It's pretty much your basic hotel on a busy street type thing. I didn't ask for a pet friendly room but the staff member was able to get me a room on the second floor near the back door which made taking the dogs out really easy. So, thank you to her. They have a little dog area and the dog station had plenty of bags to use. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Also, the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they did an excellent job. We requested a new room upon arrival because I had inadvertently booked a two double bed room. The front desk associate immediately moved us to a king size room. The air conditioner in that room wasn't working well and we reported it to the front desk in the morning. She immediately said she would call maintenance and if they couldn't fix it she would assign us a new room. While we were out, she called and left a message that the a/c was not able to be repaired so we were assigned a new room. When we got back to the hotel, the front desk associate had been informed about our change and made us new keys. Again, the staff was excellent. The room could definitely use some TLC. The curtains and comforter had some weird stains on them, the chair cover was worn and torn, and the blow dryer plug was broken. The hotel amenities were fine, but this room could definitely have used a freshen up.
