The hotel is old. It was Very clean but the bathroom outlet didnt work, the bathroom sink didnt have hot water,the shower temperature wouldnt stay consistent,the beds were extremely hard and their ice machine didnt work.

This hotel was very comfortable updated rooms and very clean. Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Coffee up front in the morning is really good. Pool was awesome! Definitely will stay here again.

Check in was quick and friendly. Added another night at check in easily. Front desk clerk was exceptionally helpful. Clean room with balcony and surrounding area was very clean. Pool was amazing after a long day. Very quiet with not much noise from the highway. Beautiful lake view. Very close to restaurants and shops. Will definitely be returning here for my next stay in Hot Springs.

it’s ok for the price but it needs to be updated and painted. Needs to be sprayed for spiders. Pool needed to be strained, too many bugs. AC worked wonderful (froze us out, which i love!) Hot water in the shower was super hot!! Loved. Other than that it’s ok for the price

Rooms smelled like smoke. Woke up feeling like i smoked a pack of cigarettes. Room had pink panties behind door, Roaches were in the room, and hair under the bed spread. Staff was kind!

I really liked the scenery,being by the water and not being far from the places I wanted to visit. For to be a motel 6 I would say this was far as the best. The only problem was the roaches and mold in the bathroom that they tried covering up .

First room had such mold issues the odor hit you in the face like a brick wall! I looked to the right into the closet and there was black mold. I asked to be moved to a different room and the very nice lady obliged. The second room you could smell mold as well but no where near as bad as the first room. I had been driving for 11 hours and just wanted to rest so i sucked it up and stayed in the second room. When we left the next morning we could smell and taste the mold for hours.

Room is old. Bedspread is old fashioned. Everything seemed clean. Dead bugs in light fixture above sink. Bathtub knob is hard to use. But lots of hot water. Bathtub stopper doesn’t work. Used a washcloth to stop up drain to fill tub. First night 2am woken up by a woman yelling and fighting someone. She was kicking a door. I called the front office. He said he’d take care of it. Within 15 minutes calm settled in. Second night, at 10:45 woken up by kid (s) running up and down. Lots of slamming doors. Called the front desk and things got quieter. Front staff aren’t friendly but they were professional. Easy checkin. And provided an extra blanket when I asked. I don’t recommend this place. But price is cheap. Bring earplugs I suppose. Mattress is ok. Pillows also ok.

The walls and doors were disgusting in my room. They had not been cleaned for a long time. The corners of the room had cobwebs filled with bugs. I asked for the housekeeper to be sent but was told the housekeeper was off for the day. I ended up taking their duster back to the room and cleaned the cobwebs myself. If it wasn't for spring break, I would've went looking for another room as my family and I were only there for a softball tournament. Spring break caused hotel prices to skyrocket in the area, so we bit the bullet and stayed. I'll definitely avoid this location at all costs going forward.

The rooms were not like the pictures at all. The rooms looked rundown, you could see all the repairs, cob webs, kicks in the door, cigarette burn marks on the bedding, dingy smell in the room and floors were not cleaned like they said.

It was ok I guess. You get what you pay for. Hard beds flat pillows, no towels, no housekeeping service daily like it says, I swept and mopped my own room, and went and retrieved towels for our room. But the good side is that it is pet friendly, very important to me!! If you can stand the up all night neighbors, it's great.

Beautiful property outside, but once you step in the rooms that is over. We had either a super hot shower or super cold shower. Bed was hard and no remote for tv. Definitely not a good motel6

Room itself was decent, balcony view was nice. Bathroom needed work and the beds weren’t very thick or comfortable. Would compare to a fold out couch mattress. Great price and location though.

Last minute booking. Sadly I got what I paid for. We were inside out of the elements at least. The room was so musky, the AC worked great but extremely loud. The springs in the mattress were sticking me all night. I think the sheets were clean but the bathroom towels weren't. My husband compared it to a deployment overseas. The AC sounded like a diesel generator and the storms sounded like mortar attacks. The bed felt like a cot.

I didn’t get a chance to take pictures. I was busy running up & down the stairs to go to the office with my dog to get my key recoded because I couldn’t get in my room. At least three times a day. I asked for a room on the lower level & was told there wasn’t any available which was not true. I saw some empty. The room I had was nice but I felt the springs in the bed so I woke up with a back ache each day. What could have been an excellent stay turned out to be an average stay. I will not been staying there again!

Could use some newer mattresses. The room is clean but you can definitely smell cigarettes. This room would be so much more worth the price if the mattress wasn't so old and hard. I probably wouldn't stay here again for this reason only. Other than that I felt like I got a good value .

If I could give zero stars I would. Front desk agent walked in our room unannounced. Notified front desk after check in our tv was broke. They accused my husband and I of breaking it. Would never even think about staying at this place again !

I never got to stay they canceled my reservation before I even got in town to get the hotel I had to spend more money on another hotel because they wouldn't let someone check in for me to my room that I set up to get for to get checked in and they wouldn't let me speak to the manager and they hung up on me twice

I had issues with the bathroom, because there are no safety or handicap bars in the bath tub area. I had balance problems showering. The parking and walkway had lots of trash. The daytime desk clerk was rude and with no personality. The young lady that checked me in was wonderful.

Beat expectations of a typical motel 6. In a quiet area off the lake. Staff was quick and friendly. Rooms cleaner than most motel 6. Aside from the loud “one night couple” next door it was ok.

Check in was quick and friendly. Added another night at check in easily. Front desk clerk was exceptionally helpful. Clean room with balcony and surrounding area was very clean. Pool was amazing after a long day. Very quiet with not much noise from the highway. Beautiful lake view. Very close to restaurants and shops. Will definitely be returning here for my next stay in Hot Springs.

This hotel was very comfortable updated rooms and very clean. Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Coffee up front in the morning is really good. Pool was awesome! Definitely will stay here again.

Nice hotel, very clean, and the hotel was very accessible. They didn’t offer any shampoo, conditioner, or lotion like other hotels. First hotel I’ve ever been to that didn’t have that as part of the room. No breakfast either. Just coffee in the front lobby. Other than that, it was Nice and I will probably visit them again.

The lady at the front desk was very cordial. The room, however, was in desperate need of a makeover. There were stains on the sheets and cigarette burns on the bed cover. Walls were damaged. It’s not a bad place but it needs help.

I arrivede wioth my 3 children after a 5 hour drrive. TRhe room was dirty and smelled of cigtgerett5e smoke. There was a no smoking sign on the door but there were ashtrays in the room. The pool was not operatable, which i had asked when I called the day before and was told it was. They had no idea when it would be. I hve callede several times to get my refund for the other 3 days and can not get any assistance. Its a shame that the motel is ran down and dirty. Its in a beautiful area and could hgave so much potintal. There were 2 reservations made for the same days and time as a mistake in booking. When I give my reservation numbere they tell me it cant be found. I have called 2/3 times to fix theis and no reply yet. I would appreciate this matter to be taken care of immediately.

Property was okay but know that its tucked away and if you are by yourself and they put you on the backside its sketchy. We had neighbors that kept us up til 3 am they were so loud. It was clean but not clean clean if that makes sense. Checked in on a Friday and no one ever came from housekeeping to change out towels or restock and we had 4 adults and pup. They knew we had 4 adults. We did like at home and hung up towels but they dont know that and didnt bother to check. Nonsmoking room but at first smelled like smoke so I bought Lysol and sprayed and bought Fabulouso and put in toilet. Also on the second night we could smell the “skunk” smell of weed. I would stay again if I had too but if I had another choice …. Hmmmmm…. Beds were clean is the positive.
