had a wonderful stay and are planning a trip back in the spring.

Room was clean to start. I stayed 4 nights. All they did was empty the garbage each day, did not make the bed, did not leave clean towels (had to ask for clean towels), did not replace any cups, did not vacuum. It was quiet but I think that was due to very low occupancy. The breakfast was sausage patties, small biscuits and small bottles of Sunny-D in a cooler. That’s it. Up to you to microwave it. Two mornings I had to call to get the door open at 7:00am to get coffee, though they say they open at 6:30am. If I visit Hardy again, I will NOT stay at this property

The owner was very nice. There were a few shady characters staying there but we had no problems. ALL of the towels were soiled. Breakfast was microwavable stuff.

My stay here was enjoyable. It was the perfect location, half way between our homes and in the resort area of North Central AR just 2 miles from Hardy AR and the Spring River. The room was very clean, new tiled floor and new furniture and beds. We really enjoyed the soft comfortable beds. Housekeeping was excellent and management available as needed.

I would have gone elsewhere if I had seen the hotel before I booked. It is really run-down and overpriced. One customer commented that it looked like a setting for a horror movie. It is not a place where you feel safe. The shower was broken so there were only two options for water temperature- boiling hot or freezing. The breakfast was subpar. Apparently, the owner believes customers like completely dry biscuits since they do not provide any butter or jam. The positives are: the staff is extremely nice and the room was clean and adequate.

The stay way overall great. My only gripe is that the bed was a little rigid for my liking, but the bed served its purpose. When we were exhausted from the river trip, we fell fast asleep and was glad to have a clean bed and hotel room. So overall I definitely recommend this hotel. This is my second stay here if that tells you anything. Will definitely stay again!!

The staff are welcoming. Me and my family drove from florida and we arrived in this hotel late but the staff waited until we arrived. That is so sweet of them to do that.

We never even checked in. The lady at the front desk told me that we could not stay in the room reserved because we had a service dog. She tried to put us in a "pet room" it smelled like a 30 year old ashtray. We left, never to return. I am going to try and get a refund.

If you walked around the motel, you would see junk like old busted chairs that should have been thrown in the trash and there were stacks of new windows in the parking lot, but no one was installing them. I didn't get the breakfast, so I can't tell you anymore about it. I stayed 2 nights and never saw more than 3 cars in the parking lot.

The price was pretty high for what it was, the Days inn was the only other hotel near by and it was $20 cheaper a night, but not pet friendly, which the Village Inn was pet friendly. When I mentioned to the only front desk person that the rate was kind of high and that the Days Inn was $20 cheaper, she said but they're not pet friendly (basically saying that I didn't have a choice) and that the Village Inn was nicer than the Days Inn. I didn't go to the Days Inn but guarantee that was not the case. This was our second time staying here. We came back because they were so good the first time. I didn't think they could do better than the first time but they actually did! We were traveling in weather and called ahead to let them know we were gonna be getting in late that night. A lot later than we had planned. No problems there. A few hours later, they called us just to check on us and make sure we were doing okay on the road in the weather. I thought that was above and beyond great service. But wait..... there's more! It gets even better. They called again to see about how far out we were and we told them we were only about 20ish minutes out. They put our key card in a place outside for us and told us what room number we would be in. That would save us time when we got there. We have a service dog and check-in takes a little bit of time as we provide all paperwork to prove our dog is truly a service dog. They didn't make us have to do that this time and so all we had to do was grab the key card and go to our room. Here's the awesome part......the weather I mentioned that we were traveling in was very cold, rain, then snow. When we walked into the room, the heater was turned on and the room was comfortably warm!!! He went down to our room and turned the heater on for us so we would have a warm room when we got there. Now that's 5 star hotel service there!!! Village Inn goes above and beyond to take care of the people who stay there. We highly recommend Village Inn!

Good price. We stayed 3 nights. Fast check in. The women checking us in was very pleasant. Housekeeping was not the best. Didn’t empty the trash or refill the coffee. One day we didn’t receive any housekeeping. There was a young man at the front desk one morning that I went to look for breakfast not friendly not greeting or acknowledgment. Overall it’s a place to sleep quite and comfortable.

The hotel was just what we needed for a short trip to float the river. Will definitely book again in the future. The hotel is a little dated, but the owner had all brand new furniture being delivered while we were there. Very good to see they are making the right upgrades. Made the parking a little tough, but I could tell it isn’t like that normally. Hope to be back soon, and I hope you consider staying with these friendly people. Also, the keener has the prettiest and most friendly black Golden Doodle you’ve ever seen. Prince is amazing, and he definitely isn’t shy about making friends.

The stay way overall great. My only gripe is that the bed was a little rigid for my liking, but the bed served its purpose. When we were exhausted from the river trip, we fell fast asleep and was glad to have a clean bed and hotel room. So overall I definitely recommend this hotel. This is my second stay here if that tells you anything. Will definitely stay again!!

this is an older property but it was nice and clean. the people were friendly. it's a little close to the road but we didn't really notice too much traffic. we would stay there again.

My stay here was enjoyable. It was the perfect location, half way between our homes and in the resort area of North Central AR just 2 miles from Hardy AR and the Spring River. The room was very clean, new tiled floor and new furniture and beds. We really enjoyed the soft comfortable beds. Housekeeping was excellent and management available as needed.

It was a pretty bad room. The bed was in bad shape. The fridge didn’t work. There was still someone’s old used coffee filter in the coffee machine. The bathroom was really small and the tv was also really small. They also said they had breakfast every morning and the never made any

I would have gone elsewhere if I had seen the hotel before I booked. It is really run-down and overpriced. One customer commented that it looked like a setting for a horror movie. It is not a place where you feel safe. The shower was broken so there were only two options for water temperature- boiling hot or freezing. The breakfast was subpar. Apparently, the owner believes customers like completely dry biscuits since they do not provide any butter or jam. The positives are: the staff is extremely nice and the room was clean and adequate.

Room was clean to start. I stayed 4 nights. All they did was empty the garbage each day, did not make the bed, did not leave clean towels (had to ask for clean towels), did not replace any cups, did not vacuum. It was quiet but I think that was due to very low occupancy. The breakfast was sausage patties, small biscuits and small bottles of Sunny-D in a cooler. That’s it. Up to you to microwave it. Two mornings I had to call to get the door open at 7:00am to get coffee, though they say they open at 6:30am. If I visit Hardy again, I will NOT stay at this property

The breakfast they serve was for 1 out of 2 of our mornings and it was frozen breakfast food piled up in a to go box. There was a microwave to heat it up. No stir sticks/straws for the coffee. Given the lack of hot breakfast service and the unclean bathroom the price per night could be less.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was great. Parking was easy and safe. Breakfast was good. It was a prepared egg and sausage plate, but you had to pick it up in the evening and put it in your room refrigerator till morning and then microwave it.

Due to staffing hours, breakfast was a "Box lunch" type with sausage patties biscuits and eggs to be heated up in the microwave over. Not much but a lot better than it could have been. They provided a breakfast for each day I was there. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. I would definately stay here again.
