I love this little hotel. It has beautiful grounds with waterfalls and a great breakfast. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The people are great too. It is a unique place to stay instead of a cookie cutter chain. I'll be back.

This is definitely my favorite Hotel. When we come back we will definitely be staying here again. Loved sitting outside by the waterfall and pond. It was so peaceful. The rooms were awesome and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to anything we needed.

This is such a nice convenient place to stay in Northwest Arkansas. Larry at the front desk was awesome with many great restaurant recommendations! The staff were very nice and personable. The grounds are beautiful and this is just much better than a hotel chain.

Everyone was very nice and the room was very clean! Only issue was that our attendant forgot to leave coffee one morning but the clerk at the front desk quickly took care of it.

The room was okay. It needed a deep cleaning and someone should have checked the room before we checked in. Hair in the shower, multiple dried up bugs in bathroom and room, no bottom sheet on the bed, etc. it was also directly below the door people came in and out of the building and was extremely loud anytime anyone opened the door. The free breakfast was okay. I was expecting a hot breakfast. Breakfast was Crossiants, cheese, deli meat, cereal. I would have preferred a hot breakfast with fresh fruit options. Overall it was fine. I have no desire to stay at facility again. The grounds were pretty.

Loved this unique inn! The grounds around it were beautiful as were the rooms. The room was super clean, including the bathroom! If you are looking for something a little out of the ordinary, this is the place!

My stats at The Inn are always great. One thing though that I noticed is that the water pressure in the showers has gone downhill. Not sure the issue but it seems like the shower the last two times has taken longer because of weak pressure. Just an observation. Otherwise, fantastic!!!

I'd call the breakfast premium, although it didn't have hot items like eggs sausage waffles. The hotel is unique being built into an old grain mill. The room and bed is very comfortable. Although it is using old buildings on a hillside, it is built so nearly every room is accessible without stairs. We'd stay again.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile. Friendly staff, super clean, quiet, great location if going to both Fayetteville and Rogers/Bentonville, comfortable beds, good breakfast, and fantastic coffee. Great place to stay for a couple. Would highly recommend!

I had requested a more rustic rm, but upon arriving discovered that the more modern style rms had a lovely view of the pond. They graciously switched us. The room was exceptional and the view was lovely. The breakfast options were excellent, especially considering our vegetarian diet. This place is a delight to the senses. Beautiful property and lovely sounds of water just outside. We will be returning😁

Neat place, fun history, but wish that history was reflected in the room decor. Very disappointed in the bed. Worst mattress I have (tried to) sleep on in years. I looked up the model and it was discontinued 6 years ago, so I'm guessing the mattress is 10+ yers old. Very uncomfortable. Above all else, a hotel should provide a good night's sleep.

Hotel is excellent! Room was spacious, king bed was very comfortable, and atmosphere was excellent. Staff was very pleasant and personable. Only negative would be breakfast selections. Continental style offerings with a nearby microwave if you prefer warm option.

When I checked in the toilet was not working, fixed it myself as there was no maintenance. The telephone never did work. The evening staff was not helpful. The breakfast was nice and morning staff was helpful.

What a gem! The property was beautifully landscaped with outdoor, park-like seating available. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I even received a phone call after checkout to inform me of belongings I'd left behind. The room felt more like a room at a Bed and Breakfast rather than a hotel. I will definitely stay here in the future when traveling to Springdale.

We stay here whenever in the Fayetteville area. I am so glad we found it. Recently we had a 90th birthday party for my father and other family members stayed as well. The grounds are amazing, historic and beautiful. Sitting outside by the mill on the back deck is a favorite. The rooms are always clean and well maintained. In our last stay, we wanted to share a bottle of wine with family. Rather than using the in room plastic cups or sacrifice our morning coffee cups, the staff provided real glasses for us to use. It was exactly the service you would want. They are great. We will be back. Great location and close to great dining options as well.

The staff here is amazing! Really cool history at this quirky inn. Big fan. Next time we’re in the area we’ll definitely be staying here. I have to say again that the staff is amazing…. Like old friends you haven’t seen in a while.

Weather delayed my flight in by a day and they didn't hesitate to cancel my first night, even though notification was late--THAT is the customer service I wish all hotels had. Besides that, it was quiet, bed was really comfortable and I'd definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile. Friendly staff, super clean, quiet, great location if going to both Fayetteville and Rogers/Bentonville, comfortable beds, good breakfast, and fantastic coffee. Great place to stay for a couple. Would highly recommend!

It is very charming and historic. There are a few fabulous places to eat nearby and a convenient gas station across the street. Although it’s a distance from Fayetteville and the university it’s really easy to hop on the highway and be there in minutes. A wonderful free breakfast.

I usually stay here on my trips to NWA. It is very convenient to Fayetteville, and I always find myself going to Crystal Bridges in Bentonville. The interstate access is very close, but not so close that you get the traffic sounds associated with Interstate traffic. Overall, just a really nice place with extremely friendly people.

Close to University of Arkansas. Very clean. Very unique facility. Very friendly and accommodating staff (both front desk and cleaning team). Dining room for breakfast was very nice. Unique, interesting, clean, adequate size. Food was ok quality.

I'd call the breakfast premium, although it didn't have hot items like eggs sausage waffles. The hotel is unique being built into an old grain mill. The room and bed is very comfortable. Although it is using old buildings on a hillside, it is built so nearly every room is accessible without stairs. We'd stay again.

Room was very nice, bed very comfortable, breakfast was more than we expected for a continental breakfast. Eating on the deck with the sound of the stream in the background was wonderful. Will definitely stay there when we visit the area again.

We like the place very nice and quaint, very clean, check in reception (night) could have been more friendlier and helpful. Breakfast has lots of choices and okay, but not “hot breakfast “

Hotel is excellent! Room was spacious, king bed was very comfortable, and atmosphere was excellent. Staff was very pleasant and personable. Only negative would be breakfast selections. Continental style offerings with a nearby microwave if you prefer warm option.

The whole staff was absolutely amazing. Jennefier and Lily made sure we had everything we needed and were so engaging and delightful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was substantial and the coffee was hot and fresh. The rocking chairs and Adirondack chairs by the water feature were so relaxing, I could have stayed out there all night. We will definitely be back for another visit. I commend the entire staff on their welcoming prescence and how they maintain the upkeep of the whole property.

I enjoyed our stay, we were actually in the part of the property that was the original timber frame structure of the 1865 mill. Very interesting history and very happy it has been preserved and repurposed.
