We booked online, where it was written that there would be no added charges upon check-in, yet they tacked on over $60 in extras when we arrived. Our room was decent - 2 queens and a pull out couch - but it had clearly not be cleaned well. We found hair all over the bathroom and candy wrappers shoved into one of the beds. The breakfast area was an absolute disaster. The employees were just walking around not refilling or cleaning anything while the plates and utensils ran out. People were crowding to cut in the omelet line just to get plates for the other areas. No one was there to clean off tables as guests left, so there were many people literally sitting on the floor or standing just to eat their food. I will say the chef who was making omelets was amazing. He was super patient through all of the chaos and kept up an impressive rate of speed while still interacting with everyone. Overall, this hotel was a good choice based on location and amenities, but was not worth near what they charge.
